We had a manicure/pedicure (I'd never had a pedicure before). The staff were kind and efficient. My mother is dependent on a cane for walking and had a lot of pain. What made me very much like this business was that the young lady who was working with my mother saw she was struggling, went and got the chair mom would be using, took it to her, and pushed mom to her station. A few moments later, I saw the young lady again, she'd just found a pillow to make my mother more comfortable. Those two actions right there are hallmarks of good business. That young lady went above and beyond what she had to do to ensure a customer's comfort. She could've just sat there, playing with her phone, watching and impatiently waiting for my mom, but she didn't. She stepped up to help a customer. It was very respectful and incredibly honorable. We will be returning to Citrus's Hills Nails. They've earned customers for life. read more

I thought this would be a good salon considering the location but during my full set I had three techs working on my nails. One did the acrylic one did the paint and one did the flowers on two accent nails. THEN. Within a week 7 of my nails broke! There was no apex and they weee very brittle. Twice I went in to have them fixed. They made fun of me and said I was too rough with them. I work in banking and can tell you I'm not rough with my nails. I would never go back there. I went to Citrus Hills Nails to get a French pedicure. I have never been treated so bad by a nail tech in my life! I've been getting pedicures for over 20 yrs I have no corns, calluses or marks on my feet or toes, but the tech picked up my foot with 2 fingers like I had the worst germs or disease ever imaginable. She hit my foot twice with the buffer and then proceeded to clean my nail bed off then she dried my foot off and was getting ready to polish my toe nail. I asked her what was she doing? She gave no response, so I told her to stop. I was so upset I got up went to the cashier and told him what happened and he said well that's a pedicure and what you asked for. I said she didn't do anything and he said that's the price of a pedicure. I just went on ahead and paid the $27.00 for nothing cus I was so upset. I was so pissted off I just left. Then my husband said why did you pay and you didn't get your feet done. So I took a few minutes to cool off I then turned around went back and spoke to the owner and she gave me what I had asked for which was a French pedicure. I didn't appreciate getting treated so nasty by a nail tech! I'll never go back there again they try to make fast money for doing! $27 dollars for doing nothing! read more

This is the 2nd time I go there for a gel fill manicure. First time a few days after my nail chipped went back and girl fixed it telling me I needed more acrylic. Went back had again gel fill in same guy, I like the way he is very meticulous BUT after telling him multiple times I need my nails a bit short due to my job he kept insisting they would look better longer. This was Saturday Monday one nail was chipped by Thursday 4nails had issues 2 chipped, 2broke. Went back today and the girl made it seem it was My fault and not them she fixed them but was talking to other girl about me cause the girl kept looking at my hand. Would NOT recommend to anyone. They are down right rude and don't take accountability for their work. read more

I had my nails done at the salon about two weeks ago. Within the first week three nails cracked in the same spot I really did not think anything about it. But as the week went on all my nails broke off in the same stress point. I did some research and they said that it had to do with the application. I went into the salon and told Then what happened and the only response was it was something that I must have done and there isn't anything they can do about it. The one photo is what I requested and I complained about them raising and the technician then got irritated added more acrylic to make them so thick and sticking to the sides of my nail bed. Cut them even shorter and then got angry. Started talking about me and my daughter in another language laughing and. Said he was not doing anything else. Asked me why I was still sitting in his chair. I walked out in tears while my daughter was being finished. And another technician came out to start yelling at me again while I am in tears. It all started when I asked the technician that was doing my 14 year old daughter nails to please shorten them. She slightly shortened one nail. They are over half an inch long! So my technician (her husband) shortened mine while laughing. The entire experience I felt like I was being mocked and definitely know they were talking about me because I put them on a translator app. read more

