When you call you get an actual person, they know you by name after a few visits and actually care. Last year my son needed prednisone- I called almost every chain pharmacy, they were all out of stock thankfully WP Pharmacy had it and got it ready in minutes. They are fast as well, I've never had to wait long for anything. If you're still using a big pharmacy you're truly missing out on some great, personalized service.y last visit the pharmacist asked about a different medication and gave me advice on how to save money on it. They really are a great small business to support.

Nobody thought to contact us, seek out the information and when we called to provide said information we were met with a condescending tone and attitude that we found unacceptable. PHARMACY IS NOT MANAGED OR STAFFED BY YOKES FRESH MARKET…read more Yokes assistant manager told me this morning that yokes has no input or authority over these third party employees. The third party manager is "never available" to address the illequipt and poorly trained pharmacy staff. PHARMACISTS ARE STILL TELLING VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS THAT THEY MUST PAY 100% OUT OF POCKET. Ignorance and a complete lack of proper supervision is costing local Veterans hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a month in unnecessary out of pocket fees, being fraudulently charged by a mysterious third party pharmacy hiding in the shadows.

Sadly it's gone from bad and could need some improvement, to feel bad for the doctors there having their staff represent them so poorly. When the doctor and owner of the company tells you it will be the cost of the contacts after insurance due at pickup, and snarky Victoria adds a fee then proceeds to tell you that payment needs to be made in full before lenses are ordered after you question the additional fee added, there is a problem. This is not an isolated incident either. Contacts were ordered without my permission or consent a year ago after I was told they were only looking into coverage. And a severely botched order for glasses before that where the staff made it to be my fault that the glasses came 3x thicker than the previous pair ordered there a few years before. Billing staff charged me a copay for a test that was covered in full by insurance. Then added another copay that was waived prior just to stick it to me then sent me a collection letter about it. I had been going here for two decades and never had a problem till recently. And I've held on for as long as I possibly can. To preserve my friendship with one of the owners, I need to go elsewhere.
