A particular point of appreciate we have is Nick & his team's responsiveness between Facebook messages with the company to get in touch at off hours and promptly returned phone calls/texts (scheduling and ETA communication for appointments). A recent example, we experienced a (at the time) scary situation with our boiler very late on a Friday. Nobody else returned our call despite having answering services and promising a call back. We got a 2am acknowledgment and prompt follow up the next day (Saturday).
