I have an older home from 1864 & we are in the middle of a bathroom renovation. Prior to calling Plumbing Stars, we were having trouble installing a 1 piece, irregular size toilet from Kohler. We also had a "conversion kit" that would position the toilet closer to wall than the actual plumbing. Vinny looked over the instructions & within 20 minutes, the toilet was installed & the water was running. He truly is a "Master Plumber" & treats your home as his own. Nice work, very knowledgeable, & very efficient. Highly recommended for all plumbing jobs, big or small.

My A/C compressor went out during the hottest days of the year. During a heat wave is when you least want to deal with a breakdown but it happened. Unfortunately it broke down on Thursday evening during 90+ degree weather. I called Rob and he immediately came in and gave me a fair price for replacing everything, new furnace, coil and compressor. He scheduled me for the Tuesday which meant I had to deal with the heat for a couple of days, I immediately went and purchased a window AC for the bedroom and went spent my weekend in the pool. They arrived early in the morning on Tuesday as promised and completed the work by 3:00 PM. They left everything clean and did a great job. My house is so cold now I can hardly deal with it! Great job Rob as always... If anyone needs a new system this is the guy to go to without a doubt.

We have had exclusively positive experiences with Dragonetti; they were recommended by not only our…read morenext door neighbors, but also other locals as well. We previously used another plumber and had very mixed experiences so we wanted to try someone new and are overwhelmingly happy with our decision to do so. Across 2 diagnostic calls, 2 regular service calls, and 2 jobs for "new" work, Dragonetti has been consistent in their deliverables and the quality experience they brought with it. I have to give special recognition to both the office staff that handles scheduling and, in particular from the plumbing team, Nick (although his colleagues have always been equally professional). Nick is extremely easy to talk to, explains everything clearly, and does not "hide the ball" whatsoever. What he promises is what he delivers in both scope of work and pricing. A particular point of appreciate we have is Nick & his team's responsiveness between Facebook messages with the company to get in touch at off hours and promptly returned phone calls/texts (scheduling and ETA communication for appointments). A recent example, we experienced a (at the time) scary situation with our boiler very late on a Friday. Nobody else returned our call despite having answering services and promising a call back. We got a 2am acknowledgment and prompt follow up the next day (Saturday). Within an hour, Nick was at our house and spent an hour listening to our concerns and diagnosing the issue/coming up with a plan. He left with a follow up scheduled and came through as discussed without any bumps along the way. I really cannot stress enough how stress free communications have been with Dragonetti in all regards and I understand why they are so highly regarded locally. Moving forward, they will be our go to for plumbing issues because we know what to expect and do not have to worry about quality concerns on their work, all of which has held up without skipping a beat. Highly recommend.
