I had a great experience from start to finish. Nice setting, really friendly people and my nails look great! I would suggest this place to everyone. read more

I was so happy to finally enjoy a mani/pedi after just having a baby 6 weeks ago and I left very dissatisfied and in PAIN! During the pedicure the lady sliced the side of my big toe and it bleed the whole time! I know she felt very bad about it, but it ruined my whole experience because it hurt so bad! I ended up still paying the $50 for the deluxe pedicure when she couldn't even use all of the scrubs and lotions on my right foot. My husband couldn't believe how bad it looked when I got home and said I should call and talk to a manager. Still waiting for the manger to call me back. Will never go back! read more

Diva Nails - The cut on my toe! - Nail Salons Near Me - Mount Juliet, Tennessee

Reviewing this as a guy who got dragged in here with my girlfriend on a Sunday.. Admittedly only had 2-3 pedicures in my life, but have always enjoyed them. We walked in, barely acknowledged, and the process took probably 15 minutes. Super fast and you could tell they were just trying to churn people in and out the door as fast as possible to get their money. Needless to say, girlfriend was shocked at how terrible it was and she won't be back. Terrible is an understatement. read more

The atmosphere is the only thing going for this salon. I felt like I was a hinderance to them the entire time and it was the shortest, half ass manicure ever. My cuticles still look awful and the polish had peeled off two nails by the next day. Save your money, people. read more

I have been going to Diva for years and have never had a bad experience. This place is where I go when I want to be PAMPERED and I always get great quality from them. The owners are always incredibly friendly and the workers are always focused on providing a good experience. Plus, wine. Always worth the money. read more

I went to Diva Nails a few days ago at 5:15p.m. to get my nails done, however they were already closed 45 minutes earlier than their closing time which was very disappointing. Also, I went again today at 5:45 but they were already closed even thought they were supposed to be closing at 7 p.m. today. read more

I can't say enough about how amazing this shop is! I went somewhere else in the area and I had to go to diva nails to get my nails fixed and done the right way! The owner did my nails this evening and I've never seen anyone with more care consideration and attention to detail. She was absolutely amazing and so so kind. The shop is gorgeous the staff is friendly it's always clean and the work is the best I've seen in 15 years of being in Nashville. This is my absolute favorite nail spot and I will send everyone I know here for sure! Can't wait to post on Instagram! read more

I was pleased with my pedicure, but the customer service was terrible. Front desk lady was rude and the nail tech that did my nails was soooooooooooo nasty and moody read more

What a pleasant surprise! This nail salon is nicer, more comfortable than any I've been to including SoCal and NYC. Nashville continues to impress, including my new nail tech and salon. Thank you Susan for perfect nails! read more

New to the area so looking for a nail place. The facilities were very nice but the service was average & very lazy. I have had much better experience for equal cost. read more

When I arrived at Diva Nails, I immediately asked the technician if they used the razor on heels. Since I am a travel nurse and am on my feet alot I wanted to make sure they did that. She shook her head and replied, "YES" so after waiting 15 minutes even though there were pedi chairs open. I was finally seated. The same tech got me settled in, and started scrubbing my heels. I finally asked her when she was going to use the razor on my heels. Mind you, my heels were very sore and I was wincing and clenching the chair rails in pain! "Oh I don't believe in using the razor" she said. WTF? I asked you when I came in if you used it, you replied you did. "Well, I don't but the other technicians do." ARE you freaking kidding me? SO on and on my whole time there, I had to insist that she use. forget about having a relaxing experience! forget about what the customer wants! Then she proceeded to let me know "I was being a Diva!" RUDE. This is a nice looking place, but no customer service skills at all. Believe me, as a nurse if I treated a patient like that (lying) I would be out of a job! too bad the owner doesn't read these reviews. I wished I had before I went in there. read more

Got my pedicure and gel manicure there a couple of weeks ago. The gel manicure did not last more than 4 days and the pedicure did not either. I went in yesterday to talk to manager and show her pictures and she said she was sorry. I said the only thing I wanted was for them to take the old gel polish off my nails and that would have satisfied me. She said that would be 10.00 charge. I was very disappointed that they would treat a customer that way. I will NEVER go back and will tell other people of my experience. Poor customer service!!!! Janice B read more

.i was really impressed when i first walked in, it's decorated very nicely..."poshly" i guess...lots of black, dark, clean. i needed a pedicure, embarrassingly so. the guy that did my pedicure was very kind and did a great job--i got the deluxe one which was like $50, pretty typical for what it included (scrub, mud mask for the legs, warm towel, etc). the reason i only gave 3 stars is the attitude of the others there seemed pretty bum. i like happy, cheery, smiled. there was no happy, no cheer and no smiles on the faces of the other workers i saw there. i have pretty crappy days too, but it just felt a little awkward being there with the overall sense of melancholy in the atmosphere. my guy was kind though, and did a great job. i'll probably go back since it's close and they do a good job. read more

