walmart absolutely SUCKS now what happened ???? , they need to become more inclusive of all forms of payment, my husband is a busy man and almost only ever has his card digitally on his phone. tonight i sent him to get me a few things as i am SICK with nausea and can not eat a lot of foods otherwise i will vomit, so i was waiting for him to come home soon with the foods that i am able to eat, and when he was going to check out; they do not have tap to pay!! WHAT STORES DONT HAVE TAP TO PAY IN THE YEAR 2025?!!! this just aggravates me so much & will now be taking my grocery shopping experiences elsewhere which is very unfortunate because for people who don't carry a lot with them they only have one way of paying and it makes it very inconvenient. Trying to find out holiday hours? Good luck. Tap to find out hours (as pictured below) and the answering machine doesn't mention a word about hours. Touch 0 for operator and it just rings and rings. when you click on the hours (as shown below) it says they're open with no mention of holiday hours. Good luck buying liquor here. Every time I try, over the last 6 months this is what happens: * I push the button to call for someone to unlock it * wait a few minutes, push it again * ask an employee, who goes to find someone * sometimes after a few more minutes they find someone, although this time no one came after an additional 5 minutes of waiting. A few months ago an employee told me he didn't hear the alert thru his head set and assumed the call button battery was dead. ‍ still, months later same problem. Don't order items online if there is the slightest possibility you might need to return them. I ordered a fan from the Kennewick store, never opened the box, and sent my daughter to return it to the Kennewick store. Should be straightforward especially since I sent her with the card it was paid with and a grocery list so she could just "exchange" it. Apparently you can't return items in the store without calling some other number who then directs you to go back to the store to tell them to call it in. But even then, they can't take the item back without the buyer's photo ID and a ritual sacrifice. What the actual f kind of return policy is this?! I know, it's Walmart so what do I expect but for real, people need to know that if you buy thru the mobile order you are stuck with it for life. This is absolutely the most ridiculous experience I've had since I didn't get the pink sticker at the door in 2005. read more

All I can say count the money when getting a reimbursement because I was not given the right amount back from a purchase I made the price I payed was $43.95 and I was missing $20 after the asociaste gave me the reimbursement I did not count the money right as the associate gave it to me it was my fault buuuutttt I trusted Walmart and was stolen $20 from Walmart that amount is nothing for Walmart for me is one hour of work wage 6 associates were looking into the problem just to tell me the teller was not over and the cámaras show the asóciate gave me the money Yes he did give me the money but not the correct amount they said to me you probably dropped it there is no way because I put it right there and then in my purse to me they did not believe me and didn't want to solve the problem so please count your change or reimbursement when you shop at Walmart. read more

They tried hard to refuse to honor the manufactures recall on formula. We had purchased formula from them and then found out that it was being recalled. I took the unopened container back to the store and was told that since I did not have a receipt they would not issue store credit on the recalled product, they could only do an exchange. I was told to grab a product that we equal to or greater than what I had purchased. I went back to get new formula and they did not have much of anything in stock. I had to get a different brand that was slightly larger. When I returned to customer service, they then decided that I had to pay the difference on the two on the exchange even though, one the product was recalled and two I did what they told me to do. It is absolutely stupid they hoops that I had to jump through to take care of a recall and keep my newborn safe. read more

This was a typical Wal*Mart Supercenter. Coming in, it was actually pretty clean and organized. Parking lot wasn't full (even though I was coming in on a Saturday around 2pm). Everything was organized well, and the produce section was kept up, didn't have food thrown around, and had low prices! Great! There was everything here that you find at a Wal Mart so if you've been to one, you've been to all of them. This one was pretty easy to navigate and the lines weren't too long, although I'm sure it varies. Bonus points for being open 24 hours though! read more

I have no idea why I still come here... I never spend under $50 no matter what I INTEND to come here for, because I am CONSTANTLY finding something else I need. I guess I come here too much because honestly, I know the entire layout and I'm in and out in less than 30 minutes every time unless my wife and I decide that we're going to look around. By look around I mean hit every aisle in the electronics and health sections and buy way too much crap we don't need. I have absolutely no idea what this Walmart is like during the day, because I'm a night owl and so is my wife. We never step foot in this store until 9pm. Best part? Even the night checker at the register by the alcohol (the only one open besides self check out after 11pm) usually knows who we are. Seriously, this is the only Walmart we've ever been to that truly feels like a local store. I love it here, and it has anything I may need. read more

Their are many people that know I do not shop at Walmart, I have not been in a Walmart in almost three years. The other night I found the need to fuel my body late at night, my only choice was Walmart. Much to my surprise I found an organized and cleaner store compared to the Walmart's I have entered the past. I learned from two gentlemen, one an over night stocker by the name of Danny E. that they have an app for locating products in the store, the app does a variety of other things as well. I thought they were supervisors. These two men took time to locate flax seed meal and were polite. Anne at the register was a wealth of info, efficient, and humorous. Much to my surprise she used the product and in many of the same recipes. Thanks for proving to me that not all Walmart stores are the same. read more

On Oct 5th 2016 my wife and I went to Walmart to do some shopping and get an oil change. We drove up to the entry for oil changes, then we sat in our car for about 20 minutes waiting for a service person to come to the car and ask us for the type of service we wanted. But no one came. Then we left without an oil change or shopping. We were the only ones waiting in a car for service, and there were only 1 other car (empty) in our lane waiting for service. We saw several service walking around, but none of them approached us. If you want to spend the whole day for an oil change, Walmart is the place to go. read more

