Two locksmiths told me was impossible and to purchase a different lock. I contacted Procast through Nest pro and Tariq is on top of his game. He contacted me immediately and addressed my concerns. I sent over pictures of my door and he reached out to one of their lock technician's to take a look. After they got the ok Tariq setup an appointment for me and everything was good to go. Tariq also responded to any calls or text almost immediately. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that would be required for this type of request. On the day of the install Pedro arrived on time in my scheduled time frame. He was professional and dedicated to tackle this smart door lock problem. My door was proving difficult even though it was a hollow core door. My door was stronger than we thought. The door chewed through his drill bit after 2hr in. Immediately he informed me he was going to head to home depot to pick up a new drill bit that is some dedication. Most people would of given up by now as we were 2hrs in with my door. He arrived back with new Milwaukee drill bits and hole dozer. He immediately started work again. By the end of the day my smart lock was installed and working. He made sure the lock was able to close properly and if there was anything I needed to adjust. After everything was done he cleaned up my floor with his vaccum. A+ service and install I would definitely use Procast again and recommend them to any one in my building.

At exactly 2pm Nick called me and remotely took control of my computer to clean it up and reset a bunch of things. He told me it would take about an hour and he would call me when it was done. After the hour, Nick called, we discussed a few remaining issues concerning my email & printer, Nick showed me an easier way to control the scanner, fixed the email issue. They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review.
