The person handling window pick up always has to take counter pick up as well as answering phones. Which makes wait time longer. Staff is less then friendly, always seem in a rush, not to helpful in person or over the phone. Wish they had a little it more patience & sympathy for those that are I'll or with I'll children. Entire outside area has homeless scattered surrounding the building. Homeless often hang out inside. Mostly it would be nice if pharmacy staff took some training in courtesy & friendly customer service.

I receive prescriptions from Reliance Pharmacy. Today, when talking to the pharmacist about…read morerefilling a prescription, I was yelled at and hung up on twice. There was a situation last month when I was told there were no refills on my prescription. After an all day hassle to fill prescription, I was told the refill was there the whole time and they just hadn't looked far back enough? This month i was told the same thing and I asked him if he checked back far enough. I was cut off, he raised his voice, and began to tell me that he knew how to do his job, that he wouldn't argue with me. I said "sir, I was just asking you a question" and then I was hung up on. My prescriber is pregnant and working from home. Last month it was a huge mess trying to get a message to her. She had given them the refills in advance, knowing she'd not be at work. I was in tears and had to call my dad, my dad wanted his name. I called back and asked them if they'd faxed over a request for refill and lady said they just had done that. I earlier, did try to explain my situation to the pharmacist but was interrupted many times. He said was rude and mean. I asked the lady for his name, she was silent then put me on hold for 5 minutes and hung up on me. Called right back and he said "this is the pharmacist" asked him his name and how to spell, he sounded so angry I had to ask twice. I receive medications from them for mental disorders and they are very important to my wellbeing. It's hard to feel intimidated and bullied by the person who ultimately has the power to control whether I receive those very important medications.

Began scanning items at self checkout and two of the items I bagged didn't scan properly as I was distracted with a conversation with my mother. Looked up to see they werent scanned and it was at this time I noticed a full fledge sheriff standing there ( in record time mind you), with the manager watching me. Luckily a min. Wage employee spoke up to help and at this point the manager tells us to use the checkout with an employee. Pretty embarrassed as I didn't even had the time to correct my mistake without the feeling of being accused. I use the checkout with the employee, again, the min wage employee goes out of her way to help with the coupons, since they weren't working properly. Finally got done bagging my own groceries and picked them off the ground because there isn't room to bag more than three bags of groceries anymore. When we left got stopped again to check receipts. Overall, pretty dumb design, min wage workers were nice, just wish they could have more freedom to bag our groceries for us or we had the freedom to leave the store with it automatically charging our linked debit card. 0/10 , wait a couple years till robots and intuitive freedom fixes whoever's 13 year old save the 100 year average age turtle from plastic idea that ruined walmart experience for me.

This time a pharmacist error cost us $43.00 - not happy. After 28 days of taking a 30 day blood pressure prescription my husband realized it was two pills short. Our insurance company will not pay for extra pills as their mail order pharmacy (Envision Rx Plus) had already mailed the next supply (which won't arrive for at least two days!). So we had to pay retail cash price for a week's worth of pills, Had Envision not been so s-l-o-w (three weeks!) to fill and mail the prescription, Walgreens error wouldn't have been a problem. My husband probably would've never noticed and at this point how do we even prove it? All that to say; count your pills before you leave and DON'T USE Envision Rx Plus mail order pharmacy.

The paperwork said 90 pills, both on the receipt and the bottle, but when I got home and actually looked at the pills there was only 30. We called the pharmacy and told them about the discrepancy and were told, in no uncertain terms, that we had to go back THAT DAY to get the other 60 pills. So, I went back and explained the problem. After some time, the assistant came back and asked me if I wanted just 30! I said NO, I paid for 90 and I wanted 90. He explained that they were OUT OF STOCK, even though I was just told to come in for the remaining 30! I told them I wanted the FULL prescription of 90, otherwise I would just have to call my doctor to have it prescribed again and, then, come back in a month. I, then, told me to take back the 30 pills and give me a refund as I had lost all confidence in them. Then, came the next problem: they wanted the receipt! I gave them EVERYTHING they gave me, which included something that looked like a receipt, but was just safety information with the quantity and price. I was at the drive-in window and saw a receipt on the ground, but couldn't open my door to pick it up. So, I had to pull forward enough to open the door. It was NOT my receipt. In the mean time, people waiting in line behind me started to shout at me! I shouted back: "Don't shout at me: Walgreen's made the mistake!" The bottom line: I will have to make THREE trips to Walgreen's to pick up ONE prescription!
