Despite giving both red and white kimchi while dining in person, the white kimchi will always be my favorite. The white kimchi is not spicy, but still has the hallmark vinegar taste with the crunch I've come to expect. This place is very generous with the kimchi- don't be afraid to ask for another small plate of kimchi! This place has a modern vibe, with the beige and white tones. I got the green chlorella noodles, which was definitely something different for me. The noodles were really tender and good, and I liked all the toppings that came with them. Everything tasted fresh and the banchan was good too. I think I realized that cold noodles just aren't necessarily my go-to.