I put an order in at the photo center and was rudely treated. I was told I could pick up both my orders at the same time on the 8th of December... Got the phone call just to be told they can't find the one and now on the phone on hold being passed around like a hot potato. No one wants or knows how to do their job. This place is horrible. I used to love grocery shopping at walmart, walk around and just look at stuff but lately for the past couple months i absolutely hate coming here! The employees are rude, annoying and not helpful! Don't get me wrong, there has been a couple employees I've come across and they are nothing but generous. For some reason every time me and my boyfriend go to get groceries or just walk around and look at stuff i feel like were always being watched. Like if we are trying to steal and for that i feel offended! Is it because I'm hispanic or because my boyfriend is black? I like to go somewhere i can shop comfortably and not always have eyes on you. Especially when we try to go check out on our own the lady's always only stare at us, why?! Like, do you have a problem, you want to scan my items for me? Because I'm not doing anything wrong. I just don't like the environment there anymore. And last but not least, the women's that are always in charge up front where you go check out on your own, there voices are annoying! Like, don't talk to me! read more

So, I come here a lot because it's the closest I can get to. Low prices: alright. Variety: not really, but it has what I need. But those are the reasons it's gotten the stars anyway. This walmart is bent on making things hard for disabled and semi-disabled people. They have 3 benches inside each of the two doors, one bench past the metal detectors on the grocery entry side, and two benches in the pharmacy. This is a total of 9 benches (unless I've missed something somewhere). They refuse to put benches anywhere else in the store. The Pasco store has a set of benches at the end of the grocery area, and out by the gardening area so that a disabled or semi-disabled person could sit and take a break. Or even an abled person could sit and double check their list or phone so they aren't taking up space in an aisle. To achieve this same level of convenience the kennewick walmart wouldn't even need to buy more benches, literally take 4 of the 6 by the front doors and disperse them through the store. Even their auto repair area doesn't have a bench! Are people supposed to stand around for an hour doing nothing? Obviously endcaps and displays cluttering up the aisles are more important to them than having the money of the disabled and semi-disabled peoples. read more

Went to store very hungry and did not know what to eat but then I saw how gorgeous and clean the produce section is!!! Wow!! Can not believe it! I immediately ran over to the fruit and saw a associate putting out fresh strawberries! They were delicious, so fresh and big! I'm so thankful to the dept managers of produce without them I'd be hungry! read more

I took my car to get serviced, the customer service was poor. I got my car back filthy. My interior had oil on the door handles, the seats, and the steering wheel. This is not the first time that happened. They got the job done but super sloppy and no quality. read more

I'm from California so I'm used to the most unorganized Walmarts in the county! My fiance and I walked in here and our mouths hit the floor, everything is so neat and orderly! It's so easy to find exactly what you're looking for quickly. The prices weren't listed in a lot of places which was their only downfall. read more

I guess I like Walmart. Got me to experiment with flavors I never expected, usually because I do not look closely at similar packaged goods stacked right next to each other. Store is clean and better stocked than most. I ding Walmart for its programs (site to site, Low Price Guarantee, gift card program, comparing Walmart.com with store actual prices). Many times I have shopped using Walmart.com only to find the item in the store for u to 50% higher. Tried site to site: item took a month to get and then the store took 4 hours to find it, cashed a gift card and been charged a service fee for using it. A place to browse and shop but can be crazy for visually and mobility impaired. read more

Grocery store alwaya has massive out of stocks! Day before St. Pattys day and produce complained when I asked for cabbage . She said she just didnt understand what the big deal was about St. Patricks day.. store did not carry Irish soda bread either. Which is borderline offensive !! Every Walmart in Easter Washington has massive displays on Cinco De Mayo.. but doesn't give a rats ass on Irish holidays!! I've gotten better customer service from a rock outside of a store than the customer service I got from the employees here. Went in with my friend looking for knee braces, and came up to not one, but TWO employees who were just standing around, talking to some guy about Starwars and Yoda. They looked directly at us, and continued to talk to the guy without even asking if we needed help finding anything or if there was anything they could do for us. We walked away after about 5 minutes to just find the stuff ourselves because they were CLEARLY too busy to help the customers. We did find someone else to help us though, so thank you to the kind employee who DID HER JOB and provided excellent customer service. But otherwise, no. Wal-Mart, you fail at getting employees that actually do their job. Step up your game because this is why everyone goes to Target instead. read more

So this was almost a 1 star to no stars I came in early to grocery shop early like all shopping trips to the store it escalated quickly and became a lot I needed it all and had to get everything so I go to cash out but no registers are open just self check out so I went and asked a blonde who I later found out was nammed terry in customer service if this is all that was open I need to also put money on a prepaid and had to purchase gift cards she said nope no cashiers your on your own oh and you can't buy that much merchandise with an employee so I asked what am I suppose to do she rolled her eyes and said figure it out I was about to leave my cart and have her. Put it all back instead of inspecting her nails since that was so important 2 amazing woman came over and said they had no problem checking me out in self and helping me out even after spending 400 dollars I felt great cause they made my experience so much better shutout to Anna for being amazing and stepping up this morning read more
