    Had a prescription for oxygen machines. After 4 months I received a bill for the full cost of the…read moremachines because my insurance says it was prescribed for only 1 month. No notice from Lincare about picking up the machines after 1 month and they waited three months to bill me. That's when I found out the prescription was for 1 month only. I returned the machines and bought a home oxygen machine and portable for what I had to pay for three months of rental. Check your prescription with Lincare because they will not notify you when the prescription runs out and will bill you full price. They don't rent without a prescription but also don't notify you when the prescription runs out.

My portable oxygen concentrator stopped working at the end of March, 2023, so Lincare picked it up to send in for repair. 6 months later I contact them to check on the progress and was told that somewhere along the way, it had been lost! Which is one thing. I wasn't real upset about them losing it, but asked them for a letter stating that it had been lost, to facilitate my being able to get a replacement from the Department of Labor. After another 18 months of my repeatedly calling their office on Clearwater, still no letter. I'd spoke with the office manager, Angel a couple of times and it got to the point she was having her calls screened and would not speak to me, nor return my calls. Then I talked with the oxygen supply manager Christine and same thing. She'd promised me she'd research the issue and get back to me. This did not happen either. So here it is, nearly 2 years after they lost my equipment and they won't take responsibility for it. I've asked them for the Lincare district office number and they won't provide that to me either. I'm not sure what their business model is, but it certainly is NOT taking care of their clients. If you can take your business elsewhere (which is what I've ended doing) do that! I'm very surprised these people running their Kennewick office still have jobs. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!

    I switched to have my medicine filled yesterday by Walgreens other than where I normally have it…read morefilled because it was Sunday and it had to be taken that day and my pharmacy isn't open on Sundays because I was discharged from the ER on Sunday. I wasn't called to find out that it couldn't be picked up that day. I wasn't even sure if they had received it. I called the phone number to talk to a real person and I got an AI who couldn't find the prescription and wouldn't give me a real person. I visited the physical pharmacy and the line is like 8,9 people long and want moving. I called the number again got the AI again and I described every detail what the problem is so it finally sent me to a real person who found the prescription. He said it couldn't be filled till Wednesday. I told him it needed to be filled right away because it should've been filled yesterday because it came from the ER. He agreed to have it done asap in about an hour and an half. Then he said I would have to wait in line to get it which I can't because of pain in my leg from standing very long. I needed another way. He thought the local pharmacy didn't have a drive through pickup then he looked again and it did. Drug stores like Walgreens need to step up their game because grocery stores and other similar stores shouldn't be able to do their job better but they are. If they don't they'll all go under. If my heath isn't important to them I won't use them ever even if I just got out of the ER on Sunday and can't go anywhere else. I'll just wait until tomorrow. Walgreens will need to pay me to ever consider going there again. I think I should've just had them transfer to another place to be filled. We'll see if it gets filled right away and if I get notified at that time. Update: They wouldn't fill the prescription for stupid reasons so I'm transferring it back to my own pharmacy. WALGREENS doesn't like business that pays them.

    Incredible customer care, extremely attentive and knowledgeable pharmacists…read more Customer care: the pharmacist say with me for about 15 minutes. She gave me clear instructions on how to use a new medication and she listened as I voiced my concerns. She was extremely helpful and never made me feel like she was in s hurry to get back to her work, even though the pharmacy was busy. Pharmacists: one of the pharmacists caught an error that my doctor had made regarding prescription dosage. Had she not caught it, I would have ended up giving my daughter double the amount that was actually required. I am so thankful for this attention to detail. Malley's offers a level of knowledge and customer service you just don't find at chain pharmacies. Support local business, you won't be disappointed.

    Called this pharmacy on 5/14, today. Asked the lady why I…read morehaven't heard back about my refill. The lady said they text the doctor on 5/4 and 5/7. They didn't hear anything back. I was surprised and disappointed that the pharmacy did not call and tell be the doctor never got back to them. I then called the doctor office. After identifying myself and the medicine I told her what the pharmacy said to me. She said they don't receive text messages from pharmacies. They received faxes for Rx refills. I told her the two dates. They don't have record of either request. I requested the number (fax) from this office. I was planning on calling back the pharmacy. She then told me a person from her office will call and talk to Malleys and find out what happened, why the request for refill did not go through, etc .
