ordered 2 items that were around $1500 each. Only 1 was sent to me. The order was placed may 3 2022. Communication with Paul Bondoc was horrible. I would send 1 email a week just checking on my missing item. After 4-5 weeks I would get a email with no real answers or solutions. on September 30th I recieve an email stating that they will not refund or reship the missing item. (I have the packing slip showing 1 item on shipment) So now I have to waste my time to file a claim with the courts. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone, and urge others to stop before you get burned too. read more

January 5 no product received so I call them. I receive a message that oops their bad it didn't ship when it should have however they said in the email that it would arrive January 12. Jan 12? No product and no new information I call again and they say it shipped jan 13 today. I phoned and discover 2 of the 15 pieces I ordered shipped today. I received a bid for 2 van windows from Dk Hardware 2 months ago and was told, in writing, that the quote was good until I ordered. I called the company this morning to place the order for the windows and found that the price had changed and I would no longer be able to receive the order as will call resulting in an additional $285 needed for shipping. I talked on the phone and exchanged multiple emails with two supervisors whom admitted their sales rep had made a mistake but they were unwilling to comp the shipping charge. They then they made excuses that the vendor had changed policy on them so they needed to change policy on me. Dk Hardware prides itself on having great customer service. Companies with great customer service step up when their company has done their customer wrong. read more

Customer service is poor, but they carry good products that are hard to find elsewhere. I ordered 4 of the same item, but they only sent three. They were the wrong item. After paying to return them they said they were returned damaged and sent an image of one of the items, but it was not what I had sent back. They admitted an error in their warehouse and the image was wrong, but still said 2 were damaged and contact USPS for damages. I need the items return to process a claim with USPS, but they won't respond to my emails to have them returned. If you can find the item on amazon, use amazon or another, and don't deal with this disreputable company. read more

Placed an order in August 2021. Yes I know we have supply chain issues, so I was forgiving when my "ship in 5 days" item didn't arrive within the first couple of weeks. So I called....and called....and called....oh and emailed....emailed.... Many documented communications with NO ANSWER to why my $1500+ order hasn't shipped. So finally on Sept 30th I communicated via email and was assured it would ship out in early November. Fair enough.... So I waited. And waited. And here we are November 10th and guess what, no tracking, no communication, I'm just sitting in the dark unknown. Caution !!! Make sure you read the return policy. I received my order on time without issue, however, I later discovered that I had accidentally ordered the wrong item for my needs. (totally my fault) When I called about a return/exchange, I discovered that, not only did they not carry the model I needed, but I would have to pay to ship the item back to them for a refund AND there would be a 25% restock fee, which is Ridiculous. The item was $108. It cost me $53 to ship it back, so I flushed $80 down the toilet. Lesson learned. Buy local if you can and make sure you're ordering what you want. read more

Two experiences. First order was December 2020, ordered five units of 12" Portholes, when it arrived, I received only one. They immediately sent out the rest of my order but my project was already delayed. Second was June 7. I ordered the same item but this time 10 units. I had to call them to process my payment and to tell them exactly that I had a problem with my last order and I don't want it to happen again and cause me delays. After weeks of waiting, no updates, no order confirmation email, no tracking info. I've tried to email them twice after I got a reply. They said my items will ship on July 11. WHAAAT? The agent I was speaking to when I paid for it said it's all in stock and ready to ship. Website also says it's in stock and can ship in 1 day. June 7 to July 11 is unacceptable if it is really in stock. Otherwise, company is lying about the availability of their products. The reason I ordered from them is the availability of the product. Now I am delayed again with my client. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. read more

I recently made the BIG MISTAKE of ordering an a part for a sliding glass door lock, the lock arrived to late for use due to their poor shipping. I notified them of the problem and was sent a label which I attached to the package and paid for the return as well as the original shipping cost Total purchase amount$25.97 USD + $5.00 return shipping . Amount refunded$13.74 USD. When I contacted them I was informed that a 20% restocking fee was charged meaning that I actually ended up paying more for the return than what I paid for the item So I got ripped off by this company. Frankly, I really wish I had read some of these reviews BEFORE I ordered anything from this company. I needed a set of frameless shower door hinges and door pulls - for an existing door - with holes & openings already cut. After switching back & forth between the DKH site and the CRL site - in order to get accurate measurements of hinge size - which is NOT included on the DKH site - I somehow managed to order the wrong size hinges. Upon arrival I realized they needed to be returned. Spoke with "Expert" in the chat & he agreed to try to get the "Restocking FEE of 25%" waived - so that I would only have to pay the return postage. Although not happy about paying all this postage & having nothing to show for it, I returned the set & received refund I expected promptly. SO, I decided to give them another chance - and ordered another set - this time with correct hinge measurements. OMG - I got my order within 4 days - YAY - but it had 6" door pulls instead of the standard 8". Whatever - we had waited too long, so we went ahead & installed the hinges. NOW I can't return the Door pulls without returning the hinges - as a SET. ARE you Kidding me?? read more
