The only experience I had with him was back in November and frankly I was iffy on whether he would bother to come back. He did. Not only did he do that, but when I asked him to install my toilet, he quoted me, started putting it in and then pointed out a problem that meant I actually needed to replace the toilet. He could have just installed it, pocketed the money and been on his way but instead he told me he'd come back to install it after the new toilet arrived, and you know what? I believe him. He's my go-to guy now. If he's busy, I'll wait until he's free. He's that good.

I called in a panic at 8:30 on a Saturday morning with a spraying leak / broken pipe in my house. They answered right away and got the information. They said they would get there ASAP and asked me to text my address. Seconds later I received a text with an exact ETA in about an hr. That being said I live at least 45mins from their offices. Someone arrived right on time and diagnosed the issue instantly. Fixed my problem in less than 20 mins and charged me next to nothing. For an emergency call, 45mins away on a Saturday! Just needed to be replaced. I didn't realize I already used them once before. Life is hectic. I lost track. And I was regretting reaching out to them but decided to give them a chance.
