Purchased Dita Condor sunglasses a few years ago & brought them here on 5/7 to have someone take a look at them because the lens popped out. The person who helped me provided no help & told me they would need to be sent out for repair which would be half the cost of the sunglasses. I insisted the only thing wrong was a loose screw. I then took the sunglasses to a local repair place where they fixed the "issue" for next to no cost. If you have Dita sunglasses requiring repair, take them elsewhere. You'll save yourself a headache. read more

I LOVE this company! Dita makes THE BEST eyewear and I own 5 pairs of sunglasses/opticals from them. I get so many compliments from people when I wear them and now I only buy Ditas (my favorites are the Plumes, Grand Reserve, and aviators). The design and quality of all their products are truly superb. I've never had a problem with them breaking or malfunctioning. They are so attentive to details and the art of design. They even offer a variety of nose bridges for not only style but for comfort for various face proportions. While Dita's are pretty expensive, they're worth every penny. You can compare them to other brands but they come out on top every time because the make and style are so exquisite. Every time I go into this store the salespeople are super friendly and knowledgable. When you're buying sunglasses and opticals you want to try on everything and the salespeople don't roll their eyes or get impatient even though you're taking up so much of their time. If you haven't bought Ditas, give them a try! You'll be hooked! read more

100% great experience! Jeremy was so welcoming and helped me pick out the cutest optical frames! He provided me with great background information about the company and how much detail goes into making each frame. I can't wait for my new glasses to come in. He personally welcomed me into the DITA family, and I must say I'm truly excited to be a new member ! I will definitely be coming back to get my future frames at DITA. read more

Dita sunglasses have been my all-time favorite for years and years. And recently I wanted to replace my lenses which I know they do for about $60. I mailed them up to Newport Beach from San Diego and I must say Chris gave me the best customer service ever. I have never had a company treat me so graciously. And again Dita sunglasses are the best classes I've ever owned in my life. I could never own another brand. Thank you Chris (I know this is past due. Sorry it took so long. You really are the best and I was shocked how amazingly you handled everything. Thank you read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY RUDE STORE MANAGER! There are so many optical shops out there with much better prices. They are nice only when you open your wallet. I would never go back to this store again. They take advantage of people due to their location. I would NOT recommend this store or Dita products to anyone. Very poor quality lenses!!!! They don't last, neither do they stand by their products. Sad... read more

The staff here is always exceptionally friendly here. I've came in a few times to get my shades resized and cleaned. They are always quick!

Awesome selection and great customer service. I went in and purchased the Grandmaster Four on matte finish. Came back the next day and got them replaced for the navy polish finish, no questions asked. Totally worth it. Will definitely be coming back for more. read more

As a long time customer with many purchases, I feel I should have written this a long time ago! Yet - better late than never... I was recently in, had another extraordinary experience and finally have to express my gratitude. Thank You Dita! And if you're looking for someone amazing, knowledgeable and truly customer-centric ask for Brian! read more

My 2 year old son politely destroyed my Dita Mach 1 Lenses and frame by dragging them over concrete. It was wonderful. I brought them to Dita fully expecting a huge bill to fix or nothing it all. After a quick inspection the employee concluded he could replace the eye frame part and put in a new lense. All this for only $70. Needless to say, I was stoked. For this reason only I would highly recommend Dita sunglasses and this particular store. Thank you :-) read more

This store is so unique from any of the other stores at this mall. Along with the design of the store the customer service is really one of a kind. Dee has been really sweet and accommodating to my needs and is extremely patient. She really knows what she's doing when finding the right eyewear for me and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase the quality is amazing not to mention the amount of work that gets put into making a single frame. I would definitely recommend this brand for eyewear whether it be for opticals or sunglasses and Dee's service. read more

Lani, the Dita manager, is super. She is the epitome of style, service, and discernment. Wish all businesses had a pro like her. Keep it up ! read more

I would compare the quality of these sunglasses to a fine swiss watch while still keeping the price affordable. DIta's customer service is phenomenal, buy these glasses with the peace of mind that if for some reason they do not work for you, Dita will gladly work with you to make sure you are satisfied. I have purchased a few pairs from the Newport Beach location over the last couple years and look forward to more purchases in the future. read more

