I've had the best service and then the not so good service, leaning towards the worst service. it depends on who is there, and you don't know who's there until you get there . I broke my toe nail about 25 years ago, I dropped a jar of jelly on my foot and ever since then the nail doesn't want to grow so it's too short and one of the nail techs there created a beautiful nail, I was very impressed watching him, sculpt it like he was an artist,! I loved it! It was my go to Salon, but then people come and go who work there and I walked in one day and they looked up like they were unhappy to see another customer. I think they were tired and overworked... three different people worked on my pedicure that day and they were not happy to do it. I could tell they were done! No one smiled. I could tell they wished I wasn't there and none of them knew how to do it as well as as the first guy, but still, their work was OK. My pedicure was over $80!! I just don't like to be treated like a burden so I haven't been back since. Especially b/c as much money as we pay to get our nails done, we don't want to be sneered at or made to feel like they wish we weren't there! Such great service!!! I received gel x and a deluxe pedicure and both were amazing! I just moved to the area and have been getting gel x done with my previous nail tech for 2 years and honestly she gave me the best set I've had in a while!!! I showed her a picture of what i wanted once and she gave me exactly what I envisioned! They were also very accommodating with me when I had a last minute family medical emergency and had to cancel my appointment 10 min before. This is an update to a previous review. I no longer use this salon...I had my nails done here consistently over a two year period and watched as the service and quality declined. For me, the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back was when I went for a pedicure appointment and the tech I had scheduled with refused to take me because her sister had come in for an unscheduled set of acrylics. I offered to the owner to leave, shop for groceries, and come back in 45 minutes for the pedi, and she insisted that someone else would take me right away. She had a new assistant put me at a pedi bowl, remove the polish and then let me sit there for over an hour before having an actual nail tech do my pedicure. This is all with the staff taking walk-ins before me and me asking every 15 minutes when someone would be with me. I'm certain they removed my gel polish before having me sit and wait an hour so that I wouldn't leave without the pedi. When it was all said and done, I was there for over 2 1/2 hours for a basic gel pedicure. The tech who did my pedicure checked me out and asked the owner (who had been doing my manicures for years) if she should give me a $10 discount because of the insanity with the first tech refusing to honor the appointment and with how long I waited. Her response was to shrug and say "I mean, if she needs it". When I left, I texted the owner (I was not going to give her a customer service complaint while she was with another customer) to let her know how unhappy I was about the situation. Her response....crickets. It was the last time I set foot in the salon. After looking for a new spot for several months, I landed at Polished. After a manicure, my nails last, don't separate, and look good for weeks. read more

I'll start by saying that my first experience 2 years ago left me disappointed after this place came so highly recommended by friends. Had scheduled mani-pedis for self, husband and granddaughter. My husband and I were already into our manicures while my gd was left to sit almost an hour before someone took care of her pedicure. At that time, the girl who was doing my manicure was pleasant and doing well until a regular customer, a "Karen" came in without an appointment and chastised her in front of other customers for not dropping everything and taking care of her pedicure. It immediately changed the girl's energy and the rest of the manicure was done quickly and shoddily. I now everyone has bad days but with so many salons around, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Other locations I tried left me disappointed as well with only adequate mani-pedis. I decided to try LaBella again in July. This time did not disappoint. Again, I scheduled mani-pedis for myself, my husband and granddaughter. We all were taken back right on schedule. I know the other 2 had a good experience and this time I did too. I am grateful to have been placed with Amanda. She was down to earth and very informative. She pointed out some issues I'm having and was the first person to refuse to polish at this time and recommended steps to take to remedy the problem. I'm not one for fancy nails as I work with my hands daily. Amanda was good to help me choose the nail treatment the suited me best. The nail polish she used lasted for a month. I have since returned and she recommended a new shade that suits me perfectly. She is very thorough in nail prep and my nails are longer now than they have ever been. I definitely will be returning to see her and would not hesitate to recommend LaBella for your nail needs. read more

This is a gem of a spot-clean, caring and affordable. THE spot for dips-easily 100 different colors. Under an hour-removal and placement. Called the day before and they fit me in. Relaxing music and video plus a glass of wine in the massage chair.....it's hard to take a couple of hours for ones self-spend it here wisely. read more

I then sat waiting for my manicure for 45 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged me or how long I had been waiting. Trust the reviews. I consistently gave this salon a chance after paying full price for shooty work but decided to never go back once the owner was rude and disrespectful. She refused to fix my nails after the third break in a week and she did them. While I was in there wanting trying to get mine fixed she blame another girl for the same thing saying it "was our life style choices". So they overcharge for the work they do upfront and then try to make more money by causing you to come back to pay more for poor service all while being rude. read more

