So I live right around the corner from this store. I use to shop here regularly. I mean spending 100's of dollars (I have 2 kids) almost every trip. I started noticing their "sale" items never rang up on sale, and I noticed prices on my receipt being higher or completely wrong. I've had to correct them many times about prices. It makes me so mad because I know so many people shop and probably Don't even notice that they are over charging and or lying about items being on sale. I'm going to attach a few pictures of stuff that I'm talking about. This just happened last night! Double the price! I'm sure so many people saw that 5$ sale price tag and said "let's get that" and didn't even notice it rang up double the price!! Fix this Albertsons! This place is now Safeway, but oh my gosh the lady's who work at the Pharmacy are just the rudest.. bigger lady behind the counter wouldn't take my good RX coupon out of pettiness saying I was going to cheat the system?! And she said something about a note in the system that I get my prescriptions refilled too early... wouldnt that be your guises fault? So done with this place will never go back. read more

Sav-on pharmacy received my prescriptions two days prior to my surgery. When I came to pick up two days later, two of my medications were still 'waiting on more information' from Periodontal Implant Associates. They say that they needed more info but did they reach out? Supposedly yes, once, and then nothing back. I'm disappointed that they didn't follow up on my behalf of a patient needing meds after surgery. If I had known there was a level of incompetence that would affect me I would have. And I will moving forward. YOU are you only advocate, don't forget that! read more

This is an Albertson's?? My main experience has been the one in my 'hood (http://www.yelp.com/biz/albertsons-food-and-drug-stores-richland), and this one is vastly better than the ghetto-creepy one in Richland. This one is BIG. It's also very clean, and it is laid out very well. It also feels like it's newer (so instead of 1951, it was built like 1972). The produce section is really nice. They also seem to have a larger area for non-food items as well (sorta like a mini-Freddies! Fred Meyer, that is). Of course, they also have pretty decent prices compared to the other grocery chains in the area. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely be stopping by! read more

I've generally like Albertsons and use the pasco and Richland locations more and this is another reason why. Deli staff must been put through the ringer today because the gal wasn't pleasant. I was only customer in deli and took awhile to be noticed but they were all working on things. I was wanting something the shelf wasn't out of but I can clearly see it sitting on counter and she told me it wouldn't be done for awhile so come back later. Um ma'am it's done it's sitting out there. This is third toke they've done this. Pasco Richland never had before done this. Done with this location. read more

This place is down the road from my job so I frequent it often. This is a big store that has really everything you could need -- I mean once I went there to buy nylons and they had a whole section of them, ha ha. The store is also extremely clean and well maintained, I think in part because it is run entirely by adults. Like this isn't a store you go into a see a bunch of highschoolers screwing around. It's a well oiled machine with most employees in their 30's and 40's dressed sharply. I had a young friend that was fired from the deli there for not following very strict freshness protocol. So overall this is a place you can trust. Just make sure if you ever need to make a return you have your receipt. They have a no exceptions rule on that where in Richland I know they're more lenient. read more

6/26/2020. I visited Albertsons to pick up groceries, prescriptions and buy a roll of quarters. When I got to The customer service counter to buy the quarters, I was told that they could not sell them to me because there is a "National Coin Shortage" due to COVID-19. Not having heard anything about it on any of the national news services, I called Bank of America. The bank associate told me he had heard of no such thing and went on to say that I could buy quarters there. If anyone would know of a "National Coin Shortage" it would be the nation's largest bank. I called Albertsons back and spoke with the store manager who told me that they received a letter from "Corporate" instructing of the (bogus?) coin shortage". Just the previous week, I had to throw a gallon of milk away that hadn't yet reached the sell date. I have had to do this several times and have complained to the store manager several times, as well, about this only to have them do nothing. The problem, I believe, is the fact the milk cooler is not enclosed and there is no barrier to keep it cold. Therefore the milk turns (wastes) very quickly. I have also caught them overcharging me again and again. At one point, I had to pull a display off the store shelf and present it to the cashier who forced me to speak to three other people (management) who still wanted to argue with me saying the sign was old and should have been removed. Federal law dictates that they have to honor their advertised prices. But at Albertsons, apparently, not without a fight. The store is also old and run down and the prices are high. The pharmacy is the only service they offer that is worth the bother. Finally, there is a WinCo a few blocks to the east. WinCo is a much newer store with much better pricing and a much more professional staff. If you are searching for a place to buy groceries without being drug through hell, I suggest you skip this Albertsons and look elsewhere. read more

