They were amazing helping my grandma get her hearing aids. She loves them! Couldn't recommend them enough.

Dr. Lori Losey Lovato has been nothing but a blessing to me in my search for a pair of hearing aids…read morethat fit my lifestyle. I came to SOUND Audiology and Hearing Aids at the beginning of the year to look for a new pair of hearing aids since It was time for an upgrade (my last pair was purchased in 2005!) Lori set me up with a new pair of ReSound hearing aids, a pair of hearing aids that have the ability to connect to my cell phone via Bluetooth. I have been completely blown away by how this pair of hearing aids have dramatically increased the quality of my life, and even more so how they have presented new opportunities for me! Dr. Lovato's expertise on different brands of hearing aids (such as the pros and cons, software type, lifestyle, fit) is, in my opinion, very valuable. Lori was able to adjust the settings on my hearing aids to help me hear more comfortably in louder settings (like a restaurant or at a baseball game) by cancelling out unwanted background chatter. I noticed these changes immediately when my family went out to eat at a very noisy restaurant and I was able to understand everything they were saying without any background interference from other patrons. It felt incredible to be able to hear! I confidently recommend friends and family to Lori as she always knows what will be the most beneficial for different people's lifestyles. The relationships that I have made at SOUND Audiology and Hearing aids are absolutely wonderful; the staff is lovely and the service is exceptional. I have never had any issues scheduling any appointments or getting in contact with them. It is always a pleasure knowing that I am in the presence of friends when I get my check-ups. I can't express how blessed I am to have Dr. Lori Losey Lovato as my audiologist, and I encourage everyone who needs hearing aids or even a hearing test to take your "journey to hearing well" with her at SOUND Audiology and Hearing Aids. I am so thankful we have such a wonderful audiologist in the Tri Cities!

Two years ago, when I had my hearing test, I asked for my results and she told me, 'Your ENT doctor should let you know.' Dr. Stromberg never did.Recently, I had another hearing test with the same technician. During the appointment, I mentioned that I have constant nasal congestion and ear pressure, and that my eustachian tubes and hearing are likely messed up because of my crooked nose. I also mentioned having post-nasal drip draining down the back of my throat. Her response was, 'Your nose has nothing to do with your hearing,' which is completely incorrect. When I countered by asking why else I would have constant congestion and wake up with ear pressure, she got defensive. She condescendingly started bragging about how much schooling she has completed and snapped, 'Would you like to proceed with this hearing test?' Ironically, at the very end of this visit, she suddenly handed me a paper with my results--even though she refused to do so two years ago.The Kadlec medical system is terrible. Please, do yourself a favor: go to a different city where you will get much better care."

Why are doctors skipping around instead of taking action right away for things. Ifsomeone goes to a specialist, other tests must be done associated with an issue. Logic America duh.

My last visit, I asked to skip one service as my primary care provider had just performed that service the previous week. They did skip that service but I was charged for that service anyway- Was that part of the visit though it is itemized and charged individually? Now I am told that since the hearing aids are more than 5 years old, they can not continue to clean and check the hearing aids- they are too old- I must buy new hearing aids. They did say that they would "teach me to clean and check them myself". If I could learn to "clean and check them myself", why was I not taught this previously rather than requiring me to come in every 3-4 months for checks that were an out of pocket expense, not covered by insurance? I had asked if there was another solution and was told they had to to the checks. I question the ethics of not teaching folks to do things they could apparently do for themselves - is this to increase billing? I also question forcing folks to buy new equipment because of elapsed time rather than product performance- stated reason for forcing the purchase of new equipment "because of liability"
