Today, on Easter Sunday, your driver almost ran me into the wall while merging into the freeway. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid being wedged between the bus and the wall. Then as I drove by, he made faces as me, as if this was a joke. Who hires these people? This happened around 230pm on the 405 south right past Seal Beach. The bus appeared to be getting on the 22fwy. He's going to hurt a lot of people one day driving this way. I hope it gets addressed. Hard to tell with glasses on but appeared to be an Asian male driver. Hopefully the license plate helps you identify him and there is disciplinary action that takes place. He could have hurt a lot of people!!! read more

After a P.O. was issued the provider reached out to to inform us that the original cost was no longer valid and that if we wanted to remain in contract, a higher amount would need to be paid to retain their services. Of course at this time it is nearly impossible to find an alternate provider, so they appear to have used a bait and switch tactic to strong arm us into paying a higher amount than contracted. Deposit payed $1,135.58 on 1/29/24 P.O. issued for the remaining balance $10,220.17 on 2/20/24 Contacted by the company on 2/20/24 and informed that the new balance would be $16,847.51 An increase of $6,628 beyond the contracted amount. read more

We hired a 38 passenger bus from TCH for four days. We were headed for a Spiritual Retreat to Novato, Ca. It was an eight hours journey. The bus was very clean and free of odor. The leather seats reclined and were comfortable. The bus was equipped just like an airplane with a reading light, fan, TV, and also wifi. The bathroom was also clean,. The ride was smooth and quiet. Our driver, Phelina Lopez was wonderful. Felina was friendly and accommodating. Felina possessed a good attitude. Felina was an expert driver. She was calm and cool driving the bus. Everyone in the bus liked Felina. The next time when we charter the bus from TCS, we will request Felina for sure. In the office, we dealt with Kathryn. Kathryn was also very professional. Sooo we decided to rent a school bus for our huge bridal party on the day of our wedding and it was hands down one of our best wedding decisions. We had Miguel as our driver and we LOVED him. He's so kind and patient, with a great sense of humor. He definitely added to the positive energy on our special day. If I could give zero stars, I would. Currently, my child and other kids are stuck on Palomar Mountain waiting for a bus from this incredibly terrible "bus company" to pick them up. They were supposed to be picked up at 11:30 am. It is currently 7:55 pm and no bus. The bus driver they sent didn't take the proscribed and correct road up the mountain and got stuck in a pothole. Great experience from the booking process to the actual event. They communicated well at every step, leaving me confident that our transportation would go without a hitch. This was for my daughters 18th birthday and I needed to get 25 kids from Huntington Beach to Dana Point and back. Rick was the driver for the night and was there 45 minutes early. I was driving on the 5 North at around 4:15 pm on Monday April 20th and encountered one of your buses. I had my turn signal on to get in front of this particular bus. With plenty of distance I proceeded, in heavy traffic, to switch lanes in front of the bus. The bus then sped up and honked at me changing lanes. I signaled again and proceeded to get over one more lane to my right where the bus proceeded to catch up to me, stare my passenger and I down, and then intentionally swerved darting the front end of his bus towards my car. I am appalled at the actions of this driver when I did everything in my power to drive with proper courtesy to the drivers around me. This absurd road rage from a professional driver, especially to something so minimal, is completely ridiculous. I hope there are actions taken to reprimand this driver. read more

Aggressive driver today in LA- I couldn't get the whole license plate EP011_5.... some balding guy with sunglasses. Cut off a lot of cars, went from lane 1 to lane 4 without hesitation and almost clipped a couple of cars, driver would high beam even during broad day light, at one point even drove in the shoulder. read more

The driver of your bus with license plate CP98428 pulls up at LAX this evening right in front of the ride share service E sign and just parks his bus in front of 10 people waiting to be picked up. He proceeds to stop and unload his bus plus luggage. Meanwhile all our car are having to stop in the middle of the traffic to pick us up because your guy can't get it right. TCS checks all the boxes necessary for a good charter bus service; the buses are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, they deserve five stars because of how incredibly helpful and honest their employees are. After using TCS, I had left my wallet on the bus we chartered. They contacted me directly and immediately to let me know, and were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was able to pick up my wallet close to two weeks later, at my convenience; it was no lighter, and I was informed that they had been keeping it in a secure location in the office the whole time. TCS is a great company to work with. I plan a lot of high school field trips every year and the past couple of years, we've taken a three day trip with 50 high school students. The buses were clean, new, and modern. And our driver, Frank the Tank is the greatest! He gets us everywhere on time and safely (we had a packed itinerary). He also entertained us with fun facts about the various places we travel through on our way to our destination. I didn't bother with detailed plan for sightseeing, and each time we visited San Francisco, he would still take us to some great spots for taking photos of the city. Kids loved him. I had difficulty with Transportation Charter Services. They are very strict with time and stops and have added for fees for delays. This is understandable. But in the case that they are late (45 minutes in our case) they did not refund money. Also, be careful with giving them your credit card number.
