She gave me clear instructions on how to use a new medication and she listened as I voiced my concerns. She was extremely helpful and never made me feel like she was in s hurry to get back to her work, even though the pharmacy was busy. Pharmacists: one of the pharmacists caught an error that my doctor had made regarding prescription dosage. Had she not caught it, I would have ended up giving my daughter double the amount that was actually required. I am so thankful for this attention to detail. Called this pharmacy on 5/14, today. Asked the lady why I haven't heard back about my refill. The lady said they text the doctor on 5/4 and 5/7. They didn't hear anything back. I was surprised and disappointed that the pharmacy did not call and tell be the doctor never got back to them. I then called the doctor office. After identifying myself and the medicine I told her what the pharmacy said to me. She said they don't receive text messages from pharmacies. They received faxes for Rx refills. I told her the two dates. They don't have record of either request. I requested the number (fax) from this office. I was planning on calling back the pharmacy. She then told me a person from her office will call and talk to Malleys and find out what happened, why the request for refill did not go through, etc . read more

Our entire family has been visiting Malley's for the last 10+ years. We are continually met with great customer care and attentive employees. We all have days when we're not feeling our best, or frustrated with the street construction, what have you.... however, they've always met us with a consistent smile and happiness to help. Raised the price of my compounded testosterone cream 35% in a year from $89 to $129! Same cream from Moses Lake Pharmacy is $77 with shipping and in 3 separate containers minimizing contamination and loss of strength over time! Spokane Compounding Pharmacy was also cheaper at $86 including shipping also! Malley's owns the pharmacy in the Corrado Building effectively giving them a monopoly in the Tri Cities. This pharmacy gave me the run around. Wasted 3 hours of my time while I was sick and needing my medication. Then called and said that they couldn't fill the Rx because it was from an out of state doctor. They had the medicine in stock but refused to fill for me. I think they were discriminating against me. read more

I got an Rx filled the first time, no problems. It is an Rx I have been on since 2016. Then I got a refill. The pills turned my hands red, and they burn. The Rx was filled using 2 different manufacturers. I asked if I could return them, and they said no. They said I needed to call my doctor and tell them what happened. It is not the doctor's fault; she did not fill the prescription. read more

I called Malley's to get a price on my compounded prescription, and the girl who answered the phone told me they do not give cash prices. I explained I recently moved to the area and am shopping around to find a pharmacy closer to me. My insurance does not cover compounded medications, so I am comparison shopping. She told me an average compounded prescription runs around $50, without even knowing the prescriptions I take, and that was the only information she would give me. This is the first pharmacy I have run into that is not up front about their pricing, and that is all I needed to know. The Riverside Pharmacy in Spokane is the choice I went with as they were up front about prices, were very reasonable, and ship for only $6.00. They won my business. read more

The most awkward pharmacy I've ever been in...fad diet drugs that reminisce of Dr Oz nonsense mixed with trinkets/deocrations for sale. If your doctor calls in a prescription, you better follow up because they have no intention of filling it at that time, which means you will be waiting 15 minutes (if they aren't busy) in this place when you get there. read more

Local community pharmacies are rapidly disappearing. Malley's is one that has survived and thrived. There is so much benefit to knowing your pharmacist and receiving personal attention. Malley's caught a prescription error my doctor made that could have severely injured me. This plus a lot of beneficial personal medication advice has really meant a lot to me. The people at Malley's are always friendly and truly happy to see me. A big box pharmacy could never give me the personal service and peace of mind I get from Malley's. Yes they don't have all the junk that other chain pharmacies have but I like that. If you value personal service, support small business. You won't go wrong with Malley's. read more

Overpriced!!! There is no other compounding pharm acy in Tri-city, their prices are hudgely overblown. Try to negotiate. Technicians are not the brightest either. No idea, who would buy the overpriced store trinkets. read more
