Love both the medical and cosmetic side of this business! I've always had very acne prone,…read moresensitive, red skin and the Novel Skin Solutions side (upstairs) has an amazing team that has helped me manage my skincare routine for years. The chemical peels are chefs kiss and very relaxing. I feel so special with the goodie bags they send you off with after lol. They usually have samples so you don't have to spend a lot of $$ on products that might not work for you. Once you find the products that do work, it's easy to stop by the front desk and stock up when needed. Oh! And they have skin friendly makeup - found my holy grail foundation there and my skin loves it! I've also had a couple of scares with moles and spots on my body and the Center For Excellence side (downstairs) eased my nerves and took care of me. Mole removal was quick, minimal pain, and had wonderful results! I tried another dermatologist that accepted my insurance but I had a terrible experience (mole removal was painful and left a scar and she told me moles = diabetes which scares me), so now I will never go anywhere other than Center for Excellence/Novel Skincare Solutions. 10/10 recommend this company for all your skincare needs ESPECIALLY if you have anxiety!

I went to have my moles checked. They took off two moles, nearly zero pain and tiny scars. I'll be…read moregoing back

I called today to let them know that he has another growth and it is growing fast. She gave me a few dates, but they didn't work due to him being in dialysis on those days. She said since I declined those dates, the next appointment would not be until November. She had NO empathy or care in about my father who could be dead by November. So frustrating!!!!!

I'm wondering if I went to same clinic that the positive reviewers went to. The clerical staff was…read morefine. The clinic is nice and clean. After that, I have nothing positive to write. The PA who examined me spent at MOST fifteen seconds looking at my skin and started to walk out of the examining room. I had to stop him from leaving THREE times to look at problem areas he missed. Two were generally benign. The third was a red lump about the size of a pea in the middle of my forehead - very hard to miss! Turns out it was a basal cell carcinoma. So, I returned to get it removed and asked if I was going to have a dent in my head from the procedure. Dr. Smith was dismissive about the chances at best. There was no discussion of first trying less invasive techniques that I learned about much too late afterwards. I got the same PA to stitch me up and again I asked about winding up w/ a dent in my forehead and again the response was very dismissive. Meanwhile I had to listen to his political views throughout the stitching, which I thought was very inappropriate. Next, after the stitches were removed, I had to return to the clinic to have two stitches removed that they missed the first time. And, AGAIN I had to listen to the PA's political views. I asked about topical creams for removing actinic keratoses and the PA recommended imiquimod. He said I should get it at the front counter where they sell it for about $75. Now a lot of people would just shell out the money w/ no questions asked. But, I asked a few questions and found out that by using my insurance, I could get it from Walgreens for $7. I think DermaHealth's approach was a shady way to sell their own products. Lastly, I now have a dent about the size of a quarter in the middle of my forehead that I will have the rest of my life. I understand that it beats dying from basal cell carcinoma. But the chances of that happening are miniscule and there are less invasive ways to try first.

The owner who is the lead Dr is the one doing the exam and says, "I want to biopsy this". I said 'dang this is going to leave a divot in my skin'. She has a condescending tone and says, "you're confusing me, you want me to look at something but you don't want me to biopsy because it is going to leave a divot". I responded with a return in the same attitude I was given saying, 'wow this is some bedside manner' she says 'I'm just honest'. Before I could say anything she told me to put my clothes back on and leave. I would have let her biopsy it but I was voicing my dissatisfaction in the potential divot and she responded with an attitude. It's no wonder this place has a 2.5 rating. Jennifer McCullugh, if you're reading this, work on your bedside manner, show some patience with visual concerns of the patient being sliced on. Reserve your condescending tone with your patients.

Did they alert me that my second appointment was canceled? NO. They instead lied saying they left voicemails when I had nothing. I literally received a confirmation message this morning. Keep in mind I drive 1 1/2 hours to get here and it just has been a waste of time.

I had been thinking of getting a mommy makeover since I had my last baby 20 years ago! I did my…read moreresearch, spoke with some nurse friends and decided on Dr. Fleming at Kadlec. I totally made the right choice. He has a bit of a dry sense of humour but he is absolutely skilled at what he does. He even gave me his cell number to call directly if I had any concerns after my surgery.

