I've never had a bad experience with them. My medications are always filled on time and without issue. Really don't know why there's only bad reviews, except for the fact that very few people will write a review for a pharmacy unless they had a bad experience. read more

Is it even legal for them to round up your purchase cost. They do this as a "contribution for charity" but they don't even ask you.on the card reader the clerk reaches over and hits the "yes" button without any question or explanation. This has happened to me numerous times. read more

Called the pharmacy yesterday to refill a prescription I had filled there twice before. When I arrived I was told my insurance would not cover it. But I needed the prescription now, so I offered to pay full price. Then I was told I would have to wait three hours for it to be filled even though I had called more than 24 hours before. The attendant said they did not fill it because insurance did not authorize it and they did not want to have to restock the medicine in case I didn't want it. Seriously. Any time in the past 24 hours they could have told me this. Complete lack of communication, effort, or caring. I will find a new pharmacy. read more

This Rie Aid sucks. I Will NOT be going back. I recently moved so I switched. I gave them two tries. The first time my boyfriend needed eye drops .it took them 3 hours to fill. Just last week I needed literally 10 pills for inflammation in my knee. she said they would call me as soon as it was filled. hr and a half goes by no phone call. so I call and get the same lady would said she would call me to let me know. no apology for forgetting no im sorry it took so long...nothing. Terrible customer service. I will never be filling a prescription here again. This is the second time they have royally messed up one of my prescriptions. I dropped off a prescription around 11:30am and told them I would be back at 5pm to pick it up. I show up at 4:55 and they don't have it filled. The pharmacist is backed up and it will take them another 15-20 minutes. You had over 5 hours to fill my prescription and couldn't get it done. If you are understaffed, hire another pharmacist. I will now be driving out of my way to get all my prescriptions filled at Wallgreens. As a member of the health care community I am disappointed in this trend showing an inability to perform tasks the pharmacy was assigned to do and is unacceptable. read more

This Rite Aid is horrible. EVERY single time I drop my prescription off, they tell me to come back in 1-2 hours. Knowing them.. I make it 3 hours and after waiting almost 45 minutes at the window because they're under staff or just jerks.. They tell me that they don't have my prescription ready. Seriously? And this really does happen every time. And the employees are extremely rude. I already called their Cooperate Office. Get some new staff! And some more staff! There's no way you can be that slow every time. And if a prescription is going to take longer then call me. Saves me the time of driving over there! read more

Hands down the worst customer service I've received from any pharmacy in my life! I've gone here for years and the treatment is always consistently horrible. I had a hysterectomy yesterday and need to be on pain meds every 4 hrs, they said it would be 3 hrs unless I wait and I took my last meds almost 2 hrs ago. I'm inside waiting, thought they called my name so I asked. They said they hadn't called me. I asked how long it would be and the pharmacist said "this isn't McDonalds, it'll be ready when we get it filled." Really horrible human beings who work here with no regard for patients in pain and in need of immediate medication. read more

Solid one star at best. Takes 24 hrs to fill a prescription. Rude staff. They make you come into the store and wait to even consider filling a prescription. My advice is to go somewhere else. Time for a management change. read more

I call this pharmacy "wait-aid" It takes them so long to fill prescriptions EVERY TIME! It's not like this happens every once in a while. If you have a prescription you need ASAP you probably take it elsewhere. I drop off and pick up prescriptions for my mom and they say that they will call when ready but never do or tell me that it will be ready in 3 hours and never is. Terrible customer service with no sympathy for those who are to sick to either come in and wait or those who are to sick to be making multiple trips to this sorry excuse of a pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy is terrible. They treat people like they are not even human. They lie about fill dates for your much needed medication. They act like they have some God complex that allows them to judge and profile. Bottom line terrible customer service, terrible terrible Pharmacy representatives. Also, they tell you they can fill but you will have to shop around and find your medication because they don't have it in stock. Worthless. The worst customer service experience you will ever have. Make sure you wear a suit and tie and walk around with 100 dollar bills sticking out of your pocket and maybe just maybe they will treat you like a human being. The entire staff is horrific. Have had every prescription filled here for my son for the last 4 years. Dropped of s prescription today and when attempted to pick it up was told they hadn't filled it because they had no insurance on file for him. Well this is ridiculously untrue and I told them so being that every prescription we had filled for the last several years came from this location. I asked if they had a new computer system, The tech told me that group health (our insurance carrier) had recently undergone some changes and as a result their system had dropped all of the group health members information. This would probably be something they might want to mention when you go to drop off your prescription seeing as it appears to be a very common issue and widespread. They also said they had called when they couldn't figure be his insurance and left a message I verified the phone number they had on file. I had no calls or messages from them although they insisted they had called me. Something that should've been quick and easy turned into a several hour process. read more
