I'm new to the area and did some yelp research and came across LV Luxury Nails. I made an appointment and arrived a bit early, they took me right away. Tyler did my nails and he did a GREAT job. I'm very picky about my nails (and also haven't had a manicure in 6 mo - thanks Covid) he made them look great! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be going back. UPDATE: I have now 5 days into my regular polish manicure and they STILL look like they were just done. Probably will not return. Their sign says 10% off all services over $50 yet when I went to pay my $55 tab, I was told no. It was for hands and feet both. Uh, yeah no thanks. I'll go back to Amour Nail Bar. Also, I should mention. This is my fifth or sixth time here. Every time it's something. I got a pedicure a couple of weeks ago and my big toe nail polish chipped off on day four, and the prices never match what you're told. horrible service and customer service!! I came in to get my nails fixed after the white turned yellow the next day. I asked if they could remove top coat or re do and they all talked not in English and would not listen to me and walked away. told me to come back another day they were busy. then I asked why I was charged more than what on line price was, they ask for my receipt, I showed them and they had no answer. My daughter and I walked in in desperate need of fills. We had previously went some place else to get our full set of tips and they were awful. We decided to try LV for our fills and fixes. I do not recommend this place at all! I went in about a week ago and the lady who did my nails rushed through it, they are bumpy and look horrible. The lady who did my pedicure cut an "ingrown toenail" without my permission. This ended with an infection in my toe that needed an antibiotic. The Dr. bill cost more than the pedicure read more

Disappointed, rushed and during the mini massage my feet were not even rubbed! The focus was on the shins. Even though I asked for feet! I also wasn't asked if I wanted my nails cut short and I am really glad I noticed right before polish was put on. Just not enjoyable and nails look bumpy :( read more

LIED ABOUT PRICING. My first time coming to this salon. I had an appointment. When I arrived, I asked how much for a pedicure with gel polish. I was handed a menu with pricing. The "least expensive" pedicure was $50, which to me is a little steep for a basic pedicure but whatever I was already there. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job and my toes look great however when I went to pay, my $50 pedicure became $70. That's exactly why I specifically asked how much for a gel pedicure. I see other yelp comments on here. Every single person who complained, the salon has some sort of comment about how they weren't responsible. Every time they blamed the customer, taking absolutely no responsibility. Saying a gel pedicure is $50 and then charging $70 at checkout. I don't care how good your pedicure was. You lied and raised the price $20 after the fact. Horrible business. WILL NEVER GO BACK!! read more

I've been back and forth between mount juliet from Murfreesboro for several months now since my boyfriend lives in mount juliet and I have had the hardest time finding a nail salon that I've liked. I've tried 3 different locations in hermitage and 2 in mount juliet prior to LV and I can now say...FINALLY!!! They did a wonderful job with my dip. It looks very clean and natural and the person that did my pedicure took their sweet time and the massage was phenomenal. The salon is very clean. I came here for dip powder nails and did not have a good experience. first of all, they made a big stink about letting my friend and I who made appointments together sit together, even though there was pleanty of space. then the lady cut me 3 times on my finger and cuticle. now , 2 days later, my nail is cracked right down the middle and chipped on the edge. read more

Everyone was very nice and the pedicures are done well. My only complaint was with my manicure... $20 for 7 minutes is a little steep when the polish ends up all over my cuticles and is cracking within two days. This place is horrible. The gentleman screwed my nails all the way up then tried to justify it. I ask him to fix it or take it off and yet he still tried to justify his error. I then tried to blame it on my nail bed. Then the owner comes along and I ask her to take it off, she refused to as well. I never once got loud or an attitude with them yet they still refused to take it off. I was an unsatisfied customer but hey what do they care. Very pooor customer service. My feet were "haven't had a pedicure since pre-covid" bad and I am happy with the pedicure I received. I didn't get the name of the woman who did it, she was gentle but removed a lot of dead skin and still did a nice massage. read more

I've been here a handful of times and I've gotten pedicures each visit- I feel like the workers are rushed, and I've never gotten a good massage from here. Not the most friendly employee's either. I've read in most reviews that especially when getting a mani at LV Nails it ended up not looking great, and if you got gel it doesn't last , and although I've only had these nails for a day now I am starting to believe that is very true due to the rushed experience at LV nails. read more

Went in for a mani/pedi. Pedi was great!! The massage and scrub felt amazing and would be back for that service. The mani was rushed. My nails weren't shaped and my cuticles don't look any different from before going in. The polish was sloppily applied as well. Based on this I will not be back. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They do not do good work. They rush app thay they can get more customers but we all suffer. I posted my concerns and one of their workers proceeded to harass me on social media and then she blocked me. I'm so glad I will never step for in there again. Had a set of builder gel removed and half way through my tech informed me they do have the supplies to fill my set rather than removing and putting on a full set of weaker acrylic; too late now. We are 3 nails in. I show a picture of the nails I want, ombré with a light chrome and bubble bath. I end up with a blunt lined gold chrome tip and a completely colored pinky because she "accidentally" grabbed the wrong chrome, and "forgot" I wanted the ombré when she started the process. In the end the nails didn't look bad, it was not what I wanted, but it wasn't bad. Until 15 days after I have my BRAND NEW SET put on, my thumb nails completely pops off. I work in retail, not a physically demanding job. NO reason for an entire nail to pop off after I paid $90 for a new set! read more
