We called the pharmacy and told them about the discrepancy and were told, in no uncertain terms, that we had to go back THAT DAY to get the other 60 pills. So, I went back and explained the problem. After some time, the assistant came back and asked me if I wanted just 30! I said NO, I paid for 90 and I wanted 90. He explained that they were OUT OF STOCK, even though I was just told to come in for the remaining 30! I told them I wanted the FULL prescription of 90, otherwise I would just have to call my doctor to have it prescribed again and, then, come back in a month. I, then, told me to take back the 30 pills and give me a refund as I had lost all confidence in them. Then, came the next problem: they wanted the receipt! I gave them EVERYTHING they gave me, which included something that looked like a receipt, but was just safety information with the quantity and price. I was at the drive-in window and saw a receipt on the ground, but couldn't open my door to pick it up. So, I had to pull forward enough to open the door. It was NOT my receipt. In the mean time, people waiting in line behind me started to shout at me! I shouted back: "Don't shout at me: Walgreen's made the mistake!" The bottom line: I will have to make THREE trips to Walgreen's to pick up ONE prescription!

The person handling window pick up always has to take counter pick up as well as answering phones. Which makes wait time longer. Staff is less then friendly, always seem in a rush, not to helpful in person or over the phone. Wish they had a little it more patience & sympathy for those that are I'll or with I'll children. Entire outside area has homeless scattered surrounding the building. Homeless often hang out inside. I finally transferred to the bombing range pharmacy because it's closer to wear I now live and I've literally never had good customer service. The receptionist gal (I believe) always makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. I came straight over here today after being diagnosed with strep- I knew full well my prescription wouldn't be ready by the time I got there and was willing to wait but immediately she showed annoyance. One because I got here so quick and two because the urgent care gal sent in a probiotic that is over the counter. I don't feel good the last thing I need is to deal with rude people.
