My daughter got the 7 piece wings we thought they were chicken tenders . I was wings with barley any meat on them . Very decent place. Quick service, as things are mostly pre-made...which means not too hot, unfortunately. Breaded chicken sandwich was pretty good, though I couldn't really taste the fried onions and bacon bits. Bun wasn't toasted, as requested. Chili is only $2, but is mediocre - blandly spiced, if at all! My wife enjoyed her salad with hamburger on top (which they forgot to put on top initially), but it was served in a paper container (like how they serve french fries). People who order salads won't re-order salads if they're in a paper container. Serve your salads in plastic containers (yea I know - they're more expensive). I'd return, but the food needs to be hot, and the order has gotta be gotten correct the first time. I hate going back and cutting the line just to get my wife's order correct. Owner is an absolute shit bag. When you ask for more sauce he gets so angry and screams. He also starts cursing you out and insults you in Hebrew so you have no idea the bad things he says. If you retaliate and say something back he comes up all in your face even though he's like 5 foot 4 inches and he can't do anything. He tries to be intimidating but he sadly isn't. The food is also sub par at best. Sometimes the chicken isn't cooked properly and it lacks flavor. His prices are ridiculously expensive. Overall I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. Today was the first time I have tried this BROOKLYN location, their chicken crunchers are wildly tasty and great. I didn't get to eat the food right away but even mildly warm it was amazing. I also got a non Oreo milk shake which was actually very good. The take out service was actually very professional and they are looking to please and do right. Absolutely do not recommend. I was the second person within a month to recieve raw chicken. My coworkers and I had gift cards with high expectations to try the food here. Disappointment came when all of our food arrived cold. The manager blamed it on the ten minutes it took my coworker to drive from there.There was only one other person in the store whilst our order was being prepared. This should have been the lunch rush but it guess no one else likes to go there either. The manager said people eat raw things all the time. Really, no one eats raw chicken unless you're looking for food poisoning. He blamed the uncooked food on the fact we had a large order. Service is horrible the owner is a douche bag to teens. Today I went there with my friends to get some food before we left to the city. So I got my usual the chicken fingers with fries and a drink. This food is very dry so the sauce is a must or else the food is hard to eat. So I go up with my friend to the guy working the front desk and ask for sauce and he gives me no problems. Next time I came around with my friend the owner was there so he gave my friend but didn't give me because I disputed a charge on Uber eats because they delivered me the wrong food. Food was generally good. Tasty Chili Dogs, Chicken fingers, Shroom Burger and oreo no-milk shakes. One note about the service - while the person taking orders was quite friendly, the man serving the food in the back acted harried and was very rude to customers. It's a shame a relatively new restaurant can't find more friendly help. Update: I was subsequently told that the rude man serving the food (small beard, spiked hair) is the owner and that he has a history of being very nasty to other customers. Solid, kosher, fresh food at reasonable prices. Their 'dirty fries' with maple "bacon" were delicious. The fried chicken was crunchy and hot. This fast casual restaurant has plenty of seating but seems to fill up quickly. Looks like they can accommodate large groups. I'd be keen to try their 'non-milkshakes' next time. read more

Wanted to try this place for a while because of their fried chicken and burger selection. We ordered the dixie burger, chicken fingers, and 3 piece fried chicken. They put the fried egg on the side, apparently so it wouldn't leak all over the burger. I was fine with that. The patty itself was dry. This was the biggest disappointment. It was the type of texture which happens when you freeze ground beef, then thaw it before preparation. Not saying it was old / not fresh beef, but it was very dry with no juices. Perhaps it was an off day, but this is our experience. The fried chicken however, is a different ballgame. The 3 piece combo (wing, leg, thigh) was absolutely juicy and flavorful. The coating was crispy, and was not dripping in oil. Whoever did their recipe hit it ON point 100%. Other places coat it with corn flakes, corn crumbs, or some other equivalent, and it comes out dripping with oil. Not here. The chicken fingers were great as well. read more

I do not understand the good reviews of this restaurant. This was literally the worst fried chicken I ever had. The coating was dry and tasteless yet still managed to be greasy. The chicken underneath was also dry and tasteless and was bad quality, old and burnt. We foolishly ordered 9 pieces and 2 of them were burnt chicken necks with no meat. (I guess that's good so there was less to eat).
