Reasonable, honest plumber who does excellent work!…read more On June 6, 2026, I was in the Bronx helping a family with a water leak in their nearly 100-year-old house. This review is 1.5 months late because I wanted to be sure that the repairs made by Felip at GME Plumbing held up after he completed the plumbing work. I took pictures and sent them to Felip and he provided a reasonable estimate which included parts and labor, so we hired him. Felip and his helper did excellent work, left the place clean, and took away the rubbish. We paid the price in his estimate; there were no surprise extra charges. He 1) Repaired a leaking shower, replaced seat of valve with a special tool. Two previous plumbers only changed the washers and the leaks never stopped. 2) Replaced washing machine valves located behind shower wall. 3) Removed an old leaky toilet and replaced it with a new toilet. It's been over a month since the repairs were completed and there have been no leaks. The water bill is 40% less because of the repairs Felip made. We are very happy with Felip's work and will definitely use him again should we have further plumbing issues.

He was also willing to work with me on documenting things (including the diagnosis on the invoice, taking picture of the old water heater's damage) for my insurance claim. He even found a way to get my water heater where it needed to be despite the space being tighter than the water heater itself without having to cut into any walls. He was professional and responsive to my texts/phone calls. I was able to easily pay by Zelle upon completion of the job after receiving a photo of the invoice. My household is grateful to have hot water again. Thank you, Dorjan!
