Adam arrived at 8, on time, professional, called before he arrived. We had asked because we needed to lock up the dogs. Adam looked at our air conditioner and immediately identified the problem, explained it and took care of everything. He wore foot protection and cleaned up everything. Further on we find out the installation is not up to Code so we try to find out if there was a permit. Records do not show a permit request so at this point I don't know what else they might have done wrong. Long story short STAY FAR AWAR FROM THEM. Completely unprofessional people, cutting corners and putting you at risk. When we called regarding the permit and mentioned that there is a leak they did not believe it and argued that it was an effort to slander their good business. Last year, the winter on 24-25 I purchased the Bare Foot and Beautiful pellet brand. Being elderly and retired I found these pellets to be an excellent choice, first of all because they are packaged in lighter weight 23.8 lb bags that are easier for my wife and I to load in our double hopper Harman stove. Besides that, they burn clean give sufficient heat and don't create nearly as much ash as other brands that I have tried. Anyway, I ordered the same product this year and had 5 pallets delivered back in the spring of this year. Since moving 3 out of 5 pallets into my garage, I have had at least 21 bags of unusable product because they were compromised and bloated to dust from water damage. I think I was sent 2024 stock that had been sitting in the weather uncovered all winter long. I complained to this distributor and got no response. I also complained to the manufacturer, and though they responded, they did not intervene in any way. So, I am not sure how much total waste I will get out of all 5 pallets but I would have thought someone from one of these sources would have made it right. Very disappointing. It's the chance you take, but prior to this year I never had a problem worth complaining about.

There's one guy here who actually refuses to pump my tank whether or not it's $20 or $5 if I do not shut off my car. I understand it's the law but if I can drive half a minute down the road in any direction and keep my car running, keep my radio on and keep my heat going, why would I? Never stop here if you're late. This guy left the pump in my tank 10 minutes after it was done filling up, walked around to every other car before mine and I was there before some of them, I was the last car standing it was ridiculous.
