Dr. Lori Losey Lovato has been nothing but a blessing to me in my search for a pair of hearing aids…read morethat fit my lifestyle. I came to SOUND Audiology and Hearing Aids at the beginning of the year to look for a new pair of hearing aids since It was time for an upgrade (my last pair was purchased in 2005!) Lori set me up with a new pair of ReSound hearing aids, a pair of hearing aids that have the ability to connect to my cell phone via Bluetooth. I have been completely blown away by how this pair of hearing aids have dramatically increased the quality of my life, and even more so how they have presented new opportunities for me! Dr. Lovato's expertise on different brands of hearing aids (such as the pros and cons, software type, lifestyle, fit) is, in my opinion, very valuable. Lori was able to adjust the settings on my hearing aids to help me hear more comfortably in louder settings (like a restaurant or at a baseball game) by cancelling out unwanted background chatter. I noticed these changes immediately when my family went out to eat at a very noisy restaurant and I was able to understand everything they were saying without any background interference from other patrons. It felt incredible to be able to hear! I confidently recommend friends and family to Lori as she always knows what will be the most beneficial for different people's lifestyles. The relationships that I have made at SOUND Audiology and Hearing aids are absolutely wonderful; the staff is lovely and the service is exceptional. I have never had any issues scheduling any appointments or getting in contact with them. It is always a pleasure knowing that I am in the presence of friends when I get my check-ups. I can't express how blessed I am to have Dr. Lori Losey Lovato as my audiologist, and I encourage everyone who needs hearing aids or even a hearing test to take your "journey to hearing well" with her at SOUND Audiology and Hearing Aids. I am so thankful we have such a wonderful audiologist in the Tri Cities!

First off, the Cancer Center is in the same building as the Columbia Basin Hematology & Oncology…read morewhich is now Kadlec Hematology & Oncology. The cancer center I know does not offer chemotherapy, although I did receive treatment from Dr. Gamboa. I highly recommend both institutions. I was diagnosed in 2013 with inflammatory breast cancer, stage 3. I was again diagnosed in 2017 with kidney cancer. Throughout, I was treated with dignity and respect. I felt like I mattered as a person, a patient, a a family member. Dr. Gamboa and Michelle Froh, his PA, have been absolutely phenomenal in regards to my care from the beginning. I believe, had I been in Montana, the rare inflammatory cancer would not have been noticed as quickly and my results would have been much different. Throughout my care, the Cancer Center helped me through a nurse navigator, supplied a research library, had wigs, drain cami"s, nutritional advice, got me on state insurance, paid for my mammogram, guided me to other services in my area, supported me unconditionally, gave me reasons to participate in life outside of cancer, and gave me lifelong friends I will always cherish. When it came to my medical care, they encouraged me to always let my doctors know when I felt something was off. They supported my doctors and helped me with questions to ask while I learned what I could about the disease, my care, and my recovery. Never once have I been left feeling as though I was a number or had been written off. I went to Seattle for my kidney cancer because at the time the surgery my doctors recommended was not available here. Now it is. I will always recommend the services we have in this area because of the way I've been treated. We are extremely lucky services here in most cases would rival care from anywhere.

I honestly don't even know where to begin because "thank you" doesn't feel like enough to express…read morehow grateful I am for Dr. bahnmiller and his entire team. Choosing a doctor for something as personal as women's health can be a very vulnerable experience. From the first time I walked into this office, I have felt respected, listened to, and genuinely cared for. That feeling has continued throughout my entire experience. Dr. Bahnmiller performed surgery for me, and I was extremely pleased with how everything went. Unfortunately, during the healing process, there was an area that didn't heal quite the way it should have.(just the way my body healed) nothing to do with his performance. What meant so much to me was that he didn't dismiss my concerns or make me feel like I was being difficult. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and worked with me to make things right. He performed a refinement surgery, and throughout that entire process I felt like I had someone in my corner. That is something I will always appreciate, and you do often get that now days. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, but what makes him truly special is the way he treats his patients. He actually listens. He takes his time. He explains everything and goes over all of your options without ever making you feel pressured or pushed into a treatment. I have never walked out of an appointment feeling like I was rushed through or that my questions were an inconvenience. He makes you feel like your concerns matter, and even though he is extremely professional, he also knows how to joke around and make you laugh. That may sound like a small thing, but when you're discussing personal things or going through surgery, having a doctor who make you feel comfortable and at ease makes experience feel so much easier. The staff deserves just as much recognition. Every single person, from the front desk to the girls in the back, has been absolutely wonderful. I have had the experience with Hailey for most of the back office she is a, genuinely kind person. as well as Jane as you will see her in the front and back, when Rachel did an IV it was a caring conversation not just a in and out. all the ladies that work in office are kind, welcoming, compassionate, and professional. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with warmth. Once you're taken back, you continue to feel that same level of care and respect. You can tell when people are simply doing their job, and you can tell when people genuinely care. This office genuinely cares. Thats what sets them aside from every other office that I have experienced. I am so thankful for the care I have received, for being listened to, for having my questions answered, and for having a doctor who never made me feel uncomfortable speaking up about my own body and my own concerns. I am very happy with the surgery I had and with the care I received throughout the healing process. Most importantly, I feel like I found a doctor and health team I can trust. That is not something I take lightly. To my doctor and the entire team -- thank you for being so kind, patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. Thank you for taking the time with me, for listening, for making me laugh when I needed it, and for always making me feel comfortable and cared for. I am incredibly grateful to have found you all. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed at all If you are looking for an OB/GYN and a women's health provider who will actually listen to you, take their time, explain your options, respect your decisions, and treat you like a person rather than just another appointment, I truly cannot recommend this office enough. Five stars will never quite express how thankful I am for the care I have received.