Nail tech was ok. I've been there quite a few times. But more recently 3x ago I asked for Scott booked the appt only to get there to find out he left a while back. I stayed because it was a treat for my granddaughter. Next time I met Michael he did my granddaughters nails and we were pleased. I called today and booked with Michael for a 5 o'clock appt 5 nails remove and gel polish for her. We got there a few mins early and a man had a lady start us. She didn't speak to us at all other then pick a color. She completely did her nails. They looked fine. But when a client requests you and don't get you. THERE IS A PROBLEM. Michael was sitting where I know he heard that we were his appt he NEVER acknowledged us or anything. My $$ will go to another salon. This is VERY poor practice. We WON'T be back. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. This is the worst salon I have ever been to. After verifying with them that their facials included extractions, I made an appointment. Got the facial done and I could tell right away the products she used were cheap. Bar soap and watered down cocoa butter. No extractions were performed but they sure charged me the full price. She didn't even wipe off all the excess product so when I left out the room everyone stared me down and two of the people that work there were laughing. How embarrassing! Never go here. They have zero customer service or hospitality at all. False advertising on top of that. read more

It was busy, as I came in I stood by the counter and after about 3 minutes someone turned around and asked what I wanted and I said "I want a pedicure" and reply was "pick a color". I came in to get a manicure pedicure. I was brought to the chair so I could get my pedicure done. They were really rough with my feet and it hurt. In the background the employees were yelling so that annoyed me. When we were done with the pedi I was bought to the manicure table. I went there today for a pedicure and was greeted when I walked in. After I picked my color I was told to go to chair 3 which I did. A nice young lady gave me a sheet to pick what type of pedicure I wanted and I decided to go for the Deluxe which was $35.00. After she came to start a lady doing nails said something to her and she went to do the pedicure to the lady by my side. It was all downhill from here. The lady assigned to me came over and showed me again the choices for pedicures and said for $5 more I could have xyz so I figured what the heck okay I'll do it. She then looked at my eyebrows and asked if I need them done and I said no thank you. Then she looked at my hands and asked if I had had my nails done and I said yes. I was beginning to feel like all she wanted was to sell me stuff. She started my pedicure and I mentioned I wanted hotter water so she obliged. She barely cleaned my toe nails and when it came time for the callus removal she softly scrubbed which was doing nothing. I asked her to use the callus remover so she did but did a poor job. The massage well I'd like to say what massage because it was just a light rubbing of my legs. This deluxe plus pedicure was not worth what I paid and I will never go there again. Buyer beware here seriously. I watched as the young lady to my left and man to my right did pedicures and I wish I had gotten one of them. Heard good things. I was disappointed. Tech pushed to have gel when I wanted plain manicure, which she finally did with an attitude. Cut cuticles to bleeding with poor manicure. I went to Citrus Hills Nails today for a simple fill and polish. I actually walked out of there before it was done. The guy who was working on me was sniffling the whole time like he was sick. He asked me to pay before he polishes them so i don't mess them up. I told him that i will wait until they're dry then pay since i want to make sure I'm happy. I have never paid before i was done. When he started polishing my nails i noticed a few issues that i asked him to fix. I just figured he didn't feel well and maybe just having an off day. There were a couple places that needed additional acrylic and one that needed sanded down more(it curled upwards) which were very noticeable after paint was applied. Also a few nails had paint passed my nail onto my skin. He kept huffing and would go around my nails with remover but wasn't getting it off. After each time, he would ask "ok?" and i would say no look. He and the girl next to him switched seats without saying anything. I was showing her the same issues, all while in a calm respectful manner. He starts getting belligerent saying don't be ridiculous. I said I'm not and you need to calm down. He proceeds to get louder saying the same thing. I stood up and walked out! There was no way I was going to sit there and take that! I have never been talked to like that in a nail salon before and wasn't about to start taking it! I went there last time, about 3 weeks ago. The owner did them and i had no complaints whatsoever. However, after today I will never step foot in there and definitely will discourage people from going! I will stick to Diamond Nails instead. They took me right in and fixed everything with out me even having to tell them where the issues where. read more
