The team is amazing, I was supposed to drive back home with a friend of mine after surgery (my friend was going to drive) but Dr. Wright and his team got us a hotel instead. He didn't want us to have to drive back up the next day for the post op appointment since w live 2 hours away. The team has been extremely attentive and amazing! I am so so disappointed in my surgery lipo. Dr Wright didn't take out enough. I did 12 lymphatic messages and wore my faja for 6 months, I did everything right, over and above. I started discussing my concerns of fat still be there at 6 months, he insisted it was skin. I went to Seattle plastic surgeon for a 2nd opinion. That surgeon said I need lipo body sculpting all around my torso. I paid $8000 to Dr Wright and have nothing to show for it. I am almost exactly the same as when I went 10 months ago. What a HUGE waste of $8000. I had another discussion with Dr Wright last month, he said he wouldn't to a revision for free. He said he isn't as aggressive as FL or Mexico. He insisted again it was skin. Omg, I'm still so frustrated I spent that much money for nothing and will have to have it repeated by a better surgeon. Pic is 10month after Lipo. I do not recommend this place, Dr. Wright has very little experience or none at all, Do not waist your money here , Be smart and go to a real professional. I had a surgery done by him and he did not do a good job, he doesn't know what he's doing, so after having a really bad experience by him doing an awful job, I had to go with a real professional to get fixed what this Dr. Wright did , I truly regret going to this place, but it was my fault for not investigating first if hes good or not , then later I found out that I was not the only woman this Dr. did a horrible surgery job to Thats why always, alwaysss investigate first before trusting your body to anybody. read more

If you are an experienced plastic surgeon I assume you are striving for excellence in your work, so you would feel proud of the results. In the case the results are not entirely satisfactory, to the client or yourself, you would offer options to bring it up to par. My Brachioplasty was definitely not up to par. I received a free treatment of liposuction to try correcting the problem, it did not entirely. It may have required another liposuction treatment. I did not feel welcome to come back and try another liposuction treatment or another option. I felt like a I was a problem for them not a patient that paid a good amount of money for a less than a satisfactory result. I went back for dysport and fillers to treat marionette lines, on another occasion. The administration of the filler left an accumulation of the product that created a lump on both lower corners of my lips. I don't think I'll be back. I am about to get a Blepharoplasty on both, upper and lower eyelids, that they will not perform. They have lost my business; I think they don't care. read more

Went in to get Dysport for TMJ pain with Brittany Cruz. Brittany is new to the facility and excelt in her services, amazing attitude. Katie Slattery was in the room and made me feel very very uncomfortable. She was very arrogant and definately not approchable. Dr. Wright performed my facelift and eyelid surgery. From the initial consultation through the after care, he was thorough, professional, talented. I had a little bit of panic a week or so after the work was done; Dr. Jason made time for me to see him on one of his research days and he was very kind and reassuring. Because his clinic has in-house surgical facilities his pricing is a lot better than surgeons that utilize hospital operating rooms, too. His staff is skilled, discreet, and very professional as well. I have some other work in mind and have total trust that he will take good care of me when the time comes for me to move forward. My first impression of Wright's wasn't great: I walked in to make an appointment for some B12 shots for the following day. The next day I make the 45 min drive to be told the gal had gone home sick (bummer but ok). They had taken my information down wrong and so had the wrong number when they called to let me know. Having made the drive and all I was a little frustrated. Years later I received my first injectibles experience from a competitor, after three weeks the swelling resulted in some lumps and unbalanced spots in my lips. Hesitant to go back to the original facility I opened my email to find a promotional email from Wright's- they had a special going on Dysport which I was told would help with my night grinding of my teeth when applied to the muscle beneath my molars. I booked with Rochelle and let me tell you- she took a somewhat sour taste in my mouth and changed my feelings on Wright's. The entire experience was seamless, the staff was helpful and kind- even taking the time after the appointment to recommend some face washes and moisturizers and giving me samples of what they were out of stock! I originally planned on buying another syringe to try to balance my lips but she was so knowledgeable and recommended dissolving small pieces, healing, and adding a bit more if needed in a few weeks. Their in house numbing made it basically painless and my lips look perfect and my grinding is almost non existent! And on top of that the products they recommended have brightened my skin, reduced imperfections, and I can leave the house without make up. ‍ I wish I'd found them years ago!
