I would give zero stars if I could. I went to the ED for a kidney infection. Dropped my prescription for my antibiotic off and they told me it would be 3 hours. I explained I'd wait cause I was in pain and needed to start the antibiotic right away. I wait for a bit (I'm the only one there). I now have to go to the bathroom, there's a sign on the door that it's out of order. I ask for another bathroom and I'm told to walk across to the Carl's Jr. At this point I've waited about 45 min and I have to use the restroom so I decide to drive all the way home. They call me about an hour in half later to come pick it up. I drive back, I'm told that with my insurance it will cost $35. I explained that Good Rx is offering the meds for $18. A very rude lady with grey hair comes to the window and tells me that she'll give me that price but it will be an additional hour an a half to run it back through and print new labels. She also adds she has 5 ER scripts that need to be filled first. I explained my scripts also came from the ER and I've already waited 2 plus hours for mine. She stated she hears what I'm saying but can't help me. They were so rude, inconsiderate of my situation/need and basically ripped me off by making the better price an additional hour and a half cost. I'll never return to Rite Aid!

Bathroom was disgusting! Poop and pee all around the toilet. Garbage everywhere. I felt dirty just opening the door.

I receive prescriptions from Reliance Pharmacy. Today, when talking to the pharmacist about…read morerefilling a prescription, I was yelled at and hung up on twice. There was a situation last month when I was told there were no refills on my prescription. After an all day hassle to fill prescription, I was told the refill was there the whole time and they just hadn't looked far back enough? This month i was told the same thing and I asked him if he checked back far enough. I was cut off, he raised his voice, and began to tell me that he knew how to do his job, that he wouldn't argue with me. I said "sir, I was just asking you a question" and then I was hung up on. My prescriber is pregnant and working from home. Last month it was a huge mess trying to get a message to her. She had given them the refills in advance, knowing she'd not be at work. I was in tears and had to call my dad, my dad wanted his name. I called back and asked them if they'd faxed over a request for refill and lady said they just had done that. I earlier, did try to explain my situation to the pharmacist but was interrupted many times. He said was rude and mean. I asked the lady for his name, she was silent then put me on hold for 5 minutes and hung up on me. Called right back and he said "this is the pharmacist" asked him his name and how to spell, he sounded so angry I had to ask twice. I receive medications from them for mental disorders and they are very important to my wellbeing. It's hard to feel intimidated and bullied by the person who ultimately has the power to control whether I receive those very important medications.

I love going through medication withdrawal because the pharmacist told me my meds would be ready at 11:00am and didn't have it ready till 7:15. I only filled my prescription here because the place I was going to previously shut down. I found out recently that out of every place in town, this Walgreens overcharges the most.

The paperwork said 90 pills, both on the receipt and the bottle, but when I got home and actually looked at the pills there was only 30. We called the pharmacy and told them about the discrepancy and were told, in no uncertain terms, that we had to go back THAT DAY to get the other 60 pills. So, I went back and explained the problem. After some time, the assistant came back and asked me if I wanted just 30! I said NO, I paid for 90 and I wanted 90. He explained that they were OUT OF STOCK, even though I was just told to come in for the remaining 30! I told them I wanted the FULL prescription of 90, otherwise I would just have to call my doctor to have it prescribed again and, then, come back in a month. I, then, told me to take back the 30 pills and give me a refund as I had lost all confidence in them. Then, came the next problem: they wanted the receipt! I gave them EVERYTHING they gave me, which included something that looked like a receipt, but was just safety information with the quantity and price. I was at the drive-in window and saw a receipt on the ground, but couldn't open my door to pick it up. So, I had to pull forward enough to open the door. It was NOT my receipt. In the mean time, people waiting in line behind me started to shout at me! I shouted back: "Don't shout at me: Walgreen's made the mistake!" The bottom line: I will have to make THREE trips to Walgreen's to pick up ONE prescription!
