On top of all that, they gave my senior Cocker Spaniel mix what I call a "miracle shot" that completely stopped her itching. After paying $700 for those he got so bad overnight that I had to put him down in the morning. When my wife went the week prior, she paid $1000+ for his X-rays and test, she talked to a different doctor than I saw. Brenda didn't even know what was going! She didn't know what meds or that they diagnosed him with pneumonia from the week prior. Talk about an establishment that is a total RIPOFF!! On the rescheduled day, they were still 25 minutes late and only contacted me because I reached out first to see if they were even coming. Before leaving to run errands, we were assured by the groomer, Justin, that the dogs would be put away safely and securely and that the gate would be properly closed. Based on that assurance, we felt comfortable leaving. Shortly after he left, our neighbor called to tell us our dogs were loose, they had gone down our driveway and were walking down a busy street in town. This was terrifying and could have ended in tragedy. Our dogs were thankfully returned by our neighbor, not the groomer. When I called to let him know that the gate was not secured, instead of taking responsibility, he made excuses and insisted he was sure it didn't happen. After inspecting our dogs, it was clear the grooming itself was also subpar. They still had dirt around their nails and dirt all over their bodies. They were not properly cleaned, and the service was absolutely not worth the money. Between the repeated lateness, lack of communication, serious safety issue, poor grooming quality, and refusal to take accountability, this was an extremely upsetting experience. I would strongly caution anyone against using this service.

Bree was great with scheduling a time and even day of with the drop off. Our dog is really not happy with other dogs and she was super sensitive to keep her separate from any other pups. My issue with groomers is how long they keep an animal and we had to wait well beyond the agreed upon pick-up time. Bree didn't call to let us know pick up time would be later than planned, so we ended up having to wait at her business location for another half hour. Our baby was groomed by a trainee and she looked really good! There were a couple modifications we would make, but otherwise we were really impressed. Our pup seemed happy when we picked her up, too.

We could tell right away that she has a lot of knowledge and experience working with canines and treated ours with such love and care. Our dog tends to have quite a bit of separation anxiety but she did seem comfortable enough (as much as we can expect with anyone!) to go with Bree to the mobile spa... and it eased this dog mom's heart knowing that our pup was just a walk down the driveway! Our dog desperately needed a good groom! I was in awe of how quickly Bree was able to do her work, as our dog came back so fresh and soft!
