Because of some prior bad decisions the job was a lot more complex than just replacing a furnace. The water heater had to be physically moved to allow access and all of the pipes had to be replaced and/or rerouted. In August of 2022 I had a plumber come out and claim to have fixed my sewerage drain problem along with a hefty price tag.
