It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert. The drive back was just as fun, jokes, music and a great experience overall.

We paid $6,524 for the transportation, and the company canceled on us the day before the scheduled trip, leaving our nonprofit organization scrambling at the last minute to find alternative transportation for more than 100 kids. What has made the situation even worse is the lack of communication afterward. We have repeatedly tried contacting Robert, the person we had been dealing with, regarding the money we paid and the cancellation. Instead of addressing the situation directly, our calls have gone unanswered, and when we have called from different numbers, we have reportedly been given different names. This is not how a professional transportation company should conduct business, especially when dealing with a nonprofit organization and the transportation of children. We paid a substantial amount of money in good faith and expected the transportation we contracted and paid for. Canceling one day before the event caused significant stress, additional expenses, and disruption for our organization and the families counting on us. We are asking for accountability and a resolution regarding the $6,524 payment. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get everything in writing, confirm the reservation well in advance, and make sure you understand exactly what happens if the company cancels.

Of course at this time it is nearly impossible to find an alternate provider, so they appear to have used a bait and switch tactic to strong arm us into paying a higher amount than contracted. Deposit payed $1,135.58 on 1/29/24 P.O. issued for the remaining balance $10,220.17 on 2/20/24 Contacted by the company on 2/20/24 and informed that the new balance would be $16,847.51 An increase of $6,628 beyond the contracted amount.
