We went in during the World Cup and they put the game on for us. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was and how highly I recommend checking them out! I met Brett at the shop and immediately felt like I was being taken care of through his insightful questions, great candor, honest guidance, and exemplary expertise. Honestly, I came in a bit green to the experience and Brett really took the time to educate me without any impatience, sharing his depth of knowledge to guide me toward the finest dress clothes I've ever owned in my time. I ended up with two custom tuxedo outfits at a competitive price, an outfit change before my dinner reception that had my friends questioning who I was and how I managed to look so sharp. I received countless compliments and kind words from many for how I showed up, and how polished I looked. We had a few small challenges that ran to the wire, as it can happen. It was how Brett resolved them and the certainty by which he delivered on my needs which was truly exemplary. Look like a million dollars without spending a million dollars to do it…read more Simply put, this is the best looking and most fashionable clothes I've been able to find anywhere that isn't just absurdly expensive. You'll spend a bit more than most mid-range priced clothes but the difference will be noticeable. Many of the styles here are trending towards a more modern cut and look while still fitting into classic designs. I honestly think this is one of the best kept secrets as far as brands. Similar clothes like this would cost 3-4x in higher end stores or different brand names. The only thing about this place I don't like is the return policy (or almost non existent one). You can only return something for store credit, and even with that it has to be within 14 days. The first time I bought something here and then read the policy I was really worried and scared that I made a couple hundred dollar mistake. Thankfully I can say I haven't had any issues with anything I've bought here and ive shopped here more than a year. Clothes seem to be very well made. I've gotten nice blazers, a tux, peacoat, and some nice french cuff shirts from here. They have high quality cottons and also great wools with a nice sheen. I recommend the 'bionic' blazers which have a stain repellant coating and sheen. It seems to have big sales all the time of about 40-50%. If things arent on sale i would probably wait until they are again.

The first store I saw was Bonobos. "What's that? That looks like a place that may have what I need..." In we go, and we're greeted by Connor, a very pleasant, professional guy who happens to be dressed like he's going to our wedding party. I see a few shirts I like, and he gives me the rundown. "We'll fit you, then you pick out the colors and styles you want, and we ship them to you in 3 or 4 days." Sounds easy enough. He brings out a few shirts, a pair of pants, and a pair of shorts. Perfect fit. We spend a few minutes looking at various colors. (Side note, and the ONLY drawback of this place: not every color/pattern is available for every single tailored fit/size. They rotate through styles regularly, he explained. Fair enough; there were plenty of options from which to choose.) I found a shirt/shorts combo that was stylish, a little funky, a perfect fit, and super comfy. All in less than an hour. For someone who hates shopping for clothes, the uniqueness of this experience (get fitted, pick out your style, get it mailed to you) was perfect. I think I just found my new way to buy clothes.

He and the rest of the guys there work with you to get the best bang for your buck and guides you to the best value items at each price range. The rest of the stuff speaks for itself as the quality of Bonobos clothes continues to get better each year. Received an email stating my suit was ready to be picked up, so I booked an appointment with Jedd…read moreto: 1) confirm the fit of the suit after it had been tailor and 2) get Jedd's opinion on a tie to match the suit I had just spent over $1000 on. As soon as we start the conversation Jedd has this immediate disinterest in assisting me. When I asked him about what type of tie he would recommend with this suit or if I can wear the suit without a tie, his response is: "That decision should have been made months ago before even buying this suit." Okay...? I don't have a time machine to go back and do that and more importantly YOU ARE THE EXPERT, hence why I made an appointment with you to get your opinon. I brush it off and try on the suit. There is an issue with how the pants fit and when I bring this up to Jedd he replies condescendingly "Well when you make alterations to the pants that's what happens." Not only is this extremely poor customer service by Jedd/ poor people skills- he doesn't account for the fact that such consequences of alterations was never relayed to me. He doesn't try to make the situation any better on his own accord and at this point I am about through with dealing with him and his attitude. The cherry on top was when I asked him to set me up with an appointment for SUNDAY at 1pm (As I was busy on Saturday) with my original Suit Supply consultant (Cedric- who was amazing btw). And instead of scheduling me for Sunday, Jedd carelessly scheduled me for Saturday. A mistake of his I didn't catch until I got home and had to keep calling the store to fix as Cedric didnt even have any availability on Sunday. Thankfully Sunday morning, after my 4th phone call to the store, I was able to get the correct appointment. All in all this was an awful experience and probably my last with Suit Supply. If Suit Supply can't employ folks who have the smallest shred of understanding, empathy, communication than they will continue to lose more and more customers. There are a variety of fits available in all sizes, so you're sure to find something that looks good on you, and it's cool that the shirts are designed in a way to look good on whatever shape body you happen to have, both tucked and untucked. The wrinkle-free items are great, and I just found out how great they are when unpacking my suitcase after a cross-country flight a couple weeks ago - just hang up the shirt and you're ready to go!