First of all, I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Diva nails warranted my time and effort to write one. I moved to Mt Juliet in July and was given a gift certificate to Diva Nails for my birthday. I routinely get pedicures, at least monthly. I've tried on three separate occasions to use my gift certificate. Complaints: 1) Upon entering was not greeted by staff, who we're standing around without actively working. After waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged I had to approach them. 2) I was told on my first visit there was a party of 5 and others waiting and there would be at least an hour wait. 3) my second attempt I experienced the same results; this time a wedding party. I asked a worker when would be a good time to return the next day & if I needed an appointment. I was told they open at 0930 and anytime before lunch would not be a problem. 4) I returned the next day at 9:45 and after not being acknowledged by the staff once again (one was at the counter & the other leaning against the wall) I approached them and they said they had a party of six and it would be at least a 40 minute wait. I asked if I could get my gift certificate refunded and they promptly declined stating it was good for a year. 5) I left and when down the street to Helen's Nails, where I was greeted with a smile, good morning and can I help you. 6) if you have ample amounts of time to wait then Diva nails might be the right place for you but as a mother and someone who works, I expect more from a business. read more

This nail salon is over-priced and austere. The first impression gives a hip young feel but wait five minutes and the customer service is so awful it ruins it. The customer service is AWFUL. It is even intimidating to pick out a nail color because there are all these signs saying if you accidentally drop a polish that you have to pay for it not to mention it was $23 before tip just for a simple manicure (not gel)! The technician seemed to not respect the manager and they were arguing over appointments and tickets during the manicure. The manager was curt and didn't offer any beverages even though I had to wait an hour an half just for a manicure although I was quoted 45 minutes. I will definitely not be back...ever. read more

Arrived at 10:00 for a 10:00 appointment I made yesterday afternoon for a pink & white fill. Only one tech was there, and when she asked if she could help me & I told her I had an appointment with Ivy, she said, "Oh, Ivy is off today." Seriously? If they are going to accept appointments, they should get your phone number and notify you if there is a problem. I drove 25 minutes to get there, a mistake I will not make again. read more

Three weeks ago my mom came to visit and we decided to have a girls day out. We went to Diva Nails and will definitely not be returning! I got a pedicure. Admittedly, I've never gotten a pedicure before, but the entire thing took a maximum of 20 minutes. That didn't seem right to me, and honestly the nail polish on my toes didn't look any nicer than when I do them myself. My mom was just there to get a fill. An older gentleman worked on her nails and had a very difficult time removing her nail polish. He tried everything including using a drill, but the glitter on her nails wouldn't come off. The nail tech became visibly frustrated and finally told my mom that she needed a new set (which she didn't). It was so hard to get her nails off that her thumb started bleeding, and by the time he finished her nails (which I would rate a 6/10 on appearance), we had been there for nearly 2 hours! The nail tech was rude and charged us for the new set. Despite the unpleasant experience, we did find the situation rather comical and still had a fun time together. HOWEVER, the biggest reason I'm writing this review is to WARN everyone: over the weekend one of the nails feel off and when it did my mom discovered that she had a green bacterial infection in her nail bed! She had to have the full set removed and is currently being treated for the infection. I've had many positive experiences at various nail salons in the Nashville area. Do not go to Diva Nails! There are far nicer (and safer) salons you could go to! read more

Too bad there is not a 0 rating. If so, that's what they would get from me. Definitely, good customer service is not their focus. Purchase a gift card for a friend in hopes for relaxation & pampering only to received the worst customer service. Needless to say I would not think about going to the Mount Juliet location, nor think twice about buying anymore gift cards from these greedy people. There's too many other nails salons out there that at least appear to appreciate and value their customers. read more

Went there to get my nails done around 6:15.... Even called and asked when they closed and the man told me 7. When I pulled up all the lights were off.. Even the sign says they don't close until 7. Now my nails can't look cute for thanksgiving. I'm pissed. Poor business. read more

My friend and I, both male, went in for pedicures recently. We each asked for a pedicure, apparently we got the "deluxe" which is a warm towel over your leg with a masque on there. I paid more than my two female friends before me, who got the same pedicure. So...same pedicure, no polish and I paid more. The ladies who did the pedicures were nice, my feet don't feel like I just paid $50 for a pedicure. It was also nice (total sarcasm) to hear the young lady doing the pedicure beside me talk about how she was going to be 10 sheets to the wind when she go off work from the patron shots. I don't think I will have a need to return to this place. read more

I normally go to another nail salon but they were closed so I took a chance. Worst decision, terrible service and I had to coach my technician through the process of a shelac polish. HUGE waste of money and will never come back. read more

