I work…read morelong days, and while he's generally a couch potato, he loves to get outside and really likes (most) people so I like having someone come give him some company and let him out a few days a week. RDW has two different scheduling options - you can schedule on your own as needed or you can join the Pack which includes a walk every weekday (at a discount) as well as several other benefits. My work schedule is (unfortunately for me) variable, so a pack membership just didn't make sense, though it would almost certainly be worth it for someone who needs that consistency. The "a la carte" option is very simple - just request your walks for the following week by Wednesday. I try to request several weeks at a time, but on occasion my schedule comes out late or I forget, and RDW has always been very helpful. I work some evenings, holidays, and weekends and RDW can accommodate all of those which is rare. Customer service is AMAZING. I really appreciated the time B took on our first meeting to get to know my dog and to ask such great questions to figure out what my needs were. Likely due to my ever changing schedule, there are multiple dog walkers who come to my house. I've never had an issue with any of them. Any time a new staff member needs to be introduced to my dog, one of our existing walkers comes with to facilitate that process. Communication is easy; when I have had to get in touch with them I have always had a response within a few hours. You can send an email or chat directly with walkers in the app. My dog has some personality quirks (unsure what life was like for him before being with me) that we've had to work with - RDW has been very understanding about this and willing to work with us to make sure everyone, including my dog, stays safe. In general, RDW makes me feel like I have people in my corner who care about my dog as much as I do. Seeing the update from my dog walker that day and photos is always a bright spot during a hectic shift at work. I know my guy is having the best time with his friends at RDW, and I am so happy I found this business. I cannot recommend RDW enough. Worth every penny.

In general, the same caregiver comes each day to feed, play with and walk them. The dogs behavior has improved significantly since RDW started providing a sense of routine for them, instead of me fitting them in whenever I can. A dream come true really. The service is friendly, prompt, and accommodating and their fees are incredibly fair.

    We booked Jennifer'a service twice, the first for drop in visits while I was traveling out of state…read morefor work and we had a good experience. The second again for drop in visit's but a very poor experience. I caution anyone from paying in advance which is what we did. We were booked September 26-28th for drop in visits anytime between 12-1 as I was again traveling for work out of state. We knew Jennifer was unavailable that Monday but made do. We received a message on Monday confirming the booking and requesting payment which I sent. Tuesday the 26th came and I received a Facebook message at 12:43 pm indicating she had to cancel due to an emergency with her fiancé in Canada and she would refund for the day and she should be back for the next day. At that time of day and being out of state I was unable to find an alternative and my pets remained caged for 10 hours. She did not send the refund for the day. The next day came, September 27th, and again at 12:10 pm another Facebook message came in she was unable to make it, would provide a refund, unsure of when she could make it. I asked for a refund which she confirmed she would do. On September 29th I sent a follow up message and also sent a Venmo request asking for the credit. She indicated she could only give me $20 of the $60 because she was broke and still in Canada. She still did not send even the $20 she promised. I sent a follow up message today indicating I found it extremely unprofessional that she accepted payment in advance, was unable to provide services and unable to issue a refund. I've remained calm and patient through the ordeal and I find myself appalled. She notified me of her inability to provide services with little notice, I was out of state forced to look for alternative care, unsuccessfully by the way both days shortly before her scheduled arrival. I'm asking a final time for you to issue an immediate refund and she indicates she can't and will whenever she returns home. I understand things happen, completely get that emergencies happen. But being unable to provide a refund and essentially spending someone's money without providing services is unacceptable. I can only hope she makes it right however it appears that's unlikely.

    To Whom May Concern:…read more I had left a voice mail telephone message, waited. Then had sent an email, all 16 days ago. Your advertisement states your love for animals. However, it is proper to answer an email AND phone call within 24 hours, when running a professional business. I have yet to hear from you. I am currently back from my FOUR day trip, in which I needed your services desperately. For feeding/litter box cleaning for two CATS, that is it. I had to search for another individual, in which I called my Vet, with success. It is unfortunate that you have lost not only a potential customer, but future references.

The owner Ned did a meet and greet at our place first to meet our cat Gandalf. You can tell Ned is a pet whisperer and our normally shy cat immediately took to him. He went through a form to get to know us along with Gandalf and went over where the litter box was, food etc. along with what he would want us to do in case of emergencies etc. We felt very comfortable with Ned and have used him several times since. Pricing is very reasonable. He usually does 30 minute visits and will leave a visit summary of how the pet is doing and what Ned did on the visit. My neighbor was also impressed as Ned introduced himself and what his purpose was in the building when she ran into him, very professional.
