Another nice girl named Carol came and gave me antibiotics to put on my toes, not even an apology from this man owned the place they just take your money, not professional at all very disappointed never go back and I want my money back the indifference was great. They love taking your money and that's all they do. They don't care about the clients. They treat us like idiots. They didnt engage in their customer and seemed to have their own party. When I called before my appointment and got the prices of what I wanted and after I met the owner and told her that I only wanted a gel fill, she found my polish and I thought that was great. My nail girl spent over an hour doing things I never saw before and made my nails much more thinner when it was never asked if I wanted them thinner. I then had a pedicure by a wonderful girl (from Broward county where I am from). She engaged with me and did an amazing job. I went to go pay and it was actually over $30 more than what was quoted to me. I asked the front desk girl why and she stated "oh you got the deluxe gel". I stated "shouldnt i have been asked if I wanted that since all I said was I wanted gel fills"? She just starred at me. I have seen salons do that and try to be sneaky. For that reason and for the reason that the owner did not train her staff that "the customer is what makes a business last" and for her staff to just engage with themselves and not in english, I will never go back to this salon. Natalia just took this as a challenge. Without a doubt this was the best haircut I have ever had! She is very pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Natalia and will definitely be going back for all future cuts. Her prices are very reasonable. I don't much like going for haircuts because I've had bad experiences when they just don't know how to handle my hair or they spend the time whining about how difficult it is to work with. I've received pedicures all over the country and Abitare is one of the most affordable for what I get. Shannon Petty is my go-to. She's sweet and always helps me pick the best color for the occasion.
