I have severe allergies and inquired with them about the ingredients of a new medication, which my doctor told me to, and said the pharmacist would be the one to know about that information. The man/pharmacist on the phone told me they don't have the resources or manpower available to look up the ingredients or sourcing for my medication. Basically telling me it was a waste of his time and to follow back up with my doctor. Couldn't take my medication that I needed today. Won't be coming to this CVS again. read more

I am a CVS prescription card holder you would think they would charge your insurance like they usually do. Not here! I went to pick a regular prescription and to my shock they were charging me the cash price and they like well we did not bill insurance. Though my information is in the system. They said I had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the 15 I already waited to get it because they have to redo it. I was never given an apology by anyone and this is because a technician screwed up. Update on why they continue to earn 1 star. You now have to show up to remind them a prescription was called in that needs to be filled. When the promise date shows 7-2 at 1:15pm they are like sorry we are 2 weeks behind! Seriously! Maybe they need to get better help or more help but they seriously make picking up a prescription at least an 1 hour affair if not more. read more

I had a dental emergency one morning that required medication. I also had to leave town by noon to make an appointment two hours away. I called the pharmacy and Brian reluctantly said he would try to fill it within half an hour to pick up on our way out of town. When I arrived to get the medication I noticed it was an anti inflammatory. Knowing I was already on one for another issue, I asked to speak to the pharmacist to clarify there was no issue taking both. The only man working-possibly Brian?-approached me and when I asked my question he replied "Aren't YOU the one who was in such a hurry to get out of town?"! I said yes and he replied "And yet... here you stand!" Angrily I replied that I didn't want to cause issues in my system with duplicating a med. "Take the new one for five days and then you can go back on the other." I stormed off and upon further reading the material he'd included-NO where did it say not to take them both at the same time. Not only did he treat me EXTREMELY rude for a question concerning my health and meds but then left me confused with his suggestion and nothing on the medical print out. All the women working the registers are easy to talk to and very kind. I have never written a negative review, but feel this man should be questioned on his behavior. read more

This pharmacy is the Worst. First of all, their customer service is rude. I called after being alerted for a prescription I didn't know about and the girl sounded exasperated I even asked. She told me the name of the doctor rapidly so I had to call back to have her spell it. When I showed up to get my perscription, they told me they DIDN'T accept Medicaid or GoodRx coupons, so I had to have my prescription transferred to a Rite Aid where I knew they would. Because it was late I had to have it transferred to the one on Highlands but come to find out CVS didn't transfer all the information they needed so now I have the hassle of calling Rite Aid to fix it. The hours here are much worse than Rite Aid or Wal Mart and I've always gotten great service at both even if sometimes the wait is a little longer. Therefore it's worth it to have your prescriptions sent there. Never using CVS again. read more

I'm going to have to agree with the other 1 star reviews. While I have not had issues with anyone being rude or charging me incorrectly the wait time on your prescriptions being filled is horrendous. After having dealt with this issue before, I have given them 3 days to fill the prescription and then called an hour before to make sure it would be ready upon my arrival, which they assured me it would be despite the fact it hadn't been done yet. An hour later and it was still not ready and they asked for an additional 45 minutes. Sorry CVS pharmacy, but I think I'm done with you. read more

This place is a complete joke. I dropped off at 10 a.m. and came back at 5 and nobody bothered to fill my prescription. Then they wanna tell me 45 minutes to wait. And the previous time I waited 2 days for a prescription just for them to tell me they don't have it. I'm definitely going to Walgreens from now on. 0 stars if I could read more

We love this pharmacy. If you set your family up on the CVS app you will receive a text message with a link letting you know that your prescription is ready. If you click on the link it will tell you the cost of the medication so you have an idea before you get to the pharmacy. I received a text message from CVS a few days ago stating that my daughter's triamcinolone ointment prescription was about to expire and I could simply open the link and press a button and a refill request was sent to her PCP. CVS makes things much easier compared to other pharmacies. I have always had great experiences with the staff at this location as well. read more

I called today to check to see if this pharmacy had scopolamine patches used for nausea for my mother. I had heard they are national back order, when I called I spoke to a lady named Janet. She was extremely rude on the phone when telling me they didn't have scopolamine patches available. I said "wow I see why you guys have the yelp reviews you do", she replied instead of an apology or with grace "we'll go ahead and leave us one ok". I couldn't believe her lack of respect on the phone. I will say with talking to the store manager Tim and then the pharmacist on duty-Maxwell, they were both very respectful when I told them how she treated me with disrespect. Here's your review Janet, I hope working in the healthcare industry you can take a step back and learn how to talk to people with compassion. Best pharmacy I've ever been too. They are so helpful and pleasant. Janet goes the extra mile every time. If I have a question the pharmacist is never in a hurry and takes the time to explain things. They always be sure I'm not mixing meds that dont interact. They are all about patient safety. read more

I have had nothing but continual issues, orders taking hours to get filled when you said you're waiting, pills not in stock and after a week waiting for shipment i had to have my Dr. call and cancel it so i could go somewhere else , done with CVS! read more
