Whatever it is, it's too heavy for me and detracts from the meal.). The wild rice side dish is very good. Lobster Roll - Excellent. My partner ordered this and the only comment was that the large was very big and next time they likely would get the small one. Lots of delicious, cold lobster meat. The fries also were excellent. The service overall was very good. I explained the entire situation to the general manager and even provided pictures showing exactly what we received. Instead of trying to accommodate us as regular customers, offer a replacement sandwich, provide a food credit, or even genuinely apologize, he repeatedly told us that if we brought the food back, they could do something about it. We had already thrown the food away because it was raw and unsafe to eat. This was the night before, and we had no reason to believe we needed to keep the food after taking pictures and documenting the issue. The fact that I'm a regular customer and was treated this way is extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no effort to make the situation right. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again. Serving customers raw food is a serious health concern, and based on my experience, I believe the local health department should be made aware of what happened. Terrible food.
