She also knows how to deal with picky customers the right way (I'm picky customer ) I like my nails a certain way and if I'm paying what they change then I want it done right. The salon is nicely decorated and it doesn't feel cheap. They have a big selection of colors. They have gel, regular polish and dipping powder. They offer different types of services like the old fashioned acrylic full set. They have single use nail file and foot scrubs and they use plastic liners in their pedicure tubes. The basic pedicure includes a foot scrub which I think is nice as you pay extra in other places. The only thing I don't like is their regular polish doesn't last very long on my toes which it has never been a problem before when I use regular polish on my toes on other salons. You can call and make an appointment or you can walk in and wait to be serviced. They don't have that many pedicure chairs so if you have a group you should call ahead. Overall I'm really pleased with the salon and the overall service. Definitely recommend this place.

This past Sunday I had my nails done by someone I had never used before. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the quality of his work. I called the salon afterward and spoke with the front desk to explain the issue. I asked if the nail technician I normally prefer could redo them since he usually does a great job (Tony) The front desk told me to come in the next morning at 9:00 AM and that he would be able to fix them. I had to move some things around at work to come at 9am. When I arrived at 9:00, the technician I specifically requested refused to redo my nails and told me to go back to the person who originally did them. If I felt like he did a good job, I wouldn't have needed to come back, which is why I specifically requested. Someone I knew would do a good job to fix them. This only makes sense to me. What made this more frustrating is that when he refused to do them because he said he had a customer coming in he didn't even try to see if I could come at another time. He just refused to do them. If Tony wasn't available, I would have gladly waited or come back at another time. I never asked for them to be done immediately--I only requested the technician I trust to fix them. They could have easily said, "He has another client, can you wait or come back later?" Instead, I was told to come at a specific time and then refused service once I arrived. As a loyal customer of two years and good tipper I expected better customer service and at least an effort to stand behind the work being done. Situations like this should be handled with more professionalism and consideration for long-time clients. Instead I'm disappointed and taking my money elsewhere.

It wasn't the lack of conversation that was the issue, rather the negative attitude that felt very unpleasant. I let her know initially that I wanted oval nails, like the ones I already had. She didn't seem to understand me, and I had to answer in short sentences, which seemed to go over better. A couple of times I gently commented that I wanted a nail filed down slightly, and this seemed to really upset the nail tech. By the end of the appointment, she was pushing my hands in a way that felt uncomfortable. I was rushed out, with her giving me less than a 10 second massage on each hand, while simultaneously filing my nails, so she could get to another client. I was planning to overlook all of this, and just Pay and move on with my day. However, when I went to check out, I was expecting to be charged $35 for a fill, and the register said $70. I told the man that I didn't understand why I was being charged so much, and he said that a fill with gel X is $60. Gel X is apparently an upgrade, and when I told him that I didn't ask for that, he replied that I needed it with the nails I got. Actually that doesn't make sense at all. I came to find out by looking at the receipt that I was also charged an additional $10 for cateye (the polish and magnet for which I brought myself): another upgrade that also wasn't disclosed. Additionally, my nail shapes are not consistent. Moreover the ambience isn't very relaxing, with the man at the front desk yelling into a walkie-talkie every few minutes, causing customers to stare and look incensed. I honestly feel disrespected and taken advantage of, and once again I will never be back.

The owner "Eric" or Mien Dinh is extremely rude and unprofessional. I imagine they only treat their Black customers this way. Instead of correcting their mistakes, Eric is replying to my reviews with lies, so I've added additional proof. I got my nails done on July 29. A new Gel X set. By August 7 two of my nails popped off without me breaking them or causing any tension to them. That means either the nail technician didn't apply them correctly or the gel that holds the nail tip on the natural nail is not strong enough. Nails Fabulous refuses to take any accountability or fix their mistake. I have been getting Gel X nails for three years at various nail salons in different cities. It's a much better alternative to acrylics. I have never once experienced nails popping off, let alone within the first 10 days of having them done. This is abnormal. Despite having photos, videos, dates, the salon would not even fix my nail free of charge. Please see the photos and videos attached. As you can see from the Instagram message, they originally offered to repair the second nail, even with it being past their 7-day policy. But once I wouldn't accept the 20% off future services, they refused to fix the second nail. Screenshots don't lie. It's unfortunate because Theresa was so sweet. I'd planned on making her my new nail tech. But there's no way they can stand behind such terrible work and rudeness. They do not value their customers hard work or money. If they'd simply offered me a partial refund or 50% off the next visit, I would've been satisfied. They refused to fix my second nail or offer any type of compensation.
