And no matter what sink in the house we were dumping the water in, it found its way back to the basement toilet. There obviously was a clog somewhere. We called The Clogfather and spoke to Tommy. He came and assessed the situation. The clog was in our water main. He gave me a couple of options. I selected the combination of snaking the drain followed by hydro-jetting the pipe since it's never been cleaned since we owned the house which is 14 years. Tommy explained that the main pipe should be snaked once a year. He discovered balls of tangled roots and grease. I was in shock. Tommy was so professional and knowledgeable and super friendly. What started out as a nightmare was easily resolved once Tommy took over. I highly recommend him and The Clogfather. I found the price to be very reasonable considering I never had our water main pipe snaked since living there. Thank you Tommy. It was a pleasure. Marjorie M. Hollis Hills, NY

I would not recommend this plumber based on my experience. Communication was extremely poor, with several missed appointments and little to no follow-up. He repeatedly claimed that special parts were needed to complete the repairs, but after weeks of delays and no resolution, my son was able to make the repairs himself. If you value reliability, professionalism, and timely service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. It was frustrating to waste so much time waiting for someone who never followed through on the work they promised.

After posting a need for a fair priced plumber to replace my first & second floor shower…read morecartridges. I received some astronomical quotes and some not so bad ones. It's truly unfortunate that today's young entrepreneurs believe it's better to work on the customers pockets than on repeat customers. I was impressed by this young businessman who was polite, respectful and professional. After making an appointment, we had postpone it due to being g unable to find the one needed for my shower. After deciding to replace the entire system because the previous rocket scientist used some type of cement to install the previous cartridge which made it totally impossible to get it out. The outer ring plate read Peerless so I tried to get parts but they were difficult to find. What turned out to be a fifteen minute swap out almost ended up a complete and total unit replacement. After the plumber used a sawzall to cut a portion of the handle off it fell off. I bought the wrong cartridge due to the outer ring stating Peerless but when the plumber texted me a pic of the cartridge the plumbing supply salesman stated that the actual cartridge is a Delta product. After getting the correct cartridge, the plumber took all of fifteen minutes to replace it and another ten to replace another Moen shower cartridge. The original quote was $165.00 for both but unfortunately the previous plumber used something to create a more than unnecessary bond in the handle portion which added $90.00 but I had no qualms watching the young professional quickly adapt to the variable he faced. Anthony the plumber is going to be our go-to plumber from here on out.
