I will never use them again. Requested delivery of medications. They were never delivered and after numerous conversations with Walgreens, some heated, they again stated...not our problem. The lady here was very unhelpful. She said she couldn't scan the barcode on my PayPal app to add funds because of all the scams. Because me handing her 60 bucks is somehow a scam. When all she had to do was apologize and tell me she didn't know how. I'd rather be told the truth by a humble person. Than to be lied to by someone who pretends to know better. The pharmacy and personnel have poor customer service. They argue with the client/patient. Had proof that I was being contacted for over a week and last voicemail said had to be picked up by 5/2 or reshelved. Tech argued stating there had never been a refill request and they couldn'"t do anything as they closed in 5 mins. Customers are to be addressed unless showed up after closing hours and if you need to stay late, then you do to give the appropriate care. read more

Rude ass lady answering the phone with "what do you need" i had to ask her how's she doing since she failed to do so and was so mad at her life and then she proceeded to put me on hold 5 different times. I've noticed several times the wait time in drive thru is forever. I finally got to the window.... Waited forever to get acknowledgment. I did see that the customers inside were gettingtheir prescriptions . I realize they are busy.... Today will be my last day as a customer at this Walgreens. Having been a customer of various Walgreens in the communities I've previously lived (Nevada and Colorado), I know it's not the company as a whole. The last 3 times prescriptions have been ordered they weren't ready when they are supposed to be. The key phrase from various employees who either appear bored or overwhelmed is "we're busy so just 15 more minutes." The lines always move very slow (inside and drive thru). I've been going here for a couple years and though they do seem understaffed the employees have always been very helpful and cheerful. This time a pharmacist error cost us $43.00 - not happy. After 28 days of taking a 30 day blood pressure prescription my husband realized it was two pills short. Our insurance company will not pay for extra pills as their mail order pharmacy (Envision Rx Plus) had already mailed the next supply (which won't arrive for at least two days!). So we had to pay retail cash price for a week's worth of pills, Had Envision not been so s-l-o-w (three weeks!) to fill and mail the prescription, Walgreens error wouldn't have been a problem. My husband probably would've never noticed and at this point how do we even prove it? All that to say; count your pills before you leave and DON'T USE Envision Rx Plus mail order pharmacy. read more

Pharmacy Manager is unable to maintain proper inventory of regularly used drugs. Such that I was told it would be 42 days before I could pick up my refill. Pharmacy Manager is unable to maintain proper staffing levels. As a result, today despite lines at the drive-up window and at the counter were both very long, but only one Pharmacy Tech to handle both. Pharmacy Manager and their staff deserve immediate termination for the way I was treated by the clerk that confront me this morning and refused to take my prescription for describing the pharmacist as "stupid". What is wrong with these entitled little morons that think the world owes them everything? Next time I will use a line of profanities that she will feel the need to go to make her Confessions and I don't even know if she's Catholic. I'd leave a negative star if I could. The worst customer service of any pharmacy in the area. Ordered a prescription in the morning for late afternoon pickup, got there around 6pm and it wasn't ready. Told they were busy, come back in an hour. I come back 3 hours later and told it's not ready and would probably need to come back tomorrow. Then another employee tells me they can fill it, but she 'just came back from being off for a week and they're very busy and to take a seat...' serious attitude since I'm the one being inconvenienced. Waited another 15 minutes until my order was filled. Liked the location because it's close to home, but definitely not worth it. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Wow pharmacy is run by snob attitudes I changed my meds there thinking drive through would better for my back instead of standing and these people made me stop having my scrips filled there. I went to Fred Meyers they do make you wait but there polite and always sorry if they make you wait. People need to smile and leave your troubles at the door. :) read more

