I paid the labor and parts part of this installation which included them exchanging the unit to Home Depot, new lines and drip pan. The labor price was comparable to any others who offered the installation only part. The installer, Jordan ( I hope I got his name right) was amazing and incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He also answered extra questions I had about another water related issue. If I have a need for plumbing service, this locally owned and operated company will be the first people I call. They claimed that they augered it multiple times with no success and their recommendation was a new toilet based upon age and condition. It is less than 10 years old and not even a ring in the toilet, almost perfect condition. $150 later. I called my regular plumber and within 5 minutes he augered and pulled scissors and paper towels out. He replaced the toilet filler and on his way. When I called to let them know I felt their technician was dishonest, Froggy Fix said thanks for letting them know. Don't call this company. They will just want to replace your item for 10 times more instead of take care of the problem. I gave them 2 opportunities to take responsibility. They couldn't be bothered.

With that said, they've been very curious, came in and checked out the heater literally the next day, told me what's wrong and ordered the new water heater, dealt with the warrantee company and within 3 days we got a new heater. Austin is the technician I dealt with and he was very professional and curious, came in within the estimated time and installed the water heater, cleaned up after himself and I couldn't be more appreciative of the work he has done. Kevin admitted to me in person that the previous tech didn't tighten the handle properly. He 'fixed' it and left. ​However, a few days later, my Home Warranty company informed me that Kevin reported my 10-year-old daughter had apparently gone under the sink with a wrench and loosened the bolt herself. It's a ridiculous claim used to cover up their own technician's mistake. Now I'm stuck in a 'second opinion' process because they didn't want to take the hit for a return visit.
