My move was quoted at about 200 dollars, instead it ended up being about 350$ because they should have had three or 4 movers, but they only sent two. This was super important because I was being charged HOURLY. Their movers were unprofessional(cursing, lazy, gossiping, rough with my things) When they finally got all my things to the storage unit ,they put all-of the light things at the very back and all of the large heavy things at the front, making them almost impossible to get to. What the hell???? WHY would they do that???? When I called to complain, they wouldn't answer their phone. I kept calling and they would never call me back. I don't have enough middle fingers for the people that own this place. I was not born with enough of them to express my level of indignation. I hope they screw over the wrong people and they end up in jail, or worse. UPDATE: It appears that the company changed locations from Fort Worth to Davis Blvd. in NRH. I called the number that Yelp supplied, and it was disconnected.

They were very respectful and professional the entire move. It helps that they also have a great sense of humor! We had some very heavy items, and they handled them very well and with care! We also had quite a few boxes of all sizes and everything made it safely and intact to our new place. Their pricing is the most reasonable that I found in this area, and there are no hidden or additional charges. What is quoted is exactly what you pay for according to the number of hours. The only suggestion I have is they confirm the day before to assure the customer that they are on the schedule - for peace of mind. (When I didn't hear from them on the day of the move , I became concerned so I called to make sure they were still coming.). They were very responsive to keep me up on when they would arrive since they were a little off on the time. Overall, we are very happy with the move and WILL use them for our next move!

The movers inspected the commercial mixer, refrigeration units, counters, and baking equipment before loading. They used protective wrapping for the display cases so the glass and edges would not get scratched. Shelving units were carefully disassembled, and the hardware was stored in labeled containers. Smaller baking tools and inventory were packed in separate cartons rather than mixed. The new bakery location was still under construction, so some of our equipment needed temporary storage. The storage arrangement gave us time to complete the remaining work at the new place. During unloading, one shelf bracket was not immediately visible, which worried us for a moment. It was later found inside the labeled hardware box, so nothing was actually missing. The delivery team came on the scheduled date for the final placement. They positioned the heavier equipment where our contractor had marked the floor plan. The move helped us reopen without a major interruption to our work. At 5:00 pm the workers decided to stop working and left, taking remaining items that were supposed to be delivered to the new residence and instead put them in storage with the storage items. On top of this, during their lunch break, the crew was sitting in the truck and one was leaning up against my oil paintings. I asked him to move and he just sat there and nodded. I contacted the owner "Juan" and he said he would send me the address to come pick up some items that were "mistakenly" put into storage...never heard back. No answer. I left a message an texted him. An hour later he texted me claiming he was at our home but no one answered the door. What!?! Mind you, we have the RING door bell an we would of been notified!! (Amazon came to our door THE SAME DAY an we were notified, no problem!) I'm convinced he lied about ever coming to our home. So disorganized in the packing , finding cleaning chemicals in with food products, costing me money to now replace food products. Then not labeling any of the boxes so a guess as to what is in the box. Loosing power cords to the couch having to dig around the shop to find them. Took a route to the drop off location that is not even along the way then claimed to be stuck at a train track for 30 min. ( the routes to take not one of them would put you on a train track at all ) I was charged for that time then charged for the time spent looking for items they lost. So over charged for the drive time and load and unload time both at least 3-4 hrs longer than needed. O and after telling them how a particular item was to not be broken they broke that item by not packing it with care. Highly disappointed in this service. When I let the owner know his response was "did they brake anything?" , gave 0 concern of the fact that they overcharged. I do not recommend them at all. So being in the military for almost 20 years now and having had to move over 8 times this is by far the worst company I have ever used for a move.
