East Wenatchee Doctor's Pharmacy used to be good, but now they are unreliable. They say they'll deliver, but don't. When I called the next day, they put me on hold way too long; I hung up. They didn't call me back. Still waiting. So, I just called them back. She was very rude and denied she was the one that I know I talked to, then she put me on hold AGAIN! This is such bad customer service. She finally came back on the line, but refused to allow me to talk. They've frequently been out of the medications I regularly use, too. This is just one in a string of things I've had to endure using this pharmacy. I'll be going to another pharmacy from now on. read more

You know, back when they first opened, I swore by them. Super nice, very responsive, all that good stuff. Most importantly you got away from the big name stores who treat customers like an inconvenience or annoyance. Unfortunately, Doctors is starting to fall in line with the big name places. They have an app that doesnt work and really is completely pointless, just like the other stores. You used to be able to call the phone number listed for Doctors and talk to a person right away, but now their is a answering service that you have to follow the phone tree or prompts to talk to a person. In the beginning, I got stuck in Richlands traffic on the way to get my medicine but wasnt going to make it before closing time because of the traffic. The pharmacist stayed after until ai got there and got my med. I've shown up a minute or two before closing, because I got stuck at work, and the door is locked and nobody is there. Looked online yesterday (Wed) at 4:00 and it said they were open. I called and went through the annoying phone tree and it said they were closed. Looked today, NY day (assuming they would be closed) it says they are open but phone tree lady said tbey are closed. Its so hokey now, i wouldnt be surprised if they were actually open and they either dont want to answer their phone or dont know how to get it to ring or off of answer machine mode. Just not a lot of faith in abilities lately. I get trying to streamline and be more effective, but the reason people leave the big pharmacies is to get away from the impersonal. Sad. Probably will have to move back to the big stores, cuz at least they have an app that has some use and believe they know how to work a lhone system, even if rhey are rude as hell. read more

Doctor's Pharmacy is amazing. Their customer service is better than any other pharmacy. They have plenty of help, they are kind, they have a great relationship with my doctors and insurance. They always communicate the statusof my prescriptions. read more

At one time, this was a great pharmacy- but they just can't hang in an overly regulated system where they fear losing their livelihoods. I came in to pick up my Tramadol, a scheduled medication as well as my husband's antibiotics (he was just discharged from the hospital today). The pharmacist told me: " I can't fill your Tramadol because I don't have any here. It's hard for me because the state, come and audit, and if I have all those scheduled medications I will get in trouble. I don't think I'm going to have them here anymore. I can't have them here it's too much" He went on to say he was sorry but, it wasn't worth getting in trouble, and that's why the Lynx pain clinic is closing. I then explained the CDC guidelines and the interpretative guidelines that have been greatly misinterpreted in both directions by doctors. He then advised me to call other pharmacies. I asked would Wallgreens be good- he then explained: "All the Wallgreens on the East Coast are closing and soon, no pharmacy will have your medication. No one is willing to get in trouble, people are losing their licenses!" As if my need for Tramadol was to blame for the opioid crisis! At that point I just took the prescriptions they did have, I asked the tech if the antibiotics from Kadlec Hospital were in the bag, and he said "Yes, they are in there". I paid and left. We went home to find two other prescriptions for my husband for antibiotics that I specifically asked about weren't there and instead, the pharmacists had filled orders that weren't due or requested. But forgot the important Antibiotic. My husband has Pneumonia. So is it part of your Mission Statement to make sure the patient suffers physical pain and mental anguish as a customer of your chain Pharmacy? I'm sickened by the selfishness and apathy I was shown. The pharmacist told me he was not ordering scheduled medications anymore. Were you going to notify all those patients you take money from before their orders expire? I have tried to notify Doctor's Pharmacy's CEOs, Vijay Reddy and Ashraf Afzal about the encounter, but their emails are not legitimate on their website. read more

Switched my RX to this location for our family. Usually prompt on refills, have had a few mix ups with the holidays, otherwise phenomenal and kind staff. Pharmacist on site is wonderful. Quickly refills RX's and can deliver. Wish I would get quicker notifications when RXs are ready for pickup but overall a wonderful pharmacy. read more

Prompt and courteous service. They call as soon as the prescription is filled so you can go pick it up if you're ready. No frills brick and mortar location which seems designed to simply deliver your meds rather than sell you other retails items. Also, very competitively if not "best" priced and can or will prescribe for 90 days where in some cases other pharmacies may not which is a bit of an inconvenience. Worth a try if you are no very happy or thrilled with your current pharmacy of choice. read more

I love this pharmacy. They are fast and efficient. And not to mention the free delivery is a plus for me with having 6 children at home I'm not able to make it to the pharmacy all the time so that helps alot. One of my meds was not getting coverage and they gave me a outstanding discount when I explained my situation. read more

The new pharmacist is rude to people that take classed/ scheduled medication. They now only fill on the day you run out of your medication. How rude and inconvenient to do that to people. A few days of a grace period for refills is acceptable for people to be able to get to a pharmacy for refills. To hold people that take a scheduled prescription to one specific day to pick up a refill is rude and discriminatory. read more
