He came back with the piece we needed and he wanted me to give him the balance that I owed him before he walked into the store to finish the job. I was told by the technician on the job that my system holds 6 pounds.Using the high end of the cost of $600. divided by 30 is = $20. a pound. Needing 6 pounds that equates to $120. I was charged $525. ! Being a businessman for many years I do understand that there is a cost of operation to all materials on a job.However,this is truly price gouging. I will also contact the Attorney General's office for their opinion. It was not long ago that they locked up the CEO ( Martin Shreli ) for a 500 to 600 percent markup of the epa Pen.

R&M said a single system to serve all three levels could be installed, and that is exactly what they did. This involved running ductwork throughout the house, which they were able to do above the ceilings and through a few closets without having to cut into any of the rooms. And, the work was neat and professional. My only regret is that I didn't have them install central air some time ago.
