First couple of times here were great, I was super happy with my highlights. This last time I went I asked for a full head, so the price went up quite a bit, which I was expecting. However, I don't think my hair dresser allowed herself enough time to do a good job. My highlights are super uneven and 1/2 of them are yellow, half really nice tone of blond. It looks terrible and wasn't at all what I wanted. My appointment felt super rushed and I way overpaid for what I got. Super disappointed. read more

My first time at Diva over the weekend. I made an appt the day before over the phone with Rusty. I arrived early and waited til my appt. The salon is spacious and I was offered drinks. I just wanted a simple trim, cut 2 inches and a bang trim. Easy enough I think! Rusty was very nice, personable and kept the conversation flowing the whole 40 mins. She cut and trimmed and even flat ironed my hair (I have a lot of hair and can be puffy!). Overall, I left feeling lighter and more put together! Go see Rusty! read more

After looking at one hair photo and a photo of my dress, Crystal new exactly what I was looking for. She did a fabulous job on my hair and I could not have been happier with the results. The salon was very clean and comfortable, right downtown near the Windsor town green. My hair stylist Venus was excellent, she totally understood what I wanted for my hair and gave me the perfect cut. I have straight hair with bangs and I wanted to add some layers. WE made an appointment. I wrote 10:30A down, repeated to the receptionist twice when making the appointment. We arrived at 10:20A and we were told we missed our appointment. I looked at my calendar again when I got home, it said 10:30A. Do you think if you have two new clients you might call to see what's going on????? That's if we were late, which we were not. They said maybe you can come in latter in the day. I looked at that person and said NO! I will never recommend this salon to ANYONE! Sad thing is that my cousin knows one of the owners of this Salon and I warned her she better let her know that IM writing this review. I have been going to this salon for years, always with excellent results. I now will no longer be returning due to their COVID policies. When asked about unvaccinated stylists not wearing masks, their response was, " all of our stylists are independent and not employees so I am not sure everyone has been vaccinated". Those unvaccinated stylists are not only putting their clients at risk of COVID but also the other stylists and their clients. While it is true that the stylists are not employees, they do pay the owners a fee to work in the building.Therefore I feel it is incumbent on the owners to ensure the safety of all that enter their establishment. Granted, at this time, all people are required to wear masks indoors, this mandate will be lifted soon and the unvaccinated will resume not wearing their masks. read more

I came in here about 5 years ago around when they first opened. Awful experience here. I came in for a haircut & highlights. Told the guy I had thick hair & it was just straightened. He ended up disregarding what I said & using volumizing hair products. Needless to say I was in the chair twice as long & he refused to finish my coloring because it was "taking too long". Idk if they've dismissed this worker since then or if they've hired all new workers so I'm not sure how this business is now. But it took me months to recover my hair from what he did to it since the coloring wasn't done right. read more