I used to come here more often when I lived closer. This one is becoming run down. I know that the parent company of Albertsons is almost completely done for (this might be on the list for closings soon), but for some reason this one has attracted some low lifes. I've had people accost me for money like it's a bad neighborhood in a big city. What's strange is this really doesn't happen in Kennewick or the whole Tri Cities. It doesn't seem to be a real bad neighborhood. For some reason this is increasing. I'm guessing it's the low income housing across the street and the mega apartment building? They used to be open 24 hours but not anymore. To be honest I don't think this location is going to stick around after 2012. read more

The pharmacy hours are posted on line that they open at 10am Sundays. They all appear to know its incorrect as they open at 11. So u just wasted an hour etc. Your 1st in line and the gal is rude, terrible customer service. Says I'll need to wait another hour and Im only one here. This is the last time Ill come here. I went to the Kennewick Albertson's around noon today, I couldn't find any Spicy Nacho Doritos so I decided to ask one of the employees (her name is Ryanne) if they still made them, Ryanne said she wasn't sure but offered to take me to another area where they might have some, there weren't any available, I thanked her for her help and went to the checkout line, before I knew it Ryanne came up to me with the Spicy Nacho Doritos that I wanted, I went up to one of the managers to let her know how impressed I was with Ryanne's service and the manager seemed very happy about it, I normally don't do much shopping at Albertson's but Ryanne is essential to the company and it makes me want to shop there more. read more

I shop here a lot and lately have had the best experiences! I love seeing Jimmy! The courtesy clerk! He is truly sweet and hilarious! He decided to help me out with my few groceries and made me laugh the entire time about how he tried to cut his own hair! I have not had one bad experience here! read more

I love the people that work here. They make my shoppign experiance enjoyable. They usually have a great selection of Vegetables, and salads. They always have fresh produce whether it be from the bakery,or meat deli. I love the every $50.00 you spend you get .05c off per gallon and gets as high as $1.50 off. Which right now is alot of savings. These guys always seem to have everything I need and if they don't they can order it. There is also 2 redbox machines 1 outside 1 inside. Also 1 at the fuel center. read more

Such a bad place to go. Clerks are very rude who work there. Not friendly, looks like they hate there jobs don't smile nothing. Went in tonight to get a few things because I know I can get my Safeway points here (isn't that why everyone goes here) the lady working scans my items in. I say where do I put my phone number in. She says you have to do that before I began scanning. Well your the clerk, you work here I don't best of all you get paid to do your job. She says would you like me to delete everything. All bent out of shape I say no just forget it. What I really want you to do is your job. Ask a customer if they have a card or phone number you might get more repeat customers if you do. That helps your check believe it or not. read more

Deli workers using bare hands to serve ready to eat foods. Store manager and assistant manager had different stories of what the policy is. Even when you use tongs and spoons to get food, your bare hands have germs from god knows what and those germs travel down the spoons into the foods. I witnessed a deli worker pick out a price tag that fell into the baked beans with her bare hands, if she had gloves on it wouldn't be an issue, but according to the store manager gloves aren't required. read more

This Albertsons isn't the best. The employees are always super nice but the past few times I've bought Ice Cream from here the ice cream was lacking in the rest of the ingredients! (Like fudge brownie with no brownie and barely any fudge) Perhaps I just have bad luck but I don't see the point in purchasing ice cream here anymore. Might as well go up the street to Winco and get it for cheaper and it not be a "bad batch". I do like their beverage selection and Terrariums and flowers, and the produce is generally good. first off the employees are great and very helpful but management has no consideration for their disabled shoppers, I attempted today 2/17/19 to park to pick up my prescription and a few grocery items even in the disabled parking it was too dangerous for me to even exit my car, main lanes are clear but no consideration has been done on the actual parking leaving it dangerous for us that are not so good on our feet it is a accident waiting to happen and I do not wish that on anyone, I had to ask my daughter to pick up my scripts because I did not feel safe the way the lot is maintained not even the disabled parking is cleared. read more