If I could give zero stars for this pharmacy I would. This is why. My husband had back surgery. On our way home from the hospital we stopped at Walgreens drive thru on 27th in Kennewick to pick up his meds, including his pain med. He just had surgery, lol! They tell us the prescriptions are not ready and to come back in a few hours. I take him home and get him settled and go back a few hours later. I wait in line behind a few vehicles in the drive through line. When its my turn, I pull up and....the window is closed!!! There's a sign behind the window that says 'due to staffing shortages we are closing at 6pm.' I look at the clock. It's literally 6:01! I zip around to the front of the store and run back to the pharmacy. All the windows are shut. I knock on the metal. After knocking a few times a girl opens the door to tell me they are closed. I explain to her that its the second time I'd been there, that I was in line before 6pm, and that my husband just had surgery and he absolutely needed his meds to get through his first night, post op. She tells me again that they close at 6. I ask since when? One of the reasons we used Walgreens was because they were always open late. She tells me "they put a sign on the door. Didn't I see it?" I say 'why/how would I know that you put a "sign on the door?" (By the way, I looked them up online later and their shortened hours were NOT listed online so... No, I did not/could not have known they had arbitrarily changed their hours.) I pressed her to please give me my husbands meds. She threatens to call security. I'm stunned. What? Why? I ask her again, beg her again, to please let me pick up his meds. I remind her the script would surely be ready by now. She said she would check with the pharmacist and closed the door. Several minutes pass. As I wait I can see three people through the plexiglass but they all keep their heads down. (Was it from arrogance or shame?) Finally, it occurs to me that she/they had no intention of coming back to the door, even if only to tell me to go away. So I tap on the plexiglass. I tap a few more times because they all refuse to look up. Finally, the pharmacist, looks up. He makes a cutting motion across his throat and mouths 'Closed.' I raise my voice so he can hear me through the glass and reiterate my situational request. He yells he will call security. WTF? Are you kidding me? I start thinking it's rather odd and that this seems to be their go-to phrase to justify and excuse themselves for being such a-holes. So I leave and as I'm walking out I notice an associate is following me. Again, WTF? and LOL! I tapped on their stupid plexiglass and for that they are calling for backup security? How pathetic. I call the hospital and explain the situation to the nurse. Fortunately, the Dr. was much more sympathetic than the Pharmacist. He calls the same scripts in to Rite-Aid, and thankfully, I was able to get them that evening. However, since Walgreens had already billed my insurance for all of them I had to pay cash. So... they had already charged me...but wouldn't allow me to pick them up... Now we are trying to get the charges reversed on the insurance and Walgreens has been difficult to deal with on that as well. I/we will never use their pharmacy again and honestly, there's nothing in their store I need either. read more

I am more inclined to write a good review as opposed to a bad one. In my opinion, a business or an employee who go over and above for customer satisfaction should always be rewarded with a positive review. By the same token, one bad experience, should not trigger a review that could later be characterized as an overreaction. With all of that being said, I have been dealing with this particular Walgreens since I moved here 3 months ago. I have had many conversations with various employees in the Pharmacy Dept. including the manager. I cannot recall EVER going there without there being a problem. I have received expired medications, other medications with no expiration date. I have been told on numerous occasions that my prescription will be ready in 5 to 10 min, and then proceeded to wait 40 to 50 min. If the overall vibe you are looking for in your pharmacy is INCOMPETENCE, this should definitely be your "GO TO" place. I am at a loss to even suggest where to START to straighten out their numerous systemic failures, but I wish them luck. I have moved on... read more

Been getting prescriptions here for 3 years as it's right next to my house. Until now. Constantly waiting in long lines mixed with terrible customer service has finally made me decide to take my business elsewhere. Have gone to other Walgreens in the area when said Walgreens on 27th and 395 didn't have certain medications and things were the complete opposite. Not only that but after talking to other techs at the different stores it seems that it is widely known that this location is known for its toxic work environment. Certain techs almost seem to go out of their way to find some reason to not fill your prescription. It's always something at this location. read more

Got to window (we received text alerts saying medication was ready) finally got the window asked to pull back around and wait behind the next car behind it wasn't ready yet. I stopped at the pharmacy since I just got a cold and am traveling. I went to consultation at the pharmacy and just stood there until I gave up and left. I saw 3 employees across the counter (2 busy and one walking around) and not one of them even acknowledged me. Shame on Walgreens. Someone in that pharmacy could have at least acknowledged me, told me they would be with me pretty soon, or actually helped me. I absolutely love this Wallgreens been going to this location about 4 years all of the staff in the pharmacy is very helpful and nice to talk to they are very understanding and will take the time out to explain anything they need to to help you.I have a chronic pain condition and get prescribed narcotics and this is probably the only pharmacy that tried to understand my situation as oppose to treating my like a drug addict.I live by this Wallgreens pharmacy and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Thank you guys for being so awesome!!!:). P.S I see a few reviews about long wait times you have to understand there's 4 staff members to every 10 customers and sometimes everyone comes at once I believe they do a great job considering the volume at this location. read more

