They heat the orbit of your eye and then express your tear glands . Then after those procedures you go back every year . The last two times I went in and again paid 275 twice my eyes stayed bloodshot continuously. I called and asked for a refund after I had an inside Sty that swelled my eye almost shut . Tried to call Canyonview and tried to get in , no appointments. So I called another eye Doctor that morning. I had to take a z-pack and he gave me an ointment (rx) and told me it was from a plugged duct ( that is what I was paying the 275 dollars for ) . It took 8 weeks and lots of pain to clear up . He put me on Miebo which I now have to purchase at 35 dollars a month . So I spent all that money ( complained about my red eyes on the last two visits) and never got a refund . Just don't go to Canyonview eye Clinic .

Even then, they kept telling me how expensive that would be, it was around 300 bucks. I am more frustrated that I was unable to schedule appointments without having to wait 2 months. I have had several challenges that were not addressed, nor was I even made aware of. The front office here are so very kind and welcoming. I just wish the actual service I received matched that.

My experience with this company has been completely awful, it seems like the entire thing was a waste of my time, money, and gas. So far, this provider/company has been a complete joke in regards to treating patients with tinnitus, or having any kind of sympathy, empathy, patience, or understanding. I would most definitely NOT recommend making an appointment with this provider, especially if you're from out of town or out of state and don't even live in the same city in which their office is located. I will start by saying I do believe that the care given by the doctors is excellent. The front office staff is always polite, professional, and welcoming! The doctors are good listeners and thorough! They had me scheduled for my annual exams quickly which was great! The downside is, as a new patient, it took me three months to be able to see the doctor for a "establishing care" appointment. This was not a thing in the state I moved from. So it took two-three months for me to get an appointment, then they had to reschedule me twice, once because they had scheduled too many establishing a care appointments for that day with that doctor and then once again because their building had been vandalized. Unfortunately, that pushed my appointment out another two months so now I've waited over five months to see a doctor to establish care. I finally get to my appointment date and have received a letter that my new doctor is now leaving the practice and I'll have to set up an establishing care appointment with a new doctor which took...another 2 months! So this is intended to be a cautionary tale if you are trying to establish care, as soon as you get to the area or as soon as you realize it... Start calling immediately to find a doctor because these wait times are definitely not something I was used to!

They're refusing to see "any new patients even if they had established care prior to this". How absurd. Good riddance.
