When you call them their phone system says our company rated with the best customer service in the trading field. I discovered it to be completely opposite, worse than others. I Ordered U channel on 11/25/2020. In 2 weeks I called they said we need to cut your channel that's why it was not shipped. In one week I called where the item cause it was not received after my last call. They made up new issue that my address is not existent and can not be delivered. I confirmed the address was correct. 38 days later calling again but they said we can't ship it out because credit card was not confirmed with them. Wasted time and got nothing. read more

I give up. I hate to post this, but their site still says "in stock" and "usually ships in one business day." Every time I contact them I get an email saying "wait 2 more weeks" for delivery, but the status of the item still says "in stock." Contacted them again today, and expect my 4th "wait two more weeks" email shortly. Buyer Beware! Purchased a side window for our van and we were worried about the fit even though the site indicated it would fit out make/model/year vehicle. I called and spoke with a rep prior to purchase who said that we could return it if it didn't fit with no restocking fee within 30 days. So, we purchased it for over $400 (with shipping and tax). We took it directly to a professional glass installer who said it wasn't the right fit. I called and got an RMA but it didn't cover shipping which I calculated at $202.35!!! I called and spoke with another DK Hardware rep and they said they don't cover return shipping and I asked if I could at least pay just the shipping charge they charged me to ship it back and he said I couldn't. Blown away by their customer focused service policy. Had an issue with an item and DK people said they would have the manufacturer call to follow-up and help. When they learned the manufacturer dropped the ball, they immediately sent a replacement unit. For the record, the replacement unit solved the issue and confirmed the original was faulty. I ordered a product by mistake and cancelled it within 5 minutes of placing the order when the business was closed as I live in Hawaii and they are 6 hours ahead, so order was listed as in process and not shipped at this point. The next day Ebay sent a notice informing me that DK hardware the vendor had declined the refund and item had shipped already, how does all this happen at 2:30am in Florida while they are closed and so are the shipping companies and postal service? very bad business practices if you ask me. Worst experience ever while shopping on Ebay. I notified both DK hardware and Ebay corporate of this, and no reply from both so far so you know what that means as far as their customer service stands, apparently no one cares about my return business. I was able to find a hard to find replacement hinges for a 10 yr old kitchen. I got my order within days and the price was great!