After my son's oral surgery to fill prescription, I arrived at the location on 27th around 8:30 am and pulled up to the drive thru so I wouldn't have to leave him unattended due to the effects of anesthesia and pain meds. The technician said it would take about 20 minutes if I wait or I can return around 10:30 am. I said I'll wait and gave her my cell phone number. I pulled into the parking lot to wait. By 10:15 am I called in and the automated system said it was ready. I pulled up to the window and I said I never got a call. She told me it could've been a system error. She asked me if I wanted the pharmacist to explain the use. My husband is a Pharma Rep and I had already wasted too much time WAITING so I called the Dr. office when I got home. He was prescribed a scheduled narcotic for pain. I'm supposed to giving him something to eat, changing his gauze and starting his pain management about a hour ago!!! The prescription was ready time on the bag said 9:00 am. He awoke in the car in pain, meds wearing off and is still still in pain due to release time for medication to take effect. Automated system error or human error whatever--bad customer service is bad customer service that results in wasting your time and worse, prolonging pain and suffering. We've used the pharmacy before and it was okay. Overall Walgreens seems to be understaffed and not really helpful. To be honest, I've never had great service at any time I have stopped in (which is not often) for any reason (photo, western union, pharmacy, misc. merchandise). read more

This store and pharmacy is located at the corner of Lousy Service and Bad Attitude. The store is always understaffed and the pharmacy employees are invariably rude--and the wait times long! Anytime I have the poor judgment to stop in at this store I am reminded of why I usually go out of my way to shop at Rite Aid, Walmart or ShopKo. Walgreens is the worst! read more

This is the WORST pharmacy to go to if you care about friendly and professional staff members. I had been getting prescriptions filled here for 3 years and had good experiences when I went in; then, 3 years ago I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. My rheumatologist started prescribing me hydrocodone for my pain that is often unbearable. The first time I went to get my prescription for this medication filled, I noticed a difference in the pharmacy staffs attitude the second she looked at the prescription. My experiences have gotten worse every time I had gone in to fill this prescription. The staff is rude and almost every time they tell me that they have to "check with the pharmacist" to make sure the prescription can be filled! Even though I have the paper copy with a fill date from my doctor! I am treated as if I'm a junky trying to get my drugs! They have changed staff at least twice in the last 3 years and the BS hasn't changed at all! I need this medication to live a normal life and I never try to get it early....I was under the impression that the pharmacies job was to fill prescriptions as per my DOCTORS orders, not be judgemental and assume that everyone taking this medication is an addict! So, if you want to have people be rude to you and judge you based on the medication you take...then go to this pharmacy. I have started going to rite aid, it's not much better, but at least the staff doesn't treat me like garbage! read more

The only reason I'm giving even one star is because of the short bubbly super friendly clerk. The pharmacy dept. Is HORRIBLE. It doesn't matter what time of day, there is ALWAYS at least a 20min wait. I don't even know why they have a drive through because no matter how many people are working, they pretend not to see you and even if you are the only car it will still be a 15-20 min wait. So then because you're frustrated with the awful service, you try going inside. I waited in line for 20 minutes-just to drop off an Rx. Then, 24hrs later went to pick up on my lunch break and it was not done. The pharmacist was very rude, told me he was too busy and had I dropped it off 8 hours earlier he still wouldn't have it ready (so apparently it takes 2 full days to fill an Rx here!!!!!!) No regard for the fact that people don't always have half an hour to wait, which is why we go to Walgreens-always advertised as fast friendly service right? NOT THE CASE HERE. this latest (and yes, this is the norm, I've been using them for years, trying to be patient BC it's the most convenient for me) was the last straw. I'll be taking my business to a pharmacy who actually cares and respects the patients rather than treating them like we are the pain in their rear. I'm in the heathcare field, so this is appauling and really disappointing to see. Each and every patient should be treated with a smile and as if they are most important (stress and personal issues/ bad attitudes need to be left at the door!) Be thankful you have a job and remember you wouldn't without the patients/customers. read more
