DO NOT USE!!!!! Worst company I have ever working with!!!! The attention to detail from Andy and Jim is unacceptable. They are great till they get you money then down hill from there. Andy answered the phone 5 times while working my design so several cabinets were the wrong!!! Many of the other cabinets were miss parts, wrong faces, painted poorly. I have had to make four trip and they will not do the right thing. Showed up order was not ready. One of the most unprofessional company's I have ever dealt with. So the price looks good but beware. Went here based on someone's recommendation. Prior to going to their showroom, I sent text messages to Andy, who never replied. This should've been my warning sign. However I still went because of that recommendation. When I finally got Andy's attention after waiting for more than half an hour (someone he knew walked in right after me and Andy spoke with him instead), I discussed my renovation project and requested a quote. This was a week ago and I'm still waiting. Bottom line - do not even bother with this place. read more

Zero or negative stars if possible. Worst customer service ever. Been a contractor over 20 yrs and never had a worse shop. Wrong cabinets everytime and or damaged or off colored from them trying to paint different color cabinet to fill order. Will not take return on units that are defective or snuck into order. I've been buying cabinets here for years. They have very good prices. Whether it's Andy or Joyces doing my designs or helping me double-check my layout . They always have what I need from white shaker to raised panel cabinets. Quartz countertops , vinyl flooring ,sinks and bathroom vanities. Wide selection of products to choose from. Do NOT buy your cabinets here. This is one of the worst products and service we have ever purchased and experienced. They came recommended by another tile company on tile mile which I am seriously considering never using again as well since their recommended contractor did not know what he was doing with the cabinet measurements and installation. We had to hire another contractor to fix and supplement his work. They have major quality control problems and their products of the same part number do not even match including colors and finishes and fit. Missing parts in each box is also very common. We spent hours and hours trying to assemble, disassemble and return and get missing parts etc. Shelving does not always line up and will have to be custom fit and trimmed or shunted. Some units were completely trashed and damaged right in the box and some they refused to accept for return based on technicality. I can understand why they don't accept most returns. They would go out of business with the junk they are peddling. Like we said. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS HERE. You will regret it. read more

I had couple of cabinet boxes exchanged for the correct sizes and with that they owed a credit of $137 being smaller sizes. But they never refunded nor provided final amended receipt. I called and emailed to Jimmy and Joyce but they do not care. I had given them layout sketch in beginning but Joyce did mistake to order wrong size for couple of cabinets. Once money is paid to them, you are at their mercy to get response... very very unprofessional. read more

Sure, DJJ's cabinets aren't as pricey as ordering from Home Depot. But you'll just spend countless hours and $$$ to buy the right high gloss finish, wood putty, super white cabinet paint, paint brushes, wood cleaner, and wood polish at your neighborhood hardware store. Then, you'll spend the next 8 weekends attempting to repair the poor workmanship - filling gaps and cracks and indentations after installation. So in the months you're supposed to be enjoying a new kitchen, you'll be scrambling for a solution - fix them or buy new doors from another maker. Save yourself the frustration! read more

rude, rude rude. I was trying to explain why I was calling, and I am not the best the words. The same woman hung up on me 3 times. I would never recommend them. They need to treat people how they expected to be treated; especially when they want people to spend money with them. Judging from the other reviews; their quality of work is not good either. RUDEST COMPANY EVER!!!! I arrived at their showroom to ready to purchase cabinets, there were three employees in sight. Only one was helping a customer. The other two couldn't be bothered; they were sitting at their desk doing nothing. I approached one and they waved me away and pointed at the gentleman that was helping the another customer. When I moved in his direction he said he would be with me in a minute. I patiently waited for over an hour and when he was finished with his customer he said he could not help me as he did not have time. It was 2 o'clock and he said that he needed to have lunch. I asked the other employees if they were able to help me and they also said NO; they didn't have time, although they were not doing anything. I asked them what time they closed and they said 4:30 PM so I'm not sure why they didn't have time to help me at 2 PM that gave them 2 1/2 hours to help me with an order that should only take 30 minutes. They did not care at all that they kept me waiting for over an hour just to tell me they did not have time to help me. This company has ZERO customer service of any kind. They care nothing about their customers. If they act this rude before they even have your money I cannot even imagine how badly they would treat you after they get their grubby fingers on your money. Don't be fooled by the price. If you don't have a big truck/U-haul, you'll be driving back and forth. They just pile whatever they want on the forklift without checking. We had to receive damaged plywood, the wrong sized cabinet, the wrong sized door, and 2 different colored quartz slabs. Every time we had to return something due to their mistakes, they argued.
