But when she called again, to have her dog groomed. It wasn't the same friendly service. The person on the phone couldn't give her a appointment without speaking to the owner and said a she would call my mother back. My mother never received a call back, it was very disappointing. I give five stars to Cody the groomer, but calling for a appointment. I would give two stars for their front desk customer service.

It's apparent how much he loves dogs and his diligence on making the dogs look perfect, from brushing out undercoats and getting all the extra hair off to clipping the nails to the right length. Unfortunately, the communication and professionalism declined significantly. We had multiple appointments where services we specifically booked were not provided due to their internal miscommunication. They are also frequently late. Despite requesting breed-specific cuts, we were sometimes assigned someone who couldn't provide the requested cut, without being notified, and given a "summer cut" instead. When we tried to address these issues, our calls and messages were ignored rather than handled professionally. It's disappointing because we genuinely wanted to continue supporting this business, but after repeated issues and a lack of accountability, we can no longer recommend them.

We had the fortunate opportunity to get our dog groomed by Bree's team recently and it was really…read morenice to find someone more local to the SY Valley. Bree was great with scheduling a time and even day of with the drop off. Our dog is really not happy with other dogs and she was super sensitive to keep her separate from any other pups. My issue with groomers is how long they keep an animal and we had to wait well beyond the agreed upon pick-up time. Bree didn't call to let us know pick up time would be later than planned, so we ended up having to wait at her business location for another half hour. Our baby was groomed by a trainee and she looked really good! There were a couple modifications we would make, but otherwise we were really impressed. Our pup seemed happy when we picked her up, too.

While there was a hiccup with our originally scheduled grooming appointment (I was told their system mixed up their day's appointments), the company fixed their error and got us on the calendar for a new date for the following week. I truly look forward to this company getting all their "ducks in a row" as far as timely scheduling goes- only because we moved around several obligations in our schedules to make the first appointment work- only for no one to come. If this issue was remedied, they would then, without a doubt, get five stars in my book! Bree was timely and so so sweet with our dog. We could tell right away that she has a lot of knowledge and experience working with canines and treated ours with such love and care. Our dog tends to have quite a bit of separation anxiety but she did seem comfortable enough (as much as we can expect with anyone!) to go with Bree to the mobile spa... and it eased this dog mom's heart knowing that our pup was just a walk down the driveway! Our dog desperately needed a good groom! I was in awe of how quickly Bree was able to do her work, as our dog came back so fresh and soft! We are so grateful that there is a service like this available in our area and that we can trust someone to take care of our pet like they would their very own! We look forward to using Bree's Mobile Paw Spa again!