Dermatologist Visit …read more.. Red Flags Do Not Waste your time with these people A Complete Circus Show. 0 stars. Quite lower if it was an available choice. Extremely unprofessional by a medical professional and medical team avoid this place. As soon as you walk-in, you realize you're not at a dermatologist office.. but at zoo full of narcissistic people that work there and so-called professionals that are very unprofessional.. Problems from the start at check-in. With no computer check in, valid birthday check or id request So after waiting about 30-40 minutes in the lobby from my appointment time. A very abrasive and rude intake person came out to get me took me back. As I was covering my issues with her.. she acted like she didn't want to be there. When I commented about how abrasive she actually was acting.. she snickered like she didn't wanna give a ___ and didn't really want to be working there. She went out, returned with Christina Rodriguez.. about ten mins later.. I'm sure after they had their little chat pow wow time together.. Both returned with rude very abrupt attitudes. Medical professionals.. yeah right.. joke! They were both giving off major sandpaper vibes and a very high lack of care and professionalism at this point.. Christina, especially with the -I don't really care about this patient demeanor... The questions she asked were like: Super snappy Are you around mosquitoes!!? Do you work outside!!!? Are you around bugs!!!!!? Ok fine, I could see how those might be valid questions.. But then she says and I quote, "Do you live in a tent?" This is a professional question asking me if I live in a tent?? My answer was: No ..I don't live in a tent. She will then sit I hear a little stool while the intake person is again behind. The computer .. Then ask, what medications you are on? Those are right on their computer screen in the room any medical office has that information.. Their pre-check intake person brought my medications up on the computer screen as well as saw them on my phone when I showed her. When I pointed that out, Christina Rodriguez said,.. "You can't even answer the question of what medications you are on!!??" Well, maybe if you two would've reviewed my notes out in the hall that the intake person was supposed to tell you.. instead of worrying about me asking why she was so abrasive you might know that.. Not to mention.. Like ...oh ok really??.. You can't even get up off your own unprofessional butt to look at the computer screen 2 feet away!!?? To read them!!?? All this happens while the intake person just stands there behind the computer and has it in front of her face on the screen ..She then finally verbally rattles off 1 ointment and 1cream in their drug names.. Was that so difficult?? My lord... ~By the way, some people are not in the medical profession or a pharmacist. Certain medicines are hard to pronounce correctly in their generic names for your average person that's not in the medical or pharmaceutical field.. They have all that information right in front of their faces on their computer at their fingertips. But intake is staring at the computer acting like they are working in a car wash. Christina Rodriguez is sitting on her a** like she's too entitled to get up and walk 2 feet to look at the computer screen. Christina Rodriguez nurse Dermatologist ummm lets review 1. Too lazy and entitled to walk 2 feet from her stool. Won't bother to review the information that is clearly available to her after she talked to the intake person before she entered and after she enters the room.. 2.She will just sit down in front of you asking questions like: Do you live in a tent? Cmon that's not a professional question.. just rude. At one point.. Christina Rodriguez says, --this is the icing on the cake! The real juice here.. She had the nerve to say to my face mind you.. "You Look Like You Live in a Tent" --at which point I said... THANK YOUUUUUU!!!!! Right back to her face and called her out for it.. after I had already said I didn't live in a tent.. 2. Christina Rodriguez absolutely knew what she said was extremely unprofessional and belittling.. Clearly she displays narcissist personality markers along the way to put her own patients down that are there seeking help.. 3. She absolutely knew what she was going to say before she even said it. As she brought up tent before that and I already stated.. No I don't live in a tent. When she said you look like you live in a tent!! ..She didn't expect to be called out. Once called out like any narcissist will do.. she tried to gaslight and say she said .."So you don't live in a tent? like she was trying to check off boxes when it clearly was a very unprofessional second dig on her part. Will gladly get another referral as his place is an absolute joke brimming with narcissistic entitlement attitude and unprofessionalism
