I even had him fix some code-compliance issues with previous work. While scheduling can be difficult (he prioritizes emergency calls, as he should), his work is top-notch and his team goes above and beyond, doing the things you didn't think of but needed, such as making sure drains are clear when changing faucet or putting in proper shutoffs where they should be -- no cutting corners. On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are easily worth the money to know that the job will be done correctly the first time -- and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to how I think things should be done. I've hired him multiple times this year, and will likely have him back in the future as needed.

He gave me a few ideas and the price for this project, these team came by and gutted the entire shower to beams. The reinforced the wooden beams,updated the plumbing, waterproof the shower and added cement for durability. Then they tiled the walls and floors, which made the project POP ! The shower is now a home and garden showpiece.

We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

I called him to re-fix the leak, since I paid him $1200 to fix it. He said his truck was BROKEN. And on top of that mentioned he'll charge me extra to fix the leak he was originally supposed to have fixed. I went by the positive reviews, but I think most are fake. According to AI, fake positive reviews are rampant in the plumbing business. I also think he isn't licensed, or at least I couldn't find him in the database of NY state licensed plumbers. I'm kicking myself for being too trusting. I should've done more research. In any case, if you have to use this plumber, proceed with caution. May the force be with you!

In our experience, they have always responded in a…read morereasonable amount of time, and any emergency (no hot water, etc) has been dealt with immediately. My family has used them for 25 years, 17 years in this house. We have never had a single issue with them. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services if you live in the area, as this family owned and operated business has always fixed our plumbing problems and has never worsened them, even in our tudor-style really old house.
