I didn't bother looking through my hundreds of online receipts from them because I knew all they needed to do was look everything up with my phone number. The Manager said that they don't do that. I explained that they do and I have done it several times; especially since last year or so when they first started that process. She was EXTREMELY combative!!! She had this rude arrogance where I can tell her she was doing it on purpose and trying to push her position. She contradicted herself after I had my friend come up who had a basket full of items to purchase. I told my friend that we are not shopping there and told her what happened. She is also a frequent shopper at HomeGoods in the policy, so shared my disappointment and agitation with this individuals demeanor. I even called another store and they validated it could be done. After that, she tried to change her tone and actions saying yes, we do that but by then it was too late. We went to another store that I shop at frequently which are all of the others and I had no problems with my return and actually ended up spending an additional $300+. My friend spent close to $700. I will not shop at that store again because they lack diversity with staff and that area lacks a lot of diversity, which may be the reason why I was treated the way I was treated.

The house was not a mess, but did need to be cleaned for move out, hence why I hired her to conduct a move out cleaning service. Like I said in my previous post, she arrived at my front door (did not enter the home) and had excuses of why she couldn't clean, such as her wrist injury and needing to move storage items the following day. She then entered the homes bathroom and said this is bad and said she could not clean and to find someone else. How do you expect me to find someone at the last minute? I hope you have a better day and your wrist gets better. I did choose Chelsea because of her 5 star review. Although it may have been true for everyone else, it was not in my case. Please, if you know you can't do a job, have the courtesy to just cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to do the job and not injure yourself further. No apology, no nothing.

    Made a 'call appt' to start the process. And they never called. Must be to busy for my projects…read more Got multiple emails confirming date and time from them. But no call. I know stuff happens. But they could've used their auto email system to cancel. In any event, I never use a contactor (for any project) that doesn't keep their first appt or notifies before just not calling or showing up. That always spells trouble. There are too many landscapers who want business. So I'll never call them or visit their nursery ever again. I believe it was Woody Allen who once said, "Just showing up is 90 percent of life." My wife and I visited this location back in February/March to purchase spring/summer flowers and get a quote for a large landscaping project, along with some recommendations. We spoke with a staff member about flowers suited for full sunlight. One of the recommended flowers is still thriving in October, but the other didn't survive more than a month despite following the care instructions. for the landscaping quote, that's where the problems began. We were told by the same staff member to speak with someone else, who wrote down an "appointment" on a sticky note and supposedly entered it into the system. The appointment was scheduled for the end of May. My wife and I took the day off work for the quote, but no one showed up--nor did anyone call. A few days later, my wife called to ask what happened. A different staff member said the person responsible would call back that day or the next--but again, zero contact. Fast forward to October, and we've never heard a word from Todd's Nursery. We've since handled our landscaping project ourselves, likely at a lower cost, and honestly, after witnessing their incompetence, we're glad we did. If this is how they handle quotes, we can only imagine how poor the actual service and timing would have been. Bottom line: complete lack of customer service, consideration, and professionalism. Don't waste your time requesting quotes from Todd's Nursery--look elsewhere for companies that value their customers and actually want to do business.
