When I called them, their rude representative claimed their GPS said he was at my house for one hour and 27 minutes. Then she hung up on me. I then check my Ring doorbell camera and got the video evidence. I wrote the company and then got a call from a "manager" who claimed their rep didn't argue with me and they were fixing it. Watch out for these crooks. If they're willing to scam me on my first small bill, imagine what they'd do to you if you did a big project with them. CROOKS. No reports of any kind were submitted as a proof they did any service/inspection/tune up. Called to speak with the Service Manager, was promised to get a call back. Emailed, called again - no answer. Taking them to small claims court to get my money back. PS Hired another company (Royal Comfort) which confirmed there is no leak in the coil, willing to file warranty claims if necessary and submitted a very well documented report about the condition of the units.
