What can I say they are the very best. I had a main line backup in my basement bathroom. I called drain saver and set an appointment for 8am Saturday 7/6/13. I received a call from drain saver at 7:45 telling me the crew was on there way to my house. At 8am the drane saver van was parking in my driveway. The two technicians (Frank/ Rodger) came in and explained how and what they where going to do to relieve this problem Within an hour the problem was gone. We had a problem with our main line and luckily I found Drain Saver at Yelp. It was an excellent and stress free service overall. They were in my door within 15 minutes. They were able to resolve our problem within minutes. They helped cleanup the basement floor mess which was great. I found out they are a small company based in Westchester. I was very impressed with Drain saver. I had a leak about a week ago, and the guy came on time, as promised, which is not something to be taken for granted these days. He finished the job very quickly, in about 30 minutes or so. Very professional and knowledgable crew. They cleared my tough clog by progressing through several steps that started with a simple application of a commercial plunger device to a heavy duty auger.