I stopped here on a Friday morning for a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon has a very modern design with lots of black and silver - different than any salon I have been to. I was seated right away and offered a beverage. They had a nice selection for gel colors (over 50), but not many colors for regular polish (many colors in the same family, but not much variety). The tech was very quick for both my manicure and pedicure. I was pleased and will return! read more

Went to get a fill and was assigned to a man. Typically no big deal. He was aggressive and at one point even physically grabbed my hand when I tried to pull it back to tell him I did not want him to do something. I felt extremely uncomfortable and will NEVER return. read more

bad bad bad customer service!! they have you an make appointment but they do not honor the appointment time and still make you wait at least 30 mins or more until they actually start working on your service, which is complete waste of time!! then the worst part is they seat you and still make you wait which completely insane!!!! basically come here only if you two hours to spare for manicure!! read more

This place isn't my favorite anymore... I went here a couple months ago and LOVED the girl that did my nails and toes. Not only was she fun to talk with she did an AMAZING job so when I moved here I was like thank goodness I already found my nail salon that I'll always go to... not so much. I went here last Sunday September 18th ( for my birthday) and they did a horrible job on both me and my friends nails.Happy birthday to me right? Her polish didn't have enough coats so it's already starting to like fade it looks weird & mine was like to thick or something and started cracking and chipping after 2 days with gel polish. Gel is supposed to last longer then regular polish. I just waisted $90 to have to take this stupid polish off my nails because it looks trashy and chipped. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth the chance of getting someone good who knows what to do or some one who sucks. read more

I had a bad experience at this salon. I Went with a friend, so we sat beside each other. The two women that gave us our pedicure spent more time talking than watching what they/she was doing. My manicurist clipped my cuticle on my toe. It bled for quite some time, even though she was applying some type of a product to make it stop. She actually chuckled about it. It took the lady beside her to apologize before my manicurist apologized. Unacceptable. read more

The actual service was good, although there is nothing special about this place other than it feels a tad more upscale on the inside than most nail salons in town. The customer service from the manager was terrible. Prior to the shellac manicure the lady and I spoke about how much it would be, telling me $30, which is comparable to other salons in the area, however when I went to pay she told me it would be $40, adding $5 on for using OPI nail polish and the other $5 for who knows what because she refused to tell me after I questioned the amount. I have never been charged extra for choosing a certain brand of nail polish, and if this was the case then I should have been made aware of it beforehand. For these reasons I will not go back. It seems they charge extra for their bad attitude and poor customer service skills. read more

If you want fast food quality and service this is the nail place for you. But be prepared for top quality prices. I was given a pedicure and fill in less than an hour. (my usual shop, which I couldn't get in before I have to go out of town, takes almost 2 hours for the same service.) My nails look like crap and I can almost guarantee that I will have to get my polish redone by next weekend. The young lady did not even put a top coat on my toe nails after she polished them. I was asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and not told what was available and when I asked the response was "well, what do you want?" I was not told thank you, come again or even good bye when I left. I have been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and I have never had this type of service at any salon. I will never go back to Diva Nails! read more

So in spite of their relatively low Yelp rating, I heard through the grapevine that they do a good job here, so I decided to give them a try. Much akin to many other reviews, communication, the skill of the nail tech and customer service was subpar. I did not have an appointment and got to the salon having 3 hours of precious free time for a pedicure and a manicure. I told them exactly what I wanted, asked if they had that particular service and if they had time. They said yes and and told me to wait. After about 10 min. The only man working in the salon said "pedicure first" and took me back to the chair. He never offered me anything to drink and he was rough, bordering on painful, with the file on my toes. At this point, another worker told me that they didn't have the service that I asked for after all, but said they could do something comparable. Although it wasn't what I wanted and asked for, I agreed since I'd already waited, begun my pedicure and time was ticking away. When the pedicure was finished, the tech told me that only one woman could do the service we discussed and that I would have to wait another 45 min. for her. I said "I wish you would have told me that to begin with because now I won't have enough time. I will leave here without getting my nails done, which was the main reason why I came here. I would have just gone somewhere else." At this point he said "well we are very busy, go somewhere else or wait." I found the whole experience unprofessional and highly annoying. After drying my toes for a bit, I got up to leave and nobody acknowledged me or said thank you as I walked out the door. Additionally, I was charged quite a bit more than I've paid in other salons that have done a much better job. I won't return. There are so many salons around, I'll find one who values their customers' time, their business and has better service. read more

came in a few weeks ago to get a gift certificate and the young lady {Lun) at the desk was very helpful. she suggested many options due to the fact that I have no clue about anything.. it sounded soo nice i had to get a pedicure myself... salon was absolutely beautiful, clean, smells good too not typical asian salon...prices are a little high end but DEFINITELY worth it. great atmosphere. very relaxing. serves wine while you get your service done.
