Attention Ossining and surrounding towns! If you need a plumber...big or small job...call Sellazzo…read morePlumbing & Heating. I had an elusive water leak that made its way to the lower level of my condo. Ceiling tiles were all stained. Master Plumber Dan Sellazzo located the source (and explained the maze of pipes and water lines above my drop ceiling). It was a leaking toilet. In came his partner of 20 years, Ken Troise, who is probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet and who obviously loves what he does. Courteous, respectful and a plumber extraordinaire, Ken replaced a corroded flange and old piping, and left everything cleaner than it was before he came. He also took care of two smaller issues that have been driving me crazy. Took him 5 minutes. The service from Sellazzo is top notch and the rates reasonable. You won't regret giving them a call.

Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.
