Been here 3 times. First two times were ok, didn't have any issues with the outcome of my nails and the following days after getting them done. I previously went to violet. She was great never had an issue, I walked in Saturday and had Vivi. Went it for a fill, she was pretty quick and the design came out pretty clean and didn't look rushed. Paid 100, That's with a tip. I had woken up Sunday with my left thumb coming completely off (no picture of it). Went it to get it fixed. Some lady fixed that one finger. Later that night two other fingers the polish started lifting and chipping. Fast forward to this morning the nail that was fixed chipped again and is starting to come off. I'm extremely disappointed especially paying 100 for a fill (I got a design hence the up charge for it). The ladies here do a GREAT job each and every time. On my first visit, I had them remove a power-dip that I got from another salon. The manicurist was quick but did a very careful job, and the price was reasonable. On my second and third visits, I got pedicures. I was extremely happy each time. So why only 3 stars? I haven't had good experiences with making appointments with them over the phone. Whoever answers the phone is always short and snappy; they never even take down my name. On my most recent visit, I didn't make an appointment but I called ahead for a walk-in. The person told me to come right in and there was no wait. When I arrived less than 15 minutes later, there were only two workers and they each had a customer. The guy who I assume is the owner or manager (because he's always there) told me I had to wait 30 minutes. With that, he continued his conversation with his customer as if I was just a minor inconvenience. No apologies or further explanation. I have been a customer of Divine since 2015 and always thought they did a great job, but unfortunately I won't be going there anymore. Last year, one of the staff members got in a screaming argument with another staff member (like crying, running out of the salon argument) while I was there, and it happened again last month with different employees, but this time it was even more uncomfortable because it seemed to be a mother, father, daughter argument, all of whom were working on customers nails the entire time, and the mother was mid doing my nails, stopped, and stormed out crying. I was at the Giant in the same plaza and decided to try a new nail salon for a pedicure. Well, I regret my decision to not go to my usual place settling for proximity. I suppose I will start with a few positives: 1. I was immediately acknowledged and led back to a chair once I had chosen my color. 2. Nice selection of colors 3. Fair pricing $34 for basic pedicure 4. The paint job is decent Negatives: 1. Parking-expect to have to walk far as it's a very crowded plaza 2. No place to hang coats 3. My tech went real soft on scrubbing and there was no scraping to remove dead skin 4. When I turned on the chair massage, the chair started making these loud, almost explosive-like noises. The tech grabbed the remote And turned it off-but didn't say anything beyond just turning it off. I soon realized none of the other chairs occupants were utilizing the massage function. This leads me to believe that none of them worked. The massage is my favorite part of a pedicure so this was beyond disappointing for me and is reason enough to not return. TLDR: the massage function on the chairs doesn't appear to work and therefore I won't be returning. read more

I went in on March 17th for an acrylic layover. First of all, it was WAY over priced $73!! My acrylic layover usually lasts 3 weeks easy. My acrylic just popped off 4 of my nails and it's been 8 days. No mail breakage just popped off. The nails we're done horribly as they shouldn't be popping off that soon and that easy! The quality in the work is fairly consistent, my pedicures are almost always perfect but my gel manicures were always a hit or a miss and that's for a number of reasons - I really do believe the brand of nail polish and color plays a big roll on the quality of your manicure, I've had a few nail techs that haven't done the best job and I myself didn't care for my manicure as well as I could have for it to last 2 weeks or more. I recently had my nails done by Chloe and I absolutely love her, she will be my go to tech from now on. She is so easy to talk to and really listens to what you want, she takes her time and really cares about the quality of her work too. I saw her again today and was going to get gel manicure but decided to go with the dip powder, before deciding I asked her if she thought it was a good idea because my nails are so thin and with gel my nails are always breaking so I can't have my nails as long as I would like to. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but I trusted Chloe and I knew she would do a good job and sure enough she did! I love how my nails came out and whats better is they don't feel like they're going to break! I love this place for dip powder manis and pedis. All of the technicians I've had are great and they take a lot of care making sure dip nails aren't uneven. I've had bad experiences elsewhere where my dip nails are thicker on one part of the nail and thinner on the other due to uneven application of the polish. I hate seeing clumpy bumps on the tip of my nails. They also don't use the UV light that is used for gel nails, but rather have a different way to seal the nails that I think works better. read more

I visit this plaza almost everyday due to stopping by the Starbucks and Iv noticed this salon right next door. Today I decided to go after work and thought this place would be the best for my convenience. I was greeted by stares and eventually a technician came up. I completed the usual, sign in, choose a color and proceeded to take my seat. Usually I am someone who likes to stay on the basic side when getting my nails done. Iv come across a set of acrylics that required a bit of design but nothing too crazy. I showed my technician and their response left me confident that they can execute my idea. My nail shape came out decent, but then the time came to start the design and thats where I became disappointed. My thing is .... if you know you cant do something please let me know, don't try to attempt it. I would have understood and simply chosen something else. This could have saved me time and money. I tried to let them know I did not like it and asked if we could drill the polish off and just do a basic repaint, seeing that it is my money I'm spending and I should be satisfied with my service but I was given a lazy response as to why they cant when in reality they just didn't want to because it was close to closing. With that being said, once the 10min mark came for the business to close, my service was rushed. we where still in the designing phase of my manicure the design turned out even worse because at this point the technician didn't care at all, the clear coat as well as the cuticle oil was applied carelessly. I would just like to state, if you have a business and it closes at a certain time, and you still have clients after the closing time you do not rush the service or rush them out. That is simple business etiquette. Being that it is peoples money, don't be upset if they want what they asked for and you couldn't provide. Knowing they are most likely going to charge me if I go back tomorrow to get them fixed tomorrow. I got my nails done less than a week ago and I have been contemplating writing a review. I had dipping powder with tips and a pedicure. I had made an appointment for 3 so we can all get it done together but they didn't organize it well so I didn't get to chat with my friends that were in town visiting. I ended up going first and then my friends were taken 30 minutes later. We started with manicure for me. Before putting the final gel layer she had me go sit and soak my feet. Halfway through my pedicure she leaned over and did my gel on my hands right there up in the air. I paid over $90. The minute I left I can feel my nails were bumpy and they hadn't done a good job. The very next day I could feel my hair get caught in my nails. 6 days later I can tell you they are the worst most expensive nail salon in the area. I've tried pretty much all the nail places around the area and these are the worst. $90 and they won't dip your hand in wax because that's considered "spa". All the other places in the area do for way less. Everything I asked my nail tech she would say you have to pay more $10. I paid $5 for tips for a few nails bc most of my actual nails are long but some had broken. I never paid for tips. Overall I think they are a scam.