Everyone looks at your eyes first right? Well they would if you're wearing DITA eyewear. I've been going to this store for the past 4 years and can't recommend DITA enough. All my friends have them now after ditching the overpriced low-quality fashion brands. Here your money goes into the actual product and helpful staff, not a logo and pretentious snobs. Just hold one of these next to any of the other popular eyewear brands and you'll see what the fuss is about. Tommy is the store manager at the Newport Beach store and is one of the most helpful people I've ever come across, especially considering how personal eyewear is. He recently helped me pick out the Statesman Three for eyeglasses, and the GrandReserve Two for sunnies. I couldn't be happier and will continue to support this great company for as long as the sun is bright and my eyesight is terrible :) read more

Dita Legends are the absolute superlative when it comes to luxury, reliability and service. I got my Dita Statesman glasses in 2010 and they have yet to prove other than a 10/10 every day that I wear them. I went in today because one of my silicone frame pads had broken and the super helpful person working let me know they had no replacements but could give me the next most recent thing available. This was awesome he replaced both with titanium pads and told me he would call when the others were in. I'm stoked they are so comfy and most of all- I'm just amazed at how good of a purchase this has been. I get compliments all the time, they are the most comfortable and stay naturally glued to my face (wouldn't fall off on a roller coaster) and the service like today. Dita Legends is 10/10 , no complaints, AWESOME. read more

STEER WELL CLEAR and be sure to read below before spending your hard earned cash. I own two pairs of Dita's very expensive sunglasses glasses that are now both comlpetely beyond use and Dita are unable to be of any assistance at all. One pair of Dita Splendor TITANIUM frames SNAPPED (when I have never broken a pair of glasses in my life before), cannot be repaired, and Dita cannot provide a replacement part. The other pair are horrendously expensive Dita x Cazal 902s that contain a plastic nose bridge with a screw through the middle of it which creates a weakness leading to almost certain breakage over time, yet Dita do not have the common sense to have manufactured and retained spares of this perishable part for a $1000 pair of glasses!! I'm disgusted at the amount of money I have spent on these two pairs of Dita sunglasses only to find that it has been a complete waste of hard earned cash because once they've got your money they don't give a damn enough to ensure ongoing service/spares. read more

Dita Legends Eyewear If there was a benchmark for the highest form of customer service as well as quality of a product for an Eye wear Manufacturer it would be Dita. In my view this company has a perfect business model based on the experience I have had. In 2005 I purchased my first Dita Glasses on sale for about $160.00 which by the way I still wear! At the Melrose store in North Hollywood from a true professional by the name of Jeff. I dropped quite a few weights on one of the arms of the frame glasses which pulled out the rivets at the frame. I brought the glasses back to Jeff at Dita I expected since they were out of warrantee that I would have pay something to repair them. Jeff took the glasses had them repaired and buffed the frames, lenses for free. About six months ago I wanted to replace the lenses to a mirrored finish I went to the Newport Beach store I again figured that it would cost me something for the replacement. Again they charged me nothing again buffed out my rims so they look brand new. It didn't stop there since I lost my original case somehow the provided me with a brand new one free of charge. I then made the determination that I would never buy another pair of glasses unless it was Dita. In 2013 I purchased a second pair which I use for reading for a cost of $400.00. I have never had and issues with the glasses at all. I think Dita uses old world craftsmanship in the production of all of their products. All of the products that I have purchased in my opinion are built as if they succumbed to military grade standards. In my opinion Dita uses Old World standards for customer service as well as sales that you almost never see anymore. Every time I have been to their locations I have asked a multitude of questions always answered to my satisfaction. I have never felt the experience of being sold at anytime in any location true professionalism at all times. I guess we know why Dita has a second part to their name Legends. Thank you for all of your great products, service, and support at all times. And you are really worth the extra cash outlay for what you provide in my opinion as Old World Values. I also want to thank Justin and Dee for their help read more
