I receive prescriptions from Reliance Pharmacy. Today, when talking to the pharmacist about…read morerefilling a prescription, I was yelled at and hung up on twice. There was a situation last month when I was told there were no refills on my prescription. After an all day hassle to fill prescription, I was told the refill was there the whole time and they just hadn't looked far back enough? This month i was told the same thing and I asked him if he checked back far enough. I was cut off, he raised his voice, and began to tell me that he knew how to do his job, that he wouldn't argue with me. I said "sir, I was just asking you a question" and then I was hung up on. My prescriber is pregnant and working from home. Last month it was a huge mess trying to get a message to her. She had given them the refills in advance, knowing she'd not be at work. I was in tears and had to call my dad, my dad wanted his name. I called back and asked them if they'd faxed over a request for refill and lady said they just had done that. I earlier, did try to explain my situation to the pharmacist but was interrupted many times. He said was rude and mean. I asked the lady for his name, she was silent then put me on hold for 5 minutes and hung up on me. Called right back and he said "this is the pharmacist" asked him his name and how to spell, he sounded so angry I had to ask twice. I receive medications from them for mental disorders and they are very important to my wellbeing. It's hard to feel intimidated and bullied by the person who ultimately has the power to control whether I receive those very important medications.

The worst customer service at the pharmacy. Rude. Historically rude. Just read the past reviews of…read morethe pharmacy and it is evident that this is an ongoing problem which the store has no intention of fixing. Avoid and go somewhere else.

I switched to have my medicine filled yesterday by Walgreens other than where I normally have it…read morefilled because it was Sunday and it had to be taken that day and my pharmacy isn't open on Sundays because I was discharged from the ER on Sunday. I wasn't called to find out that it couldn't be picked up that day. I wasn't even sure if they had received it. I called the phone number to talk to a real person and I got an AI who couldn't find the prescription and wouldn't give me a real person. I visited the physical pharmacy and the line is like 8,9 people long and want moving. I called the number again got the AI again and I described every detail what the problem is so it finally sent me to a real person who found the prescription. He said it couldn't be filled till Wednesday. I told him it needed to be filled right away because it should've been filled yesterday because it came from the ER. He agreed to have it done asap in about an hour and an half. Then he said I would have to wait in line to get it which I can't because of pain in my leg from standing very long. I needed another way. He thought the local pharmacy didn't have a drive through pickup then he looked again and it did. Drug stores like Walgreens need to step up their game because grocery stores and other similar stores shouldn't be able to do their job better but they are. If they don't they'll all go under. If my heath isn't important to them I won't use them ever even if I just got out of the ER on Sunday and can't go anywhere else. I'll just wait until tomorrow. Walgreens will need to pay me to ever consider going there again. I think I should've just had them transfer to another place to be filled. We'll see if it gets filled right away and if I get notified at that time. Update: They wouldn't fill the prescription for stupid reasons so I'm transferring it back to my own pharmacy. WALGREENS doesn't like business that pays them.

It doesn't matter if you refill your prescription a day before you need it or the day of, they…read morewon't fill it till it's 30 minutes till the pharmacy closes. I love going through medication withdrawal because the pharmacist told me my meds would be ready at 11:00am and didn't have it ready till 7:15. I only filled my prescription here because the place I was going to previously shut down. I found out recently that out of every place in town, this Walgreens overcharges the most.

I had simple prescription: a 90-day refill of digoxin. It was ready to pick up, so I went in and…read moregot it. The paperwork said 90 pills, both on the receipt and the bottle, but when I got home and actually looked at the pills there was only 30. We called the pharmacy and told them about the discrepancy and were told, in no uncertain terms, that we had to go back THAT DAY to get the other 60 pills. So, I went back and explained the problem. After some time, the assistant came back and asked me if I wanted just 30! I said NO, I paid for 90 and I wanted 90. He explained that they were OUT OF STOCK, even though I was just told to come in for the remaining 30! I told them I wanted the FULL prescription of 90, otherwise I would just have to call my doctor to have it prescribed again and, then, come back in a month. I, then, told me to take back the 30 pills and give me a refund as I had lost all confidence in them. Then, came the next problem: they wanted the receipt! I gave them EVERYTHING they gave me, which included something that looked like a receipt, but was just safety information with the quantity and price. I was at the drive-in window and saw a receipt on the ground, but couldn't open my door to pick it up. So, I had to pull forward enough to open the door. It was NOT my receipt. In the mean time, people waiting in line behind me started to shout at me! I shouted back: "Don't shout at me: Walgreen's made the mistake!" The bottom line: I will have to make THREE trips to Walgreen's to pick up ONE prescription!