Hang is the TRUTH!!! She is the sweetest woman and treats my nails with care. She does her best to get you in and accommodate you and takes her time. She gets my shape right every time and gives her honest opinion to help you if don't know how to get your nails. I left my nail tech and found a new one and I'm forever grateful. I'm leaving a one star review ONLY because the owner is out on maternity leave and had she been there the behaviors today would not have happened. The "acting" manager allowed the girl next to me to sit in her chair waiting for a pedicure for 50 minutes while she chowed down potato chips and then told her customer how she used to get drunk every weekend but can't do that as much, the entire spa could hear her cause she was so obnoxious and loud. Then Camilla came and began the pedicure on the poor lady next to me and she said only had time for a basic pedicure since she sat there so long. Camilla was a SNOT to put nicely and I told the lady she had far more patience than I would have, we discussed how unprofessional the "acting manager" was talking about her drunken history and Camilla proceeded to call her over and then speak Spanish to her telling her what we had said, ironically I also can speak Spanish and their behavior was appalling. Again, I pray the owner sees this as I know she would not tolerate this behavior and those two women need a reprimanding before they lose business for her. read more

Came in for a full set and pedicure and I have never had a worse job done. My nails are chunky and the paint is horrendous on both. And I paid extra for gel so I'm stuck with it for some time. My sister and I enjoyed some much needed time together and side-by-side pedicures at Bellagio Nail Spa. The service we received was just okay. They don't necessarily roll out the red carpet for their clients, but we received sufficient care. The price for the standard spa pedicure I received, $35 was comparable to other salons/spas I had been to, but I can't imagine paying more. A couple things good and bad that set them apart were the following: - Good: The standard spa pedicure includes a lovely scrub and cooling gel mask for your feet and legs. Very nice. - Good: They have a wide range of nail colors in various brands. - Good: They have well working massage chairs. - Bad: The gentleman doing my pedicure had an odd massaging method in which he did a percussion-type massage on my feet and legs. It was very awkward and did not feel good. I was too intimidated to ask him to stop and it was hilarious to see the look on mine and my sister's faces as he was banging on my legs. It was hard not to break out into laughter. - Bad: The overall environment was uncomfortable. I'm glad I had my sister there. read more

This had been my go-to pedicure location for nearly 3 years, until my recent/last visit. I've always "questioned" their method of sanitizing instruments because it seems my instrument package was already open, every visit, interesting...why? The employees wear gloves while giving pedicures, this is an important fact to know. Here's the worst part: my pedi was finished & I waited 5 extra minutes to allow the polish to dry. My nail tech started on their next client as I waited. When I was ready to check out, I walked to the front, my nail tech met me promptly. I opened my wallet to get my card to pay & handed her my card. I was taken aback as she accepted my card- WEARING CONTAMINATED GLOVES from her current client! My mouth wide open in shock, she handed me my card back & I immediately wiped it off in disgust. She then proceeded to hand me a pen to sign with- I kindly asked " perhaps I can choose my own pen?". Such poor hygiene! Being the loyal person that I am, I gave them one more chance. I had the same experience again, different nail tech, except this time I asked the the gloves be removed before touching my card (& I used my own pen). This is unacceptable, I will not return. I'm certain this would be frowned upon by the health department. I'm giving them 1 star for nice chairs and good polish selection. read more

FYI to anyone who gets pedicures: So yesterday I had to have a procedure done where they removed part of my toenail and skin to remove an infection that was caused by getting a pedicure a few weeks ago. How did that happen you ask? With my job I wear closed toed boots most of the time and I get minor ingrown toenails, just on my big toes. Like most people when getting a pedicure, the pedicurist will normally inform you of the ingrown and then snip it right out. Little did I know, they are NOT supposed to do that unless it is right at the tip of the toenail. Well while getting my latest pedicure at Bellagio Nail Salon in Mt. Juliet beside Publix (1st time I had been there) the pedicurist that was doing my toes dug to the bottom of my toenail. It hurt while he was doing it but I assumed he was doing his job and the ingrown nail must have been deep. WRONG! 2 1/2 weeks later I am at a podiatrist having part of my toenail removed to be able to remove an infection caused by Bellagio Nail Salon and the pedicurist doing their job improperly. I am also 24 weeks pregnant and getting any type of infection can be nerve wrecking as I do not want anything to harm our baby. So, please make sure you trust the Nail Salon you are getting pedicures from and if you have an ingrown toenail that needs to be removed any further from the tip of the toenail seek a medical professionals guidance. It may seem over the top but it's much better than missing a toenail or getting a serious infection! read more

The reason I'm giving a 2 star is we have received better business previously. On my visit today my daughter and I were not greeted as we entered. Ignored when another person waiting was brought back first. Once we were acknowledged 3 more people came in and took back before us, im assuming since we are just paying for fill ins. I have been to Bellagio many times. It seems like each time I come the service gets worse. We were taken right back for our pedicures, but the non-English speaking ladies chatted the entire time in a language I could not understand. That is extremely rude and akin to whispering right in front of people. The lady who did my pedicure was quite rough with my feet, even after I told her at one point that her clipping was hurting me. I know she spoke English because she spoke to me a couple of times. The best thing about the experience was the cost. $25 is inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. If I end up with an infection, I may sue. read more
