This last venture, due to the ever incompetent middle man (whom we shall call PiSAWa - because that's what they do, piss away time, etc.) PiSAWa had sent me with the wrong prescription, like, quite the hippa hiccough! Not even my name on it! I heard the telephone conversation as it was done over my cell phone and on speaker, about who was going to do what to resolve this problem. 2 WEEKS LATER, after I mysteriously can't ever get someone on the phone, I take my very unhappy self to the home base and explain exactly what I want. 3 secretarial positions there and they obviously have no idea how to work effectively as a team. After 30+ minutes, I get the paperwork in my hands, that I had heard with my own ears was going to be faxed 2 weeks earlier. I go to Inland Home Medical and there is Angela, remembering me and the mess up the first time. She's happy I finally got all the paperwork, but to set up the equipment she needed that original prescription! The HIPPA Violation script I left the office with and then shred because it wasn't mine. LONG STORY: After 2 hours of waiting and waiting in 90 degree heat PiSAWa was able to get all the papers together they SHOULD have had for me when I left! Angela was a trooper! She hung in there with me and was doing all she could to get me set up with the right equipment, properly trained on it, take care of all of the insurance yuck. I couldn't have had a better partner through this. She was patient with me and all the delays brought on by dealing with PiSAWa, very clear and helpful in instructions and questions. She gets a Gold Star!

Pickup was also good. Thy arrived outside their stated window of time, but not too far out. However, getting them to stop billing us for the returned equipment is a nightmare. No agents are signed in, sit on hold up to 45min. Finally get a customer support agent and I get routed back to the black hole of ringing and elevator music. When I finally got to someone who could help, she was very attentive in navigating the Lincare mess to resolve the issue. The best I can say is that the people are good, the products are good, but the processes are broken, and that is a poor management issue.

No notice from Lincare about picking up the machines after 1 month and they waited three months to bill me. That's when I found out the prescription was for 1 month only. I returned the machines and bought a home oxygen machine and portable for what I had to pay for three months of rental. Check your prescription with Lincare because they will not notify you when the prescription runs out and will bill you full price. They don't rent without a prescription but also don't notify you when the prescription runs out.

We've had nothing but trouble with the scooter and lift and tried to bring it in to be fixed, the older man at the front desk refused to fix it, (after I had an appointment) handed me back my keys and told me he refused to work on it "because we blamed him for the ignition and left a bad review" I spent over $600 getting the ignition replaced. I was surprised and disappointed that the pharmacy did not call and tell be the doctor never got back to them. I then called the doctor office. After identifying myself and the medicine I told her what the pharmacy said to me. She said they don't receive text messages from pharmacies. They received faxes for Rx refills. I told her the two dates. They don't have record of either request. I requested the number (fax) from this office. I was planning on calling back the pharmacy. She then told me a person from her office will call and talk to Malleys and find out what happened, why the request for refill did not go through, etc .
